Highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs. They have the most up to date technology and really go above and beyond for their patients. The hygienist Steve who did my cleaning was great and really educated me on my overall gum health. Jam the dental assistant who took my x-rays made sure I was very comfortable throughout the process. You can tell she is experienced and strives to make you feel at ease. Over all I was very pleased my experience.

Wonderful staff and service. Everyone is friendly and professional. Top notch care and service. Ramon, my hygenist, ensured I was well informed of my treatment and the procedure he was performing and he took the time to make me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety. It really made all the difference. Going to the dentist is never a “fun” thing to do, but the team here really does a great job of making you feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you so much! First time here and I will definitely be returning. The service was incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the reception team. Check in was easy as I had already submitted all the paperwork online. The x-ray technician was super friendly and made me feel comfortable, which reduced my anxiety. The doctors and specialists did an amazing job in explaining the procedures I needed to improve my oral health. They answered all my questions and consistently asked if I was okay or needed anything. Overall, an outstanding experience.

The only place I’d trust my teeth to. I’ve always hated going to the dentist because of how off putting and tense it can get in the office but this place just feels like one big family that is there to help you. I would highly recommend Dr. Akbar, she’s genuinely interested in giving you the best care. Ramon is also a great guy, he is second to none. All the office staff are friendly and always doing their best for you. I also couldn’t forget about my favorite dental assistant Jamilex, she always goes above and beyond her work, she’s simply the best.At the end of the day you want to put your trust in not only a company but also the people that work there and this place has it all. I came in because I had pain that required a root canal and they were so kind and professional with me and they got me through all the work I needed in a few days which was good for my busy work schedule. They treated me and other patients with such care Dr.Noh, Dr.Rahnama and Dr.Akbar were all so kind to me and very quick too! Theres a lot of reviews here about pricing but all my treatments costed less than the doctors on my insurance. They have so many options for payment plans that I felt secure before during and after my procedures. Highly recommend and this place is my new preferred dentistry!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Rahi Rahnama to get a root canal. I had never gotten a root canal done before and was very nervous. However, Dr Rahnama was very patient and answered all my questions. The appointment was very quick and as comfortable as it could be under the circumstances. The team took care of things quickly and was able to get me in and out the door within my lunch break. I would highly recommend Dr Rahnama for future dental needs.

Great office! We recently moved to Anaheim and this office is conveniently located for us. There is ample parking at the office location and the inside is very modern and clean. Everyone was great to work with and very friendly!Dr. Pandhoh explained all my x-rays and his findings to me in a straightforward and concise manner. It was easy to understand what I was doing well and not so well! Tammy was great to speak with and provided a very clear explanation of the charges for each procedure and gave me ample time to decide before moving forward with anything.Ramon performed a thorough cleaning and I was in and out before I knew it.Looking forward to returning in six months!

Be very careful with the extra charges. Make sure you check with your insurance on what they cover. They billed me a cleaning service that was completely covered by my insurance. I needed a root canal done and they tried to bill me $1400. I went to a different dentist and explained what they were trying to charge me and they responded “how could they get away with that”. It’s very sad that they try to take advantage of people like that.

If I knew before coming here I would had Avoid this place at all cost, they became my family’s regular dentist but after i had a cleaning at this place I had a tooth ache so I went back on a Friday and their female dentist told me that it was ok and that I had an appointment for the following Wednesday, well on the weekend it got worsened and I had to see an orthodontist on the following Monday… I was told by the specialist that he had to perform a root canal and that it COULD have been avoided if treated in time. Well I am so disappointed and upset that I am still waiting to cool down so I can talk to this office personnel and make a formal complaint about this horrible experience. Look for a place where they care you about you as a patient not just for your business. The reviews are made for a reason listen to them.

Hands down one of the best dental visit experience I’ve had! Going to the dentist is no picnic in the park. The fear of what they will find wrong with you, the possible pain, and costs associated with visiting a dentist. But Dr. Pandhoh and Ramon the hygienist somehow managed to alleviate all the “pain points”. They were patient with me and that’s not easy as I am “high maintenance” when it comes to any dental/medical visits. I think it’s because I’m looking for any excuse not to do what I should be doing for my oral health. But everyone at Anaheim Modern Dentistry was beyond great. It’s like they knew all my fears and patiently helped walk me through. Do I still like going to the dentist? No. But if I have to do it to keep my teeth and gums healthy I’ll definitely only be going to Dr. Pandhoh and Ramon.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time and I have had nothing but bad experiences at every dentist I had ever been to. This dentist office changed all of that. Sara Ackbar found that I needed a deep cleaning and got the whole process done with little to no pain and very quickly. My whole mouth feels so much better. It was a wonderful experience compared to everything I have had in the past. Dare I even say I am looking forward to going back for my next appointment in 6 weeks?!

