I was a little scared at first that the company, ( Jerry and Henry) would take control of my computer to fix my printer connection issue. Jerry and Henry did a great job of fixing my computer, let me watch the work they were doing and kept me informed. Great job. Very professional.

Probably through my own fault, my. printer network was broken. Although I went through many specialists, their diligence paid off. Everything works fine. The initial contact person followed through the entire process. Her cheerful, knowledgable manner made everything great.

In reality, avoid this, its a scam that hi-jacks your Google search for help from HP or Canon etc. I wanted help with connecting my HP printer to scan to my PC and this mob popped-up in a way that makes you think its HP. To be fair they did sort out the Scanner problem but charged me $199 in a slightly bullying way. The review below was written with their person watching on screen as i wrote it.No pressure, eh?Seems like really good service, no fuss, no problems all seems to have been sorted quickly, courteously and so lets hope the PC knows that its been cured! Jan seems to have gone the extra mile sorting out problems I didnt even know I had.

I downloaded Canon TR4520 but it was not working. The pop up chat came up at the opportune time. Joseph was able to take care of it with other technical support area. After setting up my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9018, I couldn’t get it to print from my desktop computer no matter what I tried. I contacted support, and while I had to pay a fee, my computer was cleaned up and they got me going so I can use the printer and scanner. Paul was very nice to work with and their technician was equally as nice. Overall, I recommend their service and I will use them again in the future if needed. Henry and Jack were both so helpful and polite. Jack the tech called me several time during the process and walked me thru different steps to try to fix my problem. I just bought a new laptop and couldnt get my wireless printer to work with it. I tried to get help and got pop up site. I thought it was HP tech support so I gave John remote control. He stated that I would need a service tech to assist with and that the cost was $99.99 I stated that I was retired and on a fix income. He reduced the cost to 49.99 which sounded fair. They took about 45 minutes and then John walked me thru until we got the test page and other items printed. I was a little nervous about give control but he was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very pleased to have had the ability to have Annansys take care of my printer problems. It took about an hour to fix a problem I have had for more than 6 months. I would rate this even higher, but I misunderstood had that the fee that I was paying was only for the one time fix today. My misunderstanding, but retaining them for $100 for each 6 months of service is excessive.

The work that was done was very good. A knowledgeable patient technition was helping me and did what I needed done. The only problem I had was that his English was difficult for me to understand. However he did a great job and was able to work through that effectively.

I bought a small Canon printer for about $70. While i was on the Canon to set up the wireless function a person came into the chat room and offered to do it for me. I assumed he was a Canon employee. If he told me he was a third party contractor i would have refused and set it up myself since the setup didnt look too difficult. After a few minutes he tells me theres a network issue that he can fixed in about 30 minutes, but it will cost me $199. Thats when i found out, after I asked him, that he worked for Annannsys. I declinedI sent an e-mail to Annannsys later that day expressing my concern that I was being taken. I did get a response with a phone #. I called the next day and spoke with Richard the technician from the prior day. He offered to fix it for nothing since i was a Valued Customer. I asked how he could go from $199 to 0 in one day. He said theyre not in it for the money but just to help people. Although he would have taken my money the day before.I told him that wouldnt be necessary since my stepson sent me a Canon YouTube video earlier in the day, which I followed and easily set up not only my computer but both of our phones.My advice would be that if you deal with this company and get quoted a significant fee, refuse it and call back the next and ask for the Valued Customer discount.I checked their website and found 294 reviews. 1 1-star, 1 3-stars and all others 5-stars.I am always checking reviews, cars, hotels, restaurants, printers, etc. I have never seen an operation with that high a percentage of 5 star reviews. Especially since I found a number of complaints similar to mine on Scamguard.
Very quality service! My laptop was not connecting wireless to my laptop after I got a new internet router. The technician spent over an hour on the phone with me assisting with the problem. The service was very expensive ($199.99) but fortunately the issue was resolved.

I have had many poor experiences and hve been scnned because of a lack of this knowledge.This experiencen seems to be the best, LTHOUGH I AM IMPATIENT WHEN IT COMES TO THIS STUFF. THEY DID WELL, WERE RESPONSIVE, AND THEY FIXED THE ISSUES. I AM QUITE SATISFIED. MR PHD
The service was done very quickly and explained everything that was done to the computer. The technician was very polite and efficient in helping me resolve my problems.
Both gentlemen were very helpful. They walked me through the complete set-up of the printer and all tests were perfect.
These folks aided me in wirelessly connecting my MacBookPro with a Canon printer. Though it was often difficult to understand their accented English, the task was completed efficiently.

2022-03-28 13:19:39I spent 2 hours trying to fix issues and getting nowhere. Contacted and they cleaned things up in about 40 minutes while I did something else. Works great. Cost me $99. Was worth it. Additional offer of $199 per year to service all electronic devices for 1 year. Something I’m giving careful consideration to. 1 year of IT support for all devices for $199 sounds good to me.

He was very knowledgeable and walked me through a number of steps to get my HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer back up and running. We had not used it during the course of the pandemic and he put it back in running order. He is patient and thorough. Something else: I had to get new cartridges, which took a few hours. While out shopping, HE CALLED TO CHECK ON MY PROGRESS! I called back once home again and he was made available to me, again, and completed the work. 2020-12-19 21:56:37Everybody on this team is super trained! I will never use anybody else for tech support. I had a lot of computer problems and other tech companies couldnt solve any of them. With the other companies I had to stay for hours on the phone line. This tech team is absolutely amazing!
