This property is beautiful and everyone we spoke to inside the office and out on the property were super friendly. Clean and well maintained inside also. We had a great tour and hope that we can see more resident activities like they do nightly and monthly once we are residents in the future. Very pleased with our tour we had. Friendly and Professional staff and maintenance people we encountered too!

We are a military couple with a 2 year old. No parties, music, etc... were typically really quiet. We were harassed by our neighbor constantly for months. She would call security on us between 6-8pm for our crying toddler. The last straw was when that neighbor tried to open our door and enter our home!! We ended up calling the police, as thats illegal. In total, we had about 4 or 5 visits from security, and we told the rental agents about each and every time she called. The most they would say is that they had to give her enough warnings before anything could be done. My husband was about to deploy, and I didnt feel safe with Karen next door, so we moved to base.Andorra sends us a $900 bill AFTER taking our $400 deposit. The pictures of the apartment they sent are pristine. They didnt show up for the final walk through, and at pre-inspection prior to move-out... the maintenance guy said everything was great. So we were beyond surprised when they had already moved new tenants in, but we had a bill for $900 extreme damages. I wrote them back to ask what in the *bleep*?! They never wrote back, so I thought they dropped it. We just got a creditor letter in the mail. This is 10 MONTHS after we left. See you in court, Andorra!DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It looks like theyre charging everyone outrageous fees for move out, check the previous reviews.

From the moment I inquired about availability to the day I received my keys, the staff here has been exceptional.First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Mario, the Maintenance Supervisor. I encountered a minor issue in my apartment, and Mario was prompt to address my request and friendly. He not only addressed the concern swiftly but also ensured that the resolution process was seamless. Marios professionalism and dedication to his role made a significant impact on my overall experience, and I feel confident knowing that any future maintenance needs will be handled with the same level of efficiency.Apart from the outstanding maintenance service, I must give kudos to the staff for maintaining the complex in impeccable condition. The grounds are well-kept, and the common areas are always clean and inviting.The move-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. The attention to detail and the willingness to assist made a positive impression on me, and I feel truly welcomed as a new resident.The amenities offered at this complex are nothing short of luxurious, contributing to an enhanced living experience. From the well-equipped fitness center to the stylish communal spaces, every aspect of this complex makes me feel I live in a resort.

Had an issue with my dryer and after attempting to fix it as best as possible, Carlos & Mario made the decision it needed to be replaced. The task is not an easy job as it’s stackable and in a small space but they got the old stackable out and the new one in, in a quick amount of time and even swept up the fluff and stuff from the old dryer for me! Efficient and friendly maintenance crew. I hope they are being paid well for their hard work with how much we pay here as they do a great job. 🙌🏼

DO NOT RENT HERE!!BEWARE- OUTLANDISH MOVE-OUT COSTSMaintenance team said our place was in excellent condition and thanked us yet we receive a bill for $670 on top of them using our entire $400 deposit (standard cleaning $165, carpet cleaning $295, painting $750). The place was in great condition upon move-out and we have pics to prove it.This was a great place when we first moved in but in less than a year the complex was sold to another company and quickly went downhill. It used to be owned by Brookfield Properties but is now MG Properties. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS. First, they required us to put in a 60-day notice to move out, which we have found out is illegal in the state of California. Even though we never planned on staying another year, the renewal notice stated that rent would increase 7.9% and that percentage was for a 15 month lease. When we had our preliminary 2-week move out inspection they told us this is one of the cleanest units they’ve ever seen BUT said we would be responsible for standard cleaning fee, carpet cleaning, and painting. We tried to get in touch with the manager to see what these costs were going to look like but Darlene never reached out.Also, good luck trying to get ahold of the office because they never answer the phone for tenants. They are constantly understaffed despite the company just buying the property. Everyone in the office is incompetent. They even only have 3 maintenance people for over 400 units, which is absolutely insane.Other issues:They have serious sewage issues- every week the toilet’s water will go out of the toilet and a strong sewage smell will seep out for hours. They claim this is from ongoing nearby construction but that’s really no excuse for it going on this long. And now even MG properties requires tenants to have sewage insurance added on to tenants renters insurance.. so they are well aware of a bigger sewage issue.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND FROM ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY MG PROPERTIES

