Amazing team of professionals! Clean, safe, and knowledgeable.I have had back pain since high school. Military service made it even worse. I’ve learned to cope with it, despite living with at least 7/10 baseline pain level, daily.Now, thanks to the amazing team here, I’m on the road to healing. My back pain is consistently reduced to near zero, I sleep better, my mood has improvised, and I see a future where I can do the things I want without fear of flaring up my back pain.Thank you so much!

Dr. Andrus and his team are the best! I was referred to Dr. Andrus by a family member and I’m so glad I made an appointment. Dr. John Andrus is the real deal. I have been seeing him for my back pain for months after being referred by my chiropractor in PA. He is very knowledgeable about his practice and it is clear that he truly loves his job. The quality is like nothing I’ve experienced before! He makes me feel so safe and talks to me every visit. He explains the anatomy of the spine and how things are working in your body which is important to me. He actually knows his patients and remembers things about each individual… on a professional and personal level. His colleague Dr. Constantine is also fabulous! He provides a lot of education and is also seeing patients. Recently, I threw out my back extremely bad… to the point where I was in severe pain and when I looked in the mirror my legs were different lengths, hips and shoulders at different levels by like 2 inches and I couldn’t even walk or breathe properly. I was terrified and had no idea what I did to cause it. I went to see Dr. John right away and he and his wonderful secretary Shara accommodated me by seeing me multiple times a day for a week. He figured out what I did to throw out my back in less than a minute and I was back to my baseline in 1 week! I am so very grateful for Dr. John! I don’t know what I would do without him. Shara is also a bundle of joy and always smiling. I call her anytime I need to change my appointment. She is very sweet and always helpful. I would recommend this practice to everyone and anyone considering chiropractic medicine for the first time or to continue care under a new Dr.

Doctor Andru, Dr Constantine and Shara are THE BEST. The care, attention and time they put into getting to know you and whatever is ailing your spine / health is incredible. Doctor Andru has a magnetic personality, is kind, and so so knowledgable. He was able to help me recover from very painful symptoms after the covid booster that prevented me from raising my arm. Today I am 60. Two years ago I was suffering with Peripheral Neuropathy, joint weakness and pain, constant stiffness in my neck and shoulders, restless leg syndrome and lethargy. I had struggled with body pain for ten years and had just gotten used to it. I have been a building contractor for 32 years. Two years ago, every day was a struggle, shuffling around with numb feet and feeling completely exhausted by 2pm. I had seen five different doctors, including two neurologists. All of them sent me down the road. All of them pointed out the fact that I was 55 years old and this just happens when you get older. I am a very proactive person in regards to my health. This is my first chiropractic experience and it has been amazing thus far. I appreciated the care that was taken in our first couple of appointments (xray, adjustments and explanation of how chiropractic care helps heal the body). They take the guess work out of what you might be experiencing and really take the time to give you a strong understanding of what’s to come in your plan. I have been seeing Dr. Andrus for 4 months now. He was highly recommended to me from a friend. When I first started I had Vertigo for one year off & on. I had seen my regular doctor & a therapist. I was given pills & exercises but neither helped it still came back. After seeing Dr. Andrus he was able to address the Vertigo directly w/o pills or exercise. I really like that he takes X-Rays & focuses directly on your needs he explains everything so you fully understand! Now that I no long have Vertigo he focuses on my health. I feel like a new person. They always have good music playing clean and so far I’ve gotten excellent adjustments. First off I just want to say, it really feels like a family in this office. The hospitality here is next level. I hear patients saying love you to Shara at the front desk when they leave. Which showed me how much people value every moment they have there. I’m a personal trainer at a gym and it is a very noticeable difference when people just have a good workout in an appointment versus when they value every minute of your coaching. The level of reception and engagement I get from those clients that value each minute shows me how much I am helping them. Andrus Chiropractic Group is the fourth and final chiropractor in my life. They educate, empower, and adjusted me for long term health! The absolute best chiropractic office I have ever experienced, the front desk staff is amazing and welcoming, the scheduling is very easy for my crazy schedule, I wouldn’t be able to keep up my appointments if I wasn’t in and out in as little as 15 minutes or less! As far as the care goes, I have not had back, neck or my vertigo problems since seeing Dr. Andrus. Over a year ago, all of these used to be chronic complaints. I came to them due to hurting my back and Dr Andrus not only assisted in correcting that issue but was the very first person to ever explain what now is so obvious that the nerves from your spine do not only send pain signals but all the messages to every organ and while you may not feel pain if your spine is out of alignment then the organs may not be functioning at full capacity. I started my journey with chiropractic treatments just over a year ago. I did it because I was in tremendous pain with carpal tunnel on both my hands. I could not work out and I could not sleep for over three to four months. It was a last resort. I met Dr Lan Moro. She sat me down to explain what they do, how it affects me and the long term benefits. I was skeptical because I really never understood it but I knew that if it didn’t work, I would just move on. As it turns out, it has been the best treatment plan I’ve been on and my carpal tunnel has all but gone. I sleep amazingly better. That said, I have found these adjustments so helpful for my mental and emotional state. Dr Moro is not only there to care for my physical healing, she’s been an amazing support for mental and my emotional being. These treatments truly a blessing and priceless. I’ve been with John since around 2003 and he’s been fantastic for me and my health. I’ve learned a lot about taking better care of myself and he has done a great job with my spine, even correcting a curve in my neck. I’m definitely in a better place with his care.

I started going to Dr. Andrus in the early 2000s. I moved to Los Angeles in 2004 and, after having my son in 2010, returned for adjustments on myself and he even adjusted my son as an infant once. I started going to him again a few months ago whenever I’m in San Diego. He is such a good chiropractor; I wish he had an office in L.A. as well. I have always recommended my family and friends in San Diego to see him for their spinal health over all these years, and will continue to recommend him and get in for an appointment when I can. I trust his skillful, healing hands and always feel welcomed by the other people that work there. Dr. Lan went over my x-rays with me and she was very easy to talk with, informative/educational, and kind. It’s a great office. I wish I could live in San Diego and go there more often!

Ive been to my fair share of Chiropractors in the past and I unfortunately have come to expect the no-nonsense, lack of bedside manner as a standard practice. But I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised, not only was Dr Andrus great in his diagnosis and explanations to a layman but his entire staff was also extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Andrus also took the time to evaluate and adjust my 11th month old. Needless to say, my first visit will quickly turn to being the first of many visits and always with baby in tow.

I met Dr Andrus years ago and he has really helped me. I had doctors wanting to operate just to see why my shoulder hurt and was so weak. From my first appointment with X-rays John knew right away what my problem was. Within 2 or 3 weeks my pain went away and I could finally carry my briefcase and swing a golf club again. I also had pain in my ankle for 10 years and John Andrus made that go away even faster. No surgeries! Ive talked with orher chiropractors, and Dr Andrus is the only chiropractor I recommend. He knows his stuff!

After a little more than a year or so with Dr. Andrus, and I’ve gone from a point where my back hurt all the time and couldn’t move, to a point where my back hardly hurts at all, and I’m back in the gym.
