What can I say Mr. Angel is the one you need if you want to sell or buy your home. He went beyond and above to sell my brothers home when I had to bring my brother to my home in Georgia. Angel communicated with me the whole four months while trying to sell the house in California. He did everything possible to make this transition smooth for us. Early morning to late nights he was always available when I had a question or ran into any issues. Being that I’m not from California he was always able to get me the any information I need it when it came to doing something to the house and get it ready for the sell market. I wish he can go sell my parents house in New York for me as well.Thank you so much Angel and the Century 21 team 😊

I’m leaving this review to help people find that individual and from my own experience working with Mr. Escribano I can fully testify that this Realtor is the ONE! I met Angel through a family, my brother who lives in Riverside County. In addition, Angel served in the Navy and achieved the highest ranks you can possibly achieve. That alone speaks volume about his characteristics. Angel helped me close on my house and made the experience for me and my family nothing but pleasant. I honestly believe I got the lowest rate in America, Angel worked out an amazing deal for me and was available for every question and concern that I had. When I would email Angel he answered promptly every single time. I now keep in touch with him and look forward to my next project working with Mr. Escribano.

Angel Escribano made us feel very confident about having him as our Agent! He was knowledgeable in all aspects! The amount of attention to detail he put in and informed us was the best part. He would not hide any issues he noticed with the homes and made us aware of any damage we could face soon. He also made it easy for us during the closing proceedings, explaining to us every step of the way what each form was. Also, having him as our Agent, we did not have to worry about shopping around for any services needed. He would provide quotes for up to three different companies needed for inspections. He also negotiated as best as possible, allowing us to save money and for sellers to pay closing costs! Thank you, Angel, for making our first home-buying experience the way it went! Short story: Toward the end of my six-month deployment, I contacted Angel in search of a house in Yuma, AZ. His background didnt cover that area, though Angel, being himself, and having an extensive network, reached out to some fellow realtors in that area. Once I got back from deployment, is was game time for family and I to start looking at new houses. He gave me a solid realtor by the name of Juan Villegas. I literally couldnt have done this without the network, we have in the Chiefs mess. Thats how it all started. A retired Master Chief in the Navy, that is still taking care of his people. Not only did he help me because Im a fellow brother in the mess, but because he truly cares and wants to help families find a place, they can call home. Angel, from my family to yours.
