I have had a great experience with Andrus Audio for over 8 years. TV systems have become pretty complicated and the Andrus team set up my new system where I only need one remote! They also helped me with changing over all my streaming services to a new account after my husband died. I cant overstate how patient and helpful Jesse, JC, and Nick were. They also put all wiring behind the wall so I dont have electrical cords hanging every which way. This company has saved me from having a nervous breakdown because I get very frustrated with how complicated it gets between cable, ROKU, etc. Thank you Andrus Audio!

We have been using Andrus Audio for all of our home audio needs since 2006. Their customer service and communications skills are beyond exceptional. Their technicians are polite, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. They are top notch, and I am so thankful that they are always there when we need them. Thank you team!!!

Andrus installed a new home control audio visual system on my yacht recently and I was completely satisfied with the work that they did. Three of the most important things that I look for in a contractor is quality of work, customer service, and showing up when they say they are going to show up. Andrus did exactly that. Definitely they place a high value on customer satisfaction. They did not send the final bill until they knew I was completely satisfied. I am definitely going to use them again.

Andrus Audio did a full home automation project (AV, lights, HVAC, security) on a new home we purchased. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and delivered the first time. Theyve done a great job tweaking the system to work for our particular needs. I have and will continue to recommend Andrus Audio to anyone in the market for quality work.

I highly recommend Andrus Audio. The installed my home theatre a couple of years ago. They continue to get 5 stars on customer satisfaction. If I have an issue, Isaiah has gotten back to me in a timely manner. The technicians have been both very personable and knowledgeable!!

Having purchased a home that Andus Audio installed a comprehensive Video, audio and smart home features, Andrus Audio has failed to provide the level of service that I expected. After the router failed most of the functionality of the system went down with it. Isaiah Andrus did not offer to repair the system, but instead recommended another service person. That person did the best he could given that he was not familiar with the system, its components or its various settings. Isaiah did provide some assistance over the telephone. But Andrus Audio was not able to provide a list of devices, their functions, and how they were wired together, Isaiah stated that Andrus Audio does not document their installations. When the Ethernet switch was exposed Isaiah was not able to identify the purpose and destination of the wires connected to the switch. He offered to charge $125 per hour to provide that information. When asked about the location of and operation of the device that acts as a timer to turn on the lighting. Isaiah was not able to provide that information. I am unable to comment on the ability of Andus Audio to install a system, but I am disappointed in their servicing of their prior installations. Isaiah has made good the resolution of my complaint by sending a technician who identified and resolved the remaining problems.

Andrus Smart Technologies is clearly the one company to turn to in San Diego with your smart home requirements. Their extensive product knowledge proved invaluable as I set out to completely transform/remodel my downtown high-rise condo into a state-of-the-art smart home. Right from the beginning the Andrus team offered budget conscious solutions addressing my wish list of desired functions. These functions encompassed the integration and automation of high-end audio, visual, HVAC and lighting. Throughout the remodeling project the Andrus team worked hand-in-hand with the general and roller shade contractors to meet an ever-evolving construction schedule. The flexibility they demonstrated substantially contributed to the successful outcome of the overall project. Their superior relationship with their suppliers ensured no delays were incurred due to scarcity of materials or products. This was a true plus during these times of COVID. Additionally, they could be counted on to provided creative solutions to complex challenges that surfaced during such an extensive remolding project. Always coming through when others were unable to. Their installation finish work proved flawless. Everything performs as intended. Without question the owner Isaiah has painstakingly built a business of highly skilled professionals capable of exceeding expectations.
