Andrea Duane was both our realtor for buying and selling our home in California, she was very knowledgeable of the El Dorado Hills and surrounding area, which proved to be are extremely helpful in finding us the perfect home for our family. Let me start off by saying that this is WAAYYY past due (sorry Andrea).....but also let me tell you about how awesome Andrea and her team are: I called Andrea out of the blue from 2000 miles away, never having used her services before, and asked for a market analysis on my mom’s home in Folsom. Andrea and her team jumped right on it and had the info for me very quickly. I then had them list the house for sale, and everything from there was handled fantastically and professionally. Andrea went above and beyond, helping get my mom’s house sold in record time. Her understanding and knowledge of the market there, and real estate in general, plus her sincere nature and desire to do the best job possible, made the whole process a wonderful experience. When we needed repairs or touch ups, they got someone on it immediately. Even though I was a great distance away, she made the whole process easy and took the time and care to go by and walk my elderly mom through whatever needed to be done. I can not thank them enough for their professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and kind nature. Andrea and her team are one-of-a-kind!!!

So thankful to finally be writing this review for the wonderful Andrea! My wife and I went on a journey looking for the home to start our family in. We initially started our search in the latter half of 2021- a scorchin hot market and a 6 month pregnant wife made for a bad combination so we decided to put a pause on our search until after our baby was born. Andrea was so respectful of our decision and didnt pressure us at all. And she was right there to support us when we were ready to pick our search back up! When we started our search back up with Andrea, we saw the first house she sent us, made an offer on it, and got it accepted against an all-cash offer! Andrea does what it takes to get the job done, and does so with poise. She is truly a pro in all aspects - from creatively making the most competitive offer possible to building crucial relationships in the process, all of her skills and expertise ultimately got our first offer accepted. I cannot recommend Andrea enough. We decided to move halfway across the country to an area we didnt know a lot about. Andrea took so much time and patience to get to know us, our needs, and give great guidance. While we were in a different state, she went out to video tour houses for us and gave us heads up on properties that might be a good fit. She was also super patient going to see houses in person and always giving solid advice.Andrea is super on top of the paper work, talking to other agents, getting information, etc. We felt really taken care of, especially during the closing process, which can be so daunting. The different tools she uses (software, apps, etc) make it easy to stay on top of timelines.I would say communication is her top, outstanding quality. Have you ever had an amazing milestone experience? You want to do it again, right? Well, to me selling a home is one of those milestones. Andrea and Team were there every step of the way. I have never sold a home before and leaned on her professionalism and expertise. When things seem hectic to me, she had my back from curb junk removal of the home to preparing home estimates, obtaining tradesmen and assisting with color options and light fixtures that spruce a home with just the right touch of TLC. Their proprietary software gave me timelines and communications notifications to let me know what was going on in the background when there was a calm for me. She was always responsive with text messages and phones calls. The home sold in 26 days in the mist of winter holidays. I chose Andrea over two others in my initial pick because she offered and provided me estimates without even asking in our initial introduction meetup. In addition, she was highly recommended and vetted by my prior retired realtor. Without a doubt, I plan to use Andrea again for my next milestone move!

My husband and I first met Andrea Duane in 2005. We wanted to move from Folsom at the peak of the market high. Within 20 minutes of an open house, 4 people offered bids. Andreas smart marketing and knowledge gave way to a tremendous sales approach and before we knew it... the house was sold. Yes, the market was hot, but Andrea knew what she was doing.
