Animodus is the best IT department Ive ever worked with. I have a great relationship with them and so appreciate how proactive, efficient and thorough they are. They give their best and go over and beyond whats required. They have a streamlined system so no request falls through the cracks. Very happy with their service!

The company that I work for uses Animodus for our IT support, and they are amazing. Working with Animodus means that youre not just a number in their queue of callers, and youre not going to be transferred to an IT team out of state or in a different country. I am on a first name basis with several of their support team members, which you cant find at most IT companies!They always respond quickly to support tickets, theyre fun to work with, and they dont stop trying until theyve resolved your issues or provided an alternative solution while they research the bigger issue. Highly recommend working with them!

We have been using ANiMODUS to simplify and manage our IT for many years. Gary and his team are experts and we receive a level of service that is highly professional and yet still very personal. We never feel like we are a just a customer in the queue. They have also done an excellent job planning ahead and preparing us as we scale to prevent us from outgrowing our IT.

Gary and his team cleaned up a huge IT mess we had on our hands. I am done with relying on the buddy “Computer Guy”. It always seems like the cheaper way to go but it ends up costing me money every time !!!

I have know these guys for a couple of years and they do excellent work. I have visited their office and met the team. Its nice to find a dedicated, passionate IT team.
