I’ve been a new client of Andy Esquivel State Farm office for a little over one year. I’ve had more meaningful interactions with Andy’s firm in this year than I had with my former insurance company over 20 years. I know State Farm is properly insuring my property against loss. Andy’s people always pick up the phone listen to my inquiries and give meaningful answers the same day I call.Cris, Rachael and Andy are fantastic. I highly recommend this State Farm office.

My wife and I have been insured by State Farm for 51 years; 38 of those years have been here in Healdsburg. We’ve always been very pleased with our experience with Andy Esquivel and his team. We recently had to file a claim because a rock hit our windshield on the freeway. I drove over to Andy’s office and Cristian filed our claim for us. Like Andy, Cristian was very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate Andy Esquivel and his staff and we trust State Farm to handle our auto and homeowners insurance.

I switched to State Farm at the start of 2022 and I love it. When I first called it was because I purchased a new electric vehicle and my other provider was going to increase my monthly payment by about $250.After calling Andys office I knew I wanted to work with them. Norma, Andys assistant, walked me through the entire process of purchasing auto insurance and made sure to answer all my questions along the way. I was able to sign-up and e-sign all my documents same day and ended up saving around $150 per month. Since then I have also signed up for full coverage insurance and even called about pet insurance when I was considering adopting a cat.Recently, a deer ran into my headlight and the process of getting it repaired has been seamless. I called the office as soon as it happened and Norma helped me submit the claim as well as select a location for my headlight to be repaired. The total cost of the deer damage would have been over $2,000 but because of my insurance I only paid $250. Today my car was ready to be picked up and Norma made sure to call me and let me know it was ready.If you are looking for a State Farm branch with a team that will always pick up the phone when you call, as well as help you in person at their office, that is Andy and Norma. My parents have used their insurance agent in Windsor for decades but Ive already told them that as soon as he retires they should talk to Andy! Im really happy with the service and insurance coverage.

I went to his agency, in part because of a recommendation, because I was reeling from a not so pleasant experience with another insurance carrier. We havent had any claims, but I understand that that goes through a different branch of State Farm. This office is well managed, and the staff is always prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. Their advice on coverage, limits, and deductibles has been very helpful in this complex area of insurance. Top notch service!

Weve been customers of Andy Esquivals State Farm office for close to 10 years and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. They have helped us with all of our policies including auto, home, life and more. We always receive excellent service from the people who work there especially Julio who is a pleasure to work with. 5 stars all the way!

Christian didnt explain that the temporary receipt for the 6 month auto payment only was valid for 2 months, so I thought it was a mistake, and came back to learn that the one in the mail would be valid for 6 months. A minor blip. Overall, great service from Andy and the crew!
