Working with Andrew was the best decision I made in my home purchase journey. From the moment we met he took the time to understand all my needs and more importantly my budget. Being fairly new to LA and the US he was able to guide and educate me on a lot of the neighborhoods that would fit what I was looking for. Even through covid we managed to navigate fairly easy given the circumstances and always checked in with new information and listings. Andrews research in the market and economy is unmatched and he made sure I got the best value for my place. We had some delays with the builder on my new home and Andrew consistently followed up with them and checked in to make sure everything was in order. I am very grateful for Andrew and his patience, knowledge and always being available to reach any time with all my questions, his passion and dedication shows in all he does for his clients and I hope to work with him again in the future!

I really loved working with Andrew! he helped us find a home in the fall of 2020 - a time when it seemed nearly impossible. this being our first experience, Andrew was very helpful and patient guiding us through each step of the process and offering valuable advice across every topic. when it was time to make an offer, Andrew ran the numbers and was dead on every time. you can tell he knows the market very well. good attitude, very personable and professional with other agents. highly recommend him!

He definitely is one of the best in the business. So knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He looks out for your best interest and hes very transparent. The thing I appreciate the most is him educating me about the statistics side of everything. He helped me understand how housing is affected by economics and it definitely left me with knowledge to make better decisions. With what he taught me, it helped me lock in the best rate right before rates shot up! If you got Andrew on your side you will not be disappointed!

Andrew Vargas is a pleasure to work with but moreover a fantastic negotiator. He’s enthusiastic, knowledgeable, honest and just has a great attitude. On day one, he easily meshed with our entire family. He offered great advice plus he’s very patience too; even when the emotions of buying are stressed. Andrew is a very professional real estate agent and is extremely hard working. Every time I had a question or needed something done, he was there with an answer and got things done in a timely manner. He is very good about answering his phone and at the rarity he doesn’t answer, he gets back to you ASAP. I couldn’t be more pleased with his professional hard work. I will use him with every home purchase or sale.
