I dont ever write reviews unless it is truly deserving. Andrew Martinez is someone who goes above and beyond to sell your home. He has sold two of our properties in the past 5 years. Andrew exceeded our expectations with both transactions. Most recently, Andrew sold our home in about 3 months in a saturated market. He got us top dollar for our property. If you want someone who is 110% dedicated to helping you get the maximum value for the sale of your home in record time, Andrew is your guy. He was always readily available to answer any of our questions and address our concerns. He made everything so easy for us-- from staging our home, to finding reasonable vendors to make improvements to our home before placing on the market, to orchestrating top notch open houses to showcase our home. He has an excellent eye for detail as well as great negotiation skills. If you want a stress free experience with amazing results, Andrew is the realtor for you. We would use him again and again to sell or purchase a home.Update 2/2024: Once again we used Andrew to sell another property. He went above and beyond. I knew Andrew was in the business and doing good but after going through the experience I realized all the work that goes into this type of business. When you choose Vantage Real Estate, you cut out the corporate layers and greed factor associated with big-name real estate entities. Andrew Martinez is the corporation, and youll deal directly with him and only him from start to finish. Andrew is confident yet humble, and youll be hard-pressed to find another real estate agent who is as devoted to his clients. Youll soon realize that helping a client purchase (or sell) a home is something deeply personal to Andrew. He genuinely CARES about his clients irrespective of their social or financial status.Andrew guided my wife and me through our first home purchase. He was there for us every step of the way; whether responding to texts at odd hours, setting up and meeting us for viewing appointments all over SB county, advocating on our behalf with sellers agents, or advising us at each turn. Neither of us knew much about buying a home when we first met Andrew. We found him to be knowledgeable and patient and appreciated his willingness to educate us along the way. We probably asked him some dumb questions at the outset, but he never made us feel that way and always replied with an honest and clear answer. There were some low points in the journey when we lost out on some bids, but Andrew was still there for us through thick and thin; working hard behind the scenes and ready almost at a moments notice to line up viewing appointments and show us more homes. One thing I sincerely appreciated was the feedback he gave us about how we fared in a bidding process. We learned a lot from this feedback and became more comfortable with the entire process. Hes always ready to help answer our questions and more! Apart from this, we also found Andrew to be quite knowledgeable about the home construction industry, home inspections, and financing. Almost from the very start, my wife and I quickly realized that we had a real pro working for us. We trusted him and became confident that our turn would eventually come, which it finally did less than two months from the time we started looking in earnest. Andrew was recommended through a family member. I remember the first time I called him, and we talked about real estate and my goals of investing. I was young, and I had no money at the time but with big dreams. Andrew was very patient with me from the beginning, despite I was not ready to do any buying. It was not until 2-3 years later, my wife and I were getting closer to purchasing our first home. Once again, we realized we were not ready. Choosing Andrew as our real estate agent to sell our home is one of the best decisions my wife and I made. Andrew spent a few hours in our home. We got to know each other. Our story:I had spent years wanting to relocate. I had a condo in RSM I wished to sell, but never felt like I had the time to go through the process. I brought an agent out whom I had worked with in the past to help me sell it. I was hoping to get an easy formula to get my place ready for the market, but all she did was make it seem like a lot of work and time that I didn’t have. I really wondered where the value was in a real estate agent.Fast forward a couple years... I run into Andrew, a friend I had known through school but had not had contact with in many years. I always knew Andrew to be very punctual and aspiring. I honestly thought he would be my best bet for finally realizing my ambition of moving onto something better.I brought Andrew out to look at my condo. Instead of hearing about ALL the things I needed to do to prepare my house for sale, he gave me some tips and told me that we would have no problem selling this home quickly. His ideas were amazing. After a frugal trip to Target my place looked amazing. I joked with him and said that I didn’t even want to sell it anymore. He then sent over his photographer and took top quality photos. He even had them take aerial photos with a drone to show the appeal of the nearby amenities you wouldn’t have seen any other way.Long story short, I received multiple offers above asking price and Andrew kept my informed and educated throughout the process. I learned a lot from Andrew during this transaction. Despite being in the beginning of a pandemic with a lot of uncertainty, Andrew’s strategy got me top dollar for my sale in a timely manner.When it came to our purchase, Andrew really helped us weigh out the value of where we wanted to buy. Im an attorney. Ive worked with great attorneys and dealt with awful attorneys. The fact that you have a fancy title next to your name means nothing to me. Andrew was my realtor when I first bought my house last March 2021. He is a very professional realtor. He cares for his client, and he just doesnt want you to show/view properties, and then buy it if you want it. Andrew would point out all the pros/cons of a property all the way from the exterior to the minute details of the the interior of the property. He would spend time having a detailed conversation with you before you even view properties. He would assess your wants, preference, work location, background, dislikes, hobbies, financial capabilities, etc. and will give you a detailed advice of what he thinks would perfectly match your personality and the property you are going to view. His tenure on real estate manifests as soon as he gives you comments/advices about property, locations, and not to mention his vision on how you can make one property a real home. He wont waste your time; he is a very straightforward person and will tell you what needed to hear and what is the realistic situation/consequences. When we went to escrow, he had constant communication with them in the background, trying to meet some deadlines. Lastly, his negotiation skills was the best. I got a very good deal because of Andrew, trying to negotiate to the previous owner.

