I could not be more pleased with my experience with this jeweler. I have been admiring Anne Sisterons style for years because she is featured in the high-end gift shop at the Orlando Four Seasons Resort at Disney.I love pavé set diamonds as my personal style and that is her specialty!I saw the Scythe bracelet on social media somewhere and had to have it. It wasnt currently on the website so I reached out to them via email and was set up with the e-commerce manager, Brooke. She sent me the info and I was able to put in an order for a custom piece, ready in 4-6 weeks.Approximately 4 weeks later it was shipped to me via Fed-Ex signature two-day delivery. It was too big, so I reached out and they sent me a 2-day return label and resized it and sent it back within 1 day of receipt with tracking info provided.Unfortunately, the size was still off, so the process was repeated, again with 1 day turnaround after item was delivered back to them.Brooke was a consummate professional, saying they would make it right for me no matter what. They did! Its beautiful. I love it. Its a stunner and matches well with another fine jewelry piece I have from Tiffany and Co.This is going to be one of my go-to shops for sure. Excellent customer service, ownership and accountability, great communication, and beautiful diamond pieces!They also recently launched a loyalty program with specials and gifts for members!Im located out of state but will make sure to visit the storefront when I am next in California.

What a beautiful store!The product speaks for itself. Anne’s jewelry is stunning, unique, yet everyday wearable and chic.I absolutely love their pieces!Brooke in Customer Service was amazing to work with when I connected via instagram, and once I made it into the store, Aime the store manager, provided such wonderful communication and impeccable customer care.I definitely recommend checking out their selection, and speaking with Aime to answer any questions and guide your choices.

I purchased some arrow shaped earrings online on a whim. I was very pleased with the quality and design. A few months after the purchase, I lost the back of one of the earrings. I emailed them and received a response in a matter of hours. As well as a set of backs. Their service after the sale really sets them apart. I will definitely be a repeat buyer. Im very impressed with the quality of diamonds and the gold chains weight, design of link, and the beautiful clasp that I recently purchased. Service was outstanding during my special order as well. My package arrived and it was placed in an attractive well designed jewelry box with a designer face mask.The entire experience has been wonderful. Im waiting on a customized piece now and just received an email stating it should arrive soon and I cant wait. I will definitely purchase more in the future! Update: my solid gold dog tag with corrdinates for the island I live on arrived. Its absolutely beautiful. Ive purchased from many jewelry companies in other major cities, but this is the best by far. Im getting ready to oder another customized necklace.

My experience shopping on this website was phenomenal! Rachel, their ecommerce director, provided me with the best customer service experience I have ever had during months of correspondence back and forth. I love my new moonstone earrings and am so grateful for all of the help she provided in deciding on them! I will definitely be shopping here again for jewelry purchases in the future.

The design and quality at this store are wonderful. Amie Alper, the manager and stylist always helps me find the right pieces for me and then shows me how to put them together with other pieces in my collection. She has a great sense of style and at the same time is a lot of fun!!! She remembers everything and makes shopping there a joy.

I ordered a ring to be used as my wedding band and had to have it resized because they didn’t have the smaller size in stock. I had contacted Rachel and she offered to resize the ring or if I wanted to wait for the other size, they were willing to work with whatever I needed. Due to the fact my wedding is at the end of the month I opted to have them resize the ring. I sent it back and they had it sized and back to me in a couple of days. They have been nothing but wonderful and I will totally order from them again. They’re jewelry is beautiful, unique, and exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was nothing less than superb! Thanks for everything!

I just Placed My First Order amd I cant wait to get it!!! The quality and the pricing are simply Amazing!! I have been collecting jewelry my whole adult life and I in love with Anne Sisteron site!!! I can’t stop Looking !! I love Emeralds so I am trying to find something I just purchased my Ear Climber in White gold and diamonds with emerald eyes on the snake ear climber!! Defiantly a one of a kind!!!

They have the best customer service. There was an issue with my order (accidents happen), emailed Rachel and she responded immediately and had merchandise to me the next day! Now that is service! I would definitely recommend shopping here you wont be sorry. The jewelry is dazzling as well. Great store and service! Thank you!
