I was reminded of my appointment twice via phone text and a call. The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor was very patient, kind and professional. He explained everything precisely. My appointment was short. I was called back for an exam almost as soon as I entered the office. I highly recommend AV Mall Vision Optometry. I have been going to thus place for many many years.

This Office is Unprofessional. The Optometrist do not get the prescriptions right. Which causes changes to the lenses. I was told that the insurance wouldnt pay for changes to the lenses, when I spoke with insurance they told me that they can redo lenses a third time, thank God. But wont be returning.

Such a bad experience. They bent my frames and warped the blue anti glare coating, they ordered new frames to replace the severely bent frames which completely changed the shape of the frames but they didn’t order new lenses so I’m waiting AGAIN. It took months for just the frames to come in and they didn’t call to let me know they were in I had to call several times and left messages, they didn’t call me back. When I finally called and they actually answered they said my frames hadn’t come in yet, then they called 20 min. later and they said oh they just got here just now… sure yeah right like they weren’t sitting there in their mail for who knows how long! Since they didn’t order lenses to replace the ones they warped the coating, I’m now waiting all over again. I first ordered the glasses in January, it’s now AUGUST and I still don’t have the glasses. I have the original frames that they bent to the extreme and they sent me home with that, they’re Burberry frames and they’re ridiculously crooked when I wear them. They didn’t even offer to straighten them out as best they can meanwhile, quite honestly I’m scared to let them straighten them out. They offer no resolution other than a refund or to wait eons for new frames and lenses. I get coverage for 2 frames a year, and they can’t have MY business anymore. Also, their selection for luxury brands are not very appealing. They should offer more wearable luxury styles, instead the selection is very flamboyant.

I switched from target optical, I’m usually nervous about going to the eye doctor but I enjoyed my experience here. I’ve recommended my family members to go here. Dr.Gan is great at explaining things and she was a lot of help not to mention the other ladies were lots of help as well. Super kind office, not to mention it’s super clean and they have great Covid guidelines. Super excited to get my glasses. I felt really comfortable at my appointment, it was absolutely wonderful.

I have to say. This is the best vision center hands down.. I have been to many and Never been helped so thoroughly and there expertise was on point.. The lady optical doctor that writes the perceptions. Shes like in her mid 30s is amazing and she set a new bar for my expectation. She knows how to do her job to the T and was super nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely never stop going to this location. Shout out to Gina and the optical lady doctor. You girls are the Best. Visiting any public facilities during a pandemic is a cause for concern but, from the door, I felt better about this because, they took every precaution from, having to be let in, the number of people in the office monitored, temperature being taken, and everything that was touched by a patient being cleaned before any other patient can handle it. On top of all of that, the front deck worker, the technicians, and my doctor was great. Very friendly attitude, and very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great visit, and thats why Ive been a patient of theres for over 10yrs. Highly recommend Antelope Mall Vision Center for all you optical needs. I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because, I only wear Oakley frames, and they usually have a good selection but, this time, not so much. Other than that, 5 stars all the way.

Everyone at this office is very friendly and professional and does a great job to get you in and out quickly while also making sure youre completely satisfied.Dr. Gan made the appointment process quick and easy. She went through all of my pre-examination tests and clearly explained the results. After seeing what my current contacts brand, she suggested a better brand and theyve been great so far. Ive also had other optometrists there and they are also just as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

My family and I have been coming here for a long time and have always had a good experience but today it was extraordinary and I was/am incredibly grateful. I have a 2 month old and my mom was supposed to watch her while I had my appointment but something came up with her that couldnt be rescheduled. I was prepared to try and figure out how to navigate through the appointment and hope that either my little girl slept through it like she normally would on our outings or that she was easy to keep settle. As I was beginning my appointment I was already trying to multitask (who just woke up from a cat nap and was starting to get a bit upset at being in her car seat) when Cynthia asked if she could be of assistance. She offered to hold my little girl if I was okay with it and while I went through the first few machines she stayed with me holding my little girl and keeping her entertained. As every visit Ive been to in the past, I was seen by the doctor quickly after I finished the first few machines and Cynthia followed me to the room. She asked if she could take little girl to the front desk with her or if I preferred for her to stay in the room with me. Gave her my blessing to take her to the front and it was comforting to hear everyone up front awing at my little girl. My doctor was thorough but kept at a quick pace to make sure I got back to my little girl asap ( Im sure she is going to want to be with mom again soon) . Next I had to select glasses and I checked in with Cynthia who continued to hold onto my little girl until I finished the rest of the appointment. I got help in selecting my frames as well which I desperately needed as I usually have someone with me in general to help me with that. The care and service was so much more and as a first time mom who was nervous to see how things would go, Cynthia was an absolute God send and everyone was quick but remained incredibly helpful and thorough. I cant say thanks enough for all the help and going above and beyond.