I would like to take this time to express how grateful and satisfied I am with Andrew and his whole team at Vantage Realty. As a owner of two businesses myself I expect nothing but 100% from anyone I conduct business with, And I have to say I received 200% from Andrew and his team. They went beyond my expectations to say the least. Case in point woking long and odd hours Andrew was able to accommodate me even as late as 10pm at my home to go over documents step by step or strategies on the home purchase itself. Every time I put a call into him it was answered or returned within 30 minutes. My home purchase was quite complex being self employed, but Andrew reassured me during the process that he would handle all the loop holes in which he did. 2 months after closing and in the new home Andrew dropped by to follow up on the renovations and to go over some recommendations on upgrading the home. Perfect example of a true businessman that cares about his life long clients. So many times you hear of agents that make the sale then they are no where to be found, NOT IN THIS CASE. I have called him with ongoing questions about after a home purchase and he has answered all. He has the driving force that any successful business owner has and I see nothing but huge success for Andrew and Vantage Realty. Andrew was excellent in helping us identify and buy the perfect house.He responded to our telephones call and texts immediately. He answered our questions and followed up with our requests. He always had good suggestions but never inpatient or pushy. He intervened well with the sellers brokers. Andrew has excellent skills and he took a personal interest in us. We thank him very much.Our offer on the fifth house was accepted. However, the sellers realtor was uncooperative. She refused to take Andrews telephone calls and responded only by email, which delayed the exchange of information during escrow. Her delays put pressure on me as we neared the closing date. Nevertheless, Andrew and his assistant (Angelina) tolerated the situation well. They made sure that all of the documents were completed for the closing.The process of find the perfect house was not easy, because difficulties arose with the sellers and their realtors. Three sellers started a bidding war by asking more than their listing price but we refused to participate. The fourth seller refused to make necessary repairs, so we cancelled. These events are important to mention, because I want you to know that Andrew never displayed any frustration and he continued to help us.Do yourself a favor. Hire Andrew Martinez if you are a seller or buyer. He will guide you to success.

***UPDATE*** Andrew helped me sell my condo a year after helping me purchase it when I had an opportunity for a promotional transfer near Monterey that I couldn’t pass up. I had to move before my condo was on the market and Andrew made the process smooth. He fronted the money for minor repairs, housecleaning, and an eyesore that was my garage floor (leftover from the previous owner who had put down carpet tiles with cheap adhesive glue). The garage floor turned out beautifully and contributed to the sale of my condo—two grand over asking and $17K above recent closed comps! Andrew made the process easy for me to manage long distance through emails, texts, and phone calls. I was overwhelmed with moving 5 hours away and starting a new job, but I felt like I was able to take a backseat to selling my condo to watch Andrew work his magic. There were very few hiccoughs and Andrew has been helping me manage a few other issues that came up after close of escrow. I look forward to working with him again in the future as I know he will make the process smooth. Im embarrassed to say that, heading into the home-buying process for the first time, I knew next to nothing about the very complex details of it. As soon as my fiancé and I first met with Andrew, I knew he was going to help us make decisions within our means and ultimately leave this process happy. I couldnt have been more right. Andrew went out of his way to accommodate us and our busy schedules and never made us feel like a nuisance when we reached out at random times with questions related to our search. It was a very intimate process, as we made it known that the goal was to find a home to start a family and a life together. Andrew made it a point to get to know us as people so as to prioritize our preferences and needs. I cant stress enough how much I appreciated his efforts in that field. I never leave reviews for anything -- maybe a couple Yelps, lets be honest -- but I wouldnt feel right if I didnt do this for Andrew. Especially after everything he did for us.

Selling my cherished childhood/ home is one of the hardest things I have had to do. I made the decision with my sister that it was finally time to sell with all my grandchildren grown up. Andrew and his team were very helpful. Every service we needed was provided and timely. We had setbacks with buyers (their fault) but Andrew remained hardworking. His assistant Angelina also helped a lot. Both of them would always call me back soon even when I could not sleep at night and would show up to my house if I needed to go over things again. I definitely would recommend Vantage Realty to any family needing real estate help. We just sold my home in Ontario, CA and it was much easier than I anticipated. It was an investment property and I have always had problems with communication with realtors. I live in Yuma, Arizona so the distance seems to be a problem for keeping me in the loop. I think a lot of agents believed in the past on other rentals that it was more acceptable to put me on the backburner being I’m out of state. This is probably the most efficient transaction I have had. I checked out realtors online and read their customer reviews. Andrew and Gloria at the office seemed to always answer my calls and returned them quickly if I left a message. I have not seen them face to face but they did right by me and I look to use them again when it is time.

Recently had a very bad experience with Mr Martinez when it came to renting a house which I signed a lease to rent in Chino Calif. I posted the events of what happened twice to his Facebook page and each time it was removed. His Facebook page from what I can see only reflects the positive experiences and the negative feed back and or comments are removed. To date Mr Martinez is still in procession of $5,000+ of my money which I now will need to have my attorney directly involved. If I could give negative stars I would.

Worst experience I ever had with a realtor or realty agency. Very unprofessional and lack of communication. These guys do not follow up with you regarding your application status and trying to contact them was like pulling teeth. Left several messages and no one would return my call. Total disregard for deadlines and poor customer service.
