My experience working with Andy has been awesome! I have known Andy for several years and he helped me purchase my first home at a great deal might i add. He is not in this business for a quick commission like some Realtors, he is in it to change your life, whether that means finding your perfect home at a great price or negotiating on your behalf to save you or make you the most money. I contacted Andy to have him come take a look at my house and discuss selling. He was very thorough in asking what my goals were, why I was selling, and where I would be moving. I didnt really want to sell but didnt think I had an option to keep the house. Andy was extremely helpful and provided me with a solution to keep my home. I am very grateful He is so honest and an expert in his field. He truly cares about his clients. If you are thinking about selling your home I highly recommend making Andy your first call!

Andy did a great job for us after spinning our wheels trying to use a discount brokerage thats heavily advertised on multiple media outlets. After getting no offers in two months, we decided to go with Andy who we had talked to earlier. Andys hands on approach and his detailed knowledge of the market got us an offer within 30 of listing. The sale price was surprisingly more than what we were expecting, especially since reports were touting a cooling OC housing market. I would highly recommend Andy to family and friends, not to mention anyone else who needs outstanding service when listing their property.

Andy Willoughby is the consummate professional and a man of integrity. You could not choose a better person to represent your interests throughout the stressful process of selling your home. From the beginning, he worked within our comfort zone—if we were not ready to make a decision on a particular aspect of the process he gave us space, but when we were ready he was too. When there were questions, he was prepared with answers. He knew the local trades people and had a list of workers to call to complete many types of work a seller might need to prepare the property.Because of Andy’s knowledge of the local housing market, he gave us excellent guidance in pricing, showing, and marketing our property to the greatest advantage. When we began looking for a new home, he helped us get the photos of our home prepared and ready to list on MLS. After our offer was accepted, we discussed pricing and marketing strategies to optimize the sale with our existing escrow. He immediately uploaded our photos, listed our house and, over the next weekend, orchestrated 20+ appointments for viewing. We had several offers including two above-listing offers a couple of days later. Our escrows dovetailed perfectly—the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Andy went above and beyond to help us find our first home. He returned our phone calls and emails right away and was quick to get our offers in during a time that the house market was hot. He also helped us find a great mortgage broker to help us fiance the house at a reasonable cost. Talked to Andy several times over the course of of at least six months about the sale of the former family home. We were impressed with his knowledge of the market and his lack of a over the top unrealistic expectations. He was honest and factual. Unfortunately, we decided to try a discount internet based brokerage that was long on talk and short on results. After two months of no results, we went with Andy. A little over a month later, the house was in escrow. Our only regret was that we didnt go with Andy sooner. He did a great job for us and we recommend to anyone who wants a serious professional to do the job right the first time.
