The rates they quoted were really competitive and the rep I spoke with was really friendly and apologetic; however, this seems to be a case where you get (OR DONT GET) what you pay for, or maybe I just had bad luck. Either way, the cost savings was not worth the effort in trying to get the policy set up.I spent over an hour on the phone with an agent, took payment, then claimed that the underwriting company was having issues and could not process my policy.I also directly called the insurance companywho was responsible for underwriting my policy (SafeCo) to confirm if the transaction would post. They said sorry we processed your payment, but because you dont have a policy# we cannot help you. Talk to AnswerFinancial.Its probably a blessing in disguise I am not insured here; I cannot imagine having to go through a claim if its this hard just getting a policy set up.

Unfortunately I used these guys for a new auto insurance policy. The policy is fine but I received a letter saying they are sharing, or selling, my information with pretty much everyone. This was never mentioned. I would cancel if I could. Dont deal with answer financial. Update, I am getting text message phishing scams daily.

This man that took my call was soooo rude for no reason. He kept talking over me cutting me off. Yelling at me and everything. I could just tell the type of person he was hateful all through the phone

Terrible! I usually do not leave reviews but after the disrespectful customer service representative, felt it should be shared. I was provided their contact information by Chase for insurance coverage in my area. This customer service agent was rude, talking over me, had no carriers that would issue a policy, and became arrogant when I attempted to ask questions. Save yourself the time if Chase is having you call them!

I inquired about an insurance quote today. The first one I received was an absolute ripoff, with premiums 50% higher than any other company, whether large or small. When I asked for an email containing the full policy breakdown, the representative informed me that they would only send the portion detailing premium costs. I persisted and requested the complete policy breakdown, but she refused and continued to pressure me, much like a poor salesperson. She kept saying, When youre ready, we accept Visa or Mastercard. It was evident that she was solely focused on meeting her quota and rushing the customer out the door. This is a terrible business model and another reason why companies are transitioning to digital processes, rendering these positions obsolete.

I needed to share about my experience with Ms. Martiz- she was amazing. From my first initial phone call to the last, she was pleasant, friendly, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to find the best policy for my situation. She followed up when needed and was great at maintaining communication. If the rest of the staff are like her- I would recommend Answer Financial to everyone...at the least, I would recommend her.

Scam company that sells information, send out random mailings and has many unscrupulous practices, if they contact you, press charges.

Incredibly rude, needs to learn some customer service skills.A friend of mine put me on the phone with an agent here because I needed to change my auto insurance. Ive been in customer service myself for 38 years and there are ways to say things better unoffensive. I am a widowed person who also recently lost her job and so I need a new auto insurance and when the person on the phone asked me how much I was paying for my previous insurance and I told him he said, and I quote, and you couldnt afford that? Basically insinuating that Im some kind of hello income Pond scum. You should have heard the tone in his voice. There are other ways to word that question. He repeated himself twice after that. At that point I said thank you for your time and hung up on him. When I attempted to call the company to file my complaint over the phone I couldnt reach anyone so here I am, on Google, leaving a negative review.