First I like to say thank you to Carlos! He is the best and has been the only person at Andorra to ever help us. I only have positive things to say about him. I wish I could say that for the rest of the team. Carlos deserves a raise!Now on to my review of Andorra. I do not recommend living here. MG properties will nickel and dime you for everything. Nothing about this place is luxurious.We lived here for two years and it was the worst living experience we’ve ever had. If you have a dog and don’t like picking up their poop then this would be a great spot for you as the rule is not enforced. In fact, Andorra only upholds lease rules if it’s something that can make them money.Avoid the manager, Darlene Santiago, at all costs. She is awful at her job and is not a nice person. One concerning experience I had with her is that she released personal information of another tenant to me. We had gone in to discuss issues we were having with a particular neighbor and walked away knowing their names and phone numbers. So your personal information is not protected here.While living here, we had $1200 worth of stuff stolen from our garage and we were met with the response “you’re not supposed to store stuff in there”. They’re just out for money and lack any compassion or human-kindness. In general, there was increased crime and police activity towards the end of our stay.They also charge you insane move out fees. We were charged for a “tub reglaze”. Which is not even possible for a fiberglass tub. When I reached out and said that was ridiculous, they removed the charge. So be careful, they will attempt to charge you for anything and everything. They will also try and charge you for a carpet replacement. Be prepared to pay a lot when you move out. Be sure when moving out to ask that they prorate the charge of carpet replacement due to life expectancy of the carpet. You can also ask that they prorate for paint. Unfortunately, with Andorra, you always have to fight them tooth and nail for them to do what’s legal.Shortly after we moved out I realized I had some important mail sent to Andorra. I called to see if I could pick it up if I brought my ID. Vincent checked to see if the unit was vacant, if so they would be able to open the mail box and get the mail. He said I could swing by and I told him I’d come that afternoon. Once I got there, they asked me to come back in 30 minutes because they had a meeting. Would have been nice to have been told that when I said I’d be coming. While there, Reggie, the maintenance supervisor, came out and said they could not open the mail box because the unit was occupied and it would be a federal crime to open it. I thought that was funny considering I was already told the unit was empty and we had JUST moved out. There’s no way they could have had that tub reglazed so quickly…They just wanted to shoo me off and he said he’d call me to follow up. I get a call two days later and he said “I’ll go ahead and open it up for you”. So which was it, were you guys lying about the unit being vacant or did you decide to commit a federal crime for me? Truth is, the unit was still vacant. In fact, it’s still listed as available on the website.This is not the kind of place you’ll want to go month to month once your lease is up because the rent for month to month shoots up thousands of dollars. If we decided to go month to month, our rent for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom would have shot up to $4000 a month.I have so many stories I can share here but I’ll leave it at this. Whatever you do? DON’T MOVE HERE. It’s not worth your time or money. My guess is that they keep their rent and fees so high so no one can afford to sue them for every unlawful thing they do.Before corporate comments on this review saying something like “we’re disappointed to hear about your experience” or “we sincerely apologize” or “we’d love to hear more”. I invite you to reach out to me. You can save your sad attempt to make it seem like you guys care by even commenting on this review.Below are a few pics of the beautiful grounds.

Super Mario has maintained several items over the last 6 months and always is very attentive, caring, friendly, and does great work. The staff is nice and the apparments are look good although Im not sure they are worth how expensive they are. We are paying $2475 for a one bedroom apartment. On top of that they try to get you to pay more every chance they get. We have 2 vehicles and only got one garage door opener, one gate opener and one fob to the pool. We were told its an extra $100 to get another per fob/opener. Also when we asked about the E.V. charging prices they could not give us an answer. After we moved in and went to charge our E.V. the prices are double what they are in the rest of the city!

Super Mario did an amazing job, not only did he completely fix our air conditioning, he also explained why/what caused the issue.Mario was very friendly, caring and informative!! Theres a reason people call him Super Mario. Best maintenance guy ever 🤓😁!

The absolute pits of a company that try to shaft you at every opportunity possible.The simple truth is the contract is unlawful. You are not liable for carpet replacement, or painting of the unit when you vacate, unless you have willfully damage it.They are simply getting their tenants to pay for fair wear and tear which the onus is on them to prove.They will come at you for this and threaten you with court action. The simple way to avoid this is do not rent there. Youll do yourself the biggest favor.The other reason not to rent there is the team in the office. They are simply inept. And when their ineptitude is exposed; they lie. And continue to lie and lie until they cannot even remember their first lies.Their maintenance manager is not just useless at his position, he is rude, abusive and tells bare faced lies.Their main man in the office and the property manager are also the same.Now with regard to the property itself. It is dirty and disgusting as others photos have shown.They never clean the hallways. So there is dog **** on the steps. There is dust, trash, and spit on the staircases.The oven (from brand new) never worked properly. The freezer was awful and would not freeze due to seal being lose - which they would not replace.The gates are frequently left open so it is not really a gated community. Many of the BBQs are not working and are left dirty. The toilets have no running water or the bulbs do not work.There is dog sh^te everywhere which largely is left unless they have scheduled tours or head office visits.We have reached out to management on the illegal withholding of our deposit which they will not respond to. Maybe this will prompt them, but well see.They have not sent an inspection report to us and refused us the opportunity of an accompanied walkthrough, which is also unlawful.