My grandmother recommended this optometry to me after going to several years to Linden Optometry but because it’s so far and the wait takes hours I needed something closer to home. I’m really glad I went here because I spent no time waiting! Everything was quick and ready to go. All the staff were nice and respectful. The area it’s at is very nice and inside is clean. My optometrist was nice and helped me figure out everything I needed/wanted. They have a huge frame selection which is a bonus because I like to have many options when I’m picking out new frames. They helped me go over my insurances and pick out the best deals I could get when purchasing. They also offer to take a photo of my eye each year although I didn’t take one this year I’m definitely planning to do so every year I go. I’m currently waiting to receive some contacts and frames, it’s only been a week but I’m hopeful they come soon. Can’t wait for my next eye exam!

I am so grateful to the entire staff! After hearing my concerns about my particular situation they took action!! Immediately setting me up with an ophthalmologist as well as making sure my insurance was accepted. The doctor listened to me without interrupting me. She also told me a story about how she could relate. We had an actual conversation instead of interrupting me and saying let’s see what the tests say first. Absolutely refreshing! After calling around different places not able to get an appointment for at least 3 weeks. I called this place and the receptionist said they were completely booked but was kind enough to ask me what was going on she showed concern for my situation and proceeded to schedule an emergency appointment for that same day. Honestly if it wasn’t for her I would have gone to the ER since nobody else was willing to work with me. The whole staff was very friendly as well. Very pleased with Antelope Mall Vision Center and will refer anyone who needs an optometrist.

I’ve been getting glasses for years and this year I changed my insurance to vsp and had to find a doctor that took my insurance. I can say that I’m very happy with the change. The doctor was extremely helpful and nice. I felt welcome and comfortable there. The lady who helped my pick out my frames was amazing she really took her time with me, she gave me good advice and helped me stay in a good price range. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will be going back there next year!

Very pleasant and accommodating vision facility. Everything from Checking in, being processed by the Assistant, the Glasses representative and the Physician, all truly amazing!!! Will definitely return here again, had a very through examination for my daughter and myself . They use state of the art vision machines to check your eyes and the Doctor was so friendly and welcoming . She took her time doing our exams and explaining any questions we had . They took all the necessary Covid 19 precautions and I felt safe being there with my daughter . Definitely recommend for your vision needs. Thank you guys !

The actual guy I picked my glasses with was very pleasant and funny and I had a great time with him. The young women who took the pictures of my eyes was very sweet and kind also. The optometrist, however, that gave me my actual exam was very rude and laughed at me when I asked basic questions about the exam. She made me feel stupid for asking questions and was very rude through the entire exam. I’ll be going back to pick up my glasses and NEVER returning to this place again only because of my experience with her. Also, one of the receptionist was very rude to the guy I picked my glasses up with. He picked up a packet of paper and asked her something and she responded with “damn, do you want me to do your job for you too?” in a sarcastic tone. He responded with “I was just asking”. He was an elderly gentleman and maybe the receptionist was playing with him but I felt it was rude and made me feel awkward and sorry for him as I sat in the waiting area and could hear this exchange.

While the optometrist and the staff were professional and friendly when I visited, the follow up conversations were not. I was told that my glasses would be ready in two weeks at the most, but they would try to expedite. When I called in two weeks, I was told that they were guaranteed to be in two days. A week later, and they told me it would be next week before theyre ready. Three weeks and no one apologized, expressed concern, or provided an explanation.

It took less than 10 minutes to order my new glasses because I wanted the same frames and they already knew all that I want in my lens, which is a lot. Optometrist was kind and professional. Thats about all the good I have to say about this place. Other staff were rude to me and didnt understand insurance even though mine listed them as a provider. Needed to pay out of pocket for everything and then send the bill to my insurance to get reimbursed. The glasses I recieved were the wrong prescription (+.5 instead of -.75) and the staff didnt believe me and suggested that my eyes were just too tired to use them. The lenses fell out of the frames after two days. Needed to wait over a month for a recheck. Went over to Lenscrafters and they gave me an exam and new lenses in an hour. Dont waste your time here like I did.

I had a problem with my Glasses and they were scratched. They were closing as I pulled up and Gina Greeted me out side as she was leaving. She asked my name and the issue. Did not write anything down. Told me she would call when replacements were ready..She called. When I arrived my glasses were adjusted and ready. Dont know how she did it. The old ones were giving me distortions and head aches also the new glasses fit perfectly and are like looking out of a window. Amazing.Gina is awesome.

