James Vanar managed our rental property in San Clemente after the previous manager retired. He took the weight off us by handling everything that came up quickly and completely, which was much appreciated. Later on we sold the property, and he handled the sale as well. James always consulted with us on next steps and had our best interest in mind. The process could not have gone more smoothly. We highly recommend James for top-notch management and strong customer service in sales.

5 star service from start to finish! James is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Over the course of a month, James was able to renovate our property, show it, and rent it to a wonderful family. He helped us with design aesthetics, updating the property where it needed it, and keeping unnecessary costs down. We gave him our budget and the costs came back well below that number. He was always available to answer questions and kept us updated throughout the whole renovation process.As novice property owners, my husband and I felt comfortable handing over our property to James and Anchor West Properties. I have been using Anchor West property management service my rental condo in San Clemente for two years now. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their service, in fact, I am going to renew a new contract with them now. James is an no nonsense, very professional, smart, efficient, responsive, reliable and customer service oriented property manager. He always respond my texts, calls, or emails promptly. I had some problems with the previous tenant, he handled it very nicely, avoided going to court, saved me money and time otherwise. I really appreciated it.

James Vanar was my property manager for quite some time. Then this past fall, I decided to sell. James managed the listing, showing, and closing effortlessly. Ive dealt with numerous agents over my career, and James did a wonderful job with the transaction. Ultimately, we accepted a small discount, and still got his estimate to the dollar. This is the best property management company I have ever dealt with!! James is the most honest, caring, and knowledgeable property manager that I have ever worked with. He provides incredible service in such a caring manner! I have dealt with A LOT of property managers over the years- both commercial and residential. It seems like they are all the same- difficult to work with, and dont have a clue about customer service. James is completely different. I have found my Nordstroms of property managers!