Fast, friendly, and thorough! The first time I went there for a simple eye exam, they spotted a tear in my retina and scheduled me an appointment with a specialist the next day. I had a laser surgery the very next day and they saved me from the possibility of my retina detaching which is a horrible experience from what I have heard. As long as I am in the AV, my family will patronize Antelope Mall Vision Center.

All of the staff that Ive dealt with here has been very kind and friendly. My family and I have been going here for a few years now and I couldnt be more pleased with the service weve received here. On our yearly check up appt this year my son got pretty surprised by the machine that blows air into your eyeball and it caused him to have an accident (wet his pants) I was worried they wouldnt see us after that but the lady who was conducting the pre exam tests and scans was so kind and understanding, she didnt make him feel bad or embarrassed. We were able to just put something underneath him to protect the seat from getting any wetness on it and he was able to get his vision fully examined by Dr. Emelia Petrossian who was so kind and warm that my children felt very at ease and actually enjoyed the visit! Dr. Petrossian was very informative and patient with us, I absolutely recommend her! They have a huge selection of frames. The frames are pricey but thats how it is everywhere.

Answered every question I had for them so that I understood how everything works . My first time having to get glasses but they had a nice selection of glasses at what I felt was a reasonable price. So it takes a month to get an appointment. I go in and the receptionist says I cant find you in [your insurance]. It didnt occur to her to call me and say there was a problem in advance. She waited until I was standing there, having taken off a work day, to say she couldnt find me. She tried again while I stood there, by typing in my name. Now we know why she will always be just a receptionist. Instead of PICKING UP THE PHONE AND CALLING THE INSURANCE COMPANY, which anyone with half a brain would have done, she just shrugged. Shrugging away several hundred dollars worth of businesses by the way. Ill go to a different eye doctor, since no one else has any difficulty making the minimal effort to actually contact my insurer. Nice work, Antelope Mall Vision Center.

I have been going to see doctor Brawder since he was in the A/V Mall. He is the best optometrist I have ever been to. I aa him. If I cant see out of a new prescription, he will keep testing until Im happy. Hes so patient! I feel like he is a good friend.Even his staff went with him when he moved to the new location. They are a great group! Gina is my go to technician. Heather will fix any situation. I had a terrible experience with this center. I had gotten my frame adjusted by a specialist and it gave me a serious headache for a day, went back to get readjusted and it got scraped hard, so they ordered a new frame. They then scratched my lens when they put it on the new frame, so I had to wait for a new lens. Just yesterday they put on my new lens and scratched it again. I had exclaimed all my issues and still it got scratched. I was extremely disappointed and got a refund but now I dont have glasses to wear and this ordeal was happening since christmas when I first ordered my frame and lenses. The staff was nice and gets 1 star but not professional in their services. I have never had my frames or lens scratched ever since I wore glasses back in 1994.

Ordered two pairs of glasses and both came back with dust embedded in the coating. Sent one pair back and ordered new lenses for the other pair. Came back with the same dust, as if nothing was done to them and the new lenses for the second pair were scratched across the center and covered with a sticker. Sent back again for new lenses for both pair with Crizal coating, since Crizal is usually a different lab, but they came back with the same dust or whatever it is, on the lenses. Each time, they acknowledged the dust but still called me in to pick up the new lenses with the same defect on them. I understand that its a lab issue and not the vision center but noone bothered to check the lenses, considering the complaint. No pride in their product and a serious lack of quality control. Nice, apologetic staff but after six attempts to get at least one pair of brand new glasses, I just took both pair with the defected lenses and my family and I wont be returning to this center.

Ive been with AMVC for close to 30 years and I still love the service and thoroughness of my exam. Especially the attention to other health issues that may impact my eye health. I went elsewhere once and decided it wasnt worth it.

I had a great first experience at the office. Everyone was kind and helpful. Emily helped me find exactly what I wanted and was very on top of it by telling me I was able to get two pairs of glasses instead on the one that I expected!

This place is always on time and they were very good with my daughter who is 12 and going through a shy stage witch makes it difficult to get all her medical needs met. They knew what to ask and how to ask it so they can best accommodate her needs.

They have always been, and continue to be extremely professional and customer service oriented It is easy to make an appointment, the doctors and staff are friendly and helpful and they have a nice selection of glasses available.

It was a little different of course because of COVID-19,wasn’t quite sure what to do when I got there because the door was locked but after about 10 minutes someone came out and explained what was going on and let me in because I did have an appointment everyone was great inside I felt very safe.