My mom went to the dentist for her regular cleaning and was lied to about the pricing. The cleaning is covered for free under her insurance and they offer fluoride for $35. At the end of her cleaning she was told she was going to be charged $55, $45 for fluoride and $10 copay and she paid but was left confused so she called her insurance to confirm the copay and was told that there was no copay. The insurance called the dentist to see what was up and they were told they charged her $20 for a special cleaning which she was told was a regular cleaning and $35 for fluoride. My mom was left angry and distraught that they saw a chance to take advantage of her. Apart from that my sister was also taken advantage of when they convinced her that she needed a root canal even though she had no pain to her tooth and was left several months with a temporary that resulted in a lot of pain for her and left her unable to wear her retainers for a long period of time. Its hard to find honest dentists nowadays but believe me or not I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

For those that have had bad tooth pain and not known where to turn, you know how such a small thing can feel immobilizing. Fortunately, the great team here came to the rescue not just with great skill and a fully integrated medical records ability, they did it for someone that was not a regular patient. That’s right, in the middle of a trip to Disneyland, they got me in the same day (a Saturday even) and they had the absolute best customer service all the way to making a recommendation and referral to someone in their network out of state. They set a standard for customer service, period. It is one my home dentist could only hope to achieve.

I am so HAPPY that I found this office! I love how all the staff was so friendly! I am a new patient and everyone was so welcoming and informative. I came in with Embrace (braces) and they had no problem accommodating me. They made it known I was already sore and uncomfortable because of my braces and everyone really made their best effort to be gentle with me. I highly recommend this office if your looking. Ive always had dental insurance for my family and have NEVER been asked to pay this much...I came here bc I live nearby and the office is newish. I know a copay is expected, but in the multi-thousands? Im going back to my old dentist and taking some flowers. They gave me a better service and were always doing what was right by us. I was treated better at a car dealership than here! If you want to get ripped off and pay thousands come here by all means.

The nickel and dime you for everything. These thieves charge patients $90 for an intraoral photo when anywhere else will do it for free. They also charge for each individual X-ray instead of charging as a set which would be cheaper. And if your insurance covers a procedure they will put extra codes in to make you have to pay out of pocket. Go to a family practice and stay away from these corporate offices. They don’t care about their patients, only money.

I was mislead on my treatment plan I was not informed what would need to happen and the time I would need to wait between surgeries. Dr Mikhal told me I would have a dental bridge placed the same day I had extractions and then did not do it. This was after my teeth were out. I went for a consultation and was provided a stay plate with 2 teeth not 3 like they requested. The stay plate was horribly ill fitting and the impressions were made before my teeth were out and did not match to what it needed. They said they would take new impressions and order a new stay plate and they did not. I had to go to another dental office and have the stay plate adjusted so I could even stand to have it in my mouth and pay that dental office as well. In my bill and estimate it states 3 teeth for the stay plate. I had three extractions and stage 1 of dental implant surgery. They have charged me for an incorrect stay plate and they have charged me for 2nd stage implant surgery which has not occurred. They have billed fraudulently and changed the amount of my bill 4 times. I have screen shots of the electronic bill as it’s changing. They have also billed me the UCF and not the patient pay. They have also changed and reallocated what insurance is supposed to cover and what they are charging and what I owe. It’s incredibly unethical and the dental work was horrible. They did not provide the correct stay plate. They did NOT perform a surgery they are charging for and they are fraudulently billing insurance and myself while changing and readjusting numbers to their benefit. I have reached out to the doctors via chat and the office via phone call and chat and have not gotten a resolution or a response. The office is Anaheim Modern Dentisty the doctors are Dr lareine Mikhal and Dr William Noh. I was lied to about my treatment I was mislead about the time between procedures I was provided the wrong stay plate and one that is impossible to wear even if it were right the fit is so poor and then I was charged for procedures that were not done. I have been billed multiple different amounts that change to their whim and the amount I’ve paid is 3000 and they are giving me credit for a lower amount, that has also changed on multiple screenshots I have. I look disfigured by my teeth being out and the bridge not being done when they said it would, the stay plate is useless and can’t be worn I’ve lost work time and self confidence and they have billed me for things that aren’t even done and what I have had done is so bad and I have shooting pain through my mouth now. I was also not even offered an option of being under anesthesia to have three teeth extracted and the first stage of dental implants done. I was awake and numb while they were drilling into my skull. When I asked the oral surgeon, Dr Noh why they don’t use anesthesia for this type of a procedure he said the patient before him had used it. Why wasn’t I even offered this as an option????Offices billing practices are unethical and they should not be allowed to continue to defraud patients Dr Mikhel should not perform dentistry she is incompetent and should not be allowed to treat patients with this level of incompetence and inability to deliver what she states and be able to offer the full picture of treatment and downfalls and reality verses the horrible true outcome. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the dental board of California. I’ll be seeking legal recourse.

I went to this place yesterday because I have two teeth that are in need of a root canal. I have a referral from the dentist and I called them to make an appointment to preform a root canal. I sent my information by email, the referral and my insurance information. They gave me an appointment. I left my job an hour early to get there. They said they would check the coverage of my insurance beforehand. Then, I came and asked if they take HMO, and they said yes. I filled out an application, and they took x rays. They said that my two teeth, getting a root canal would be $1837. They said insurance pays $783, therefore I’d still have to pay $1,054. If I couldn’t pay full, they were giving me options to pay monthly. Someone brought me papers to sign, but I didnt stay to sign, and I left right away. Even with insurance, the price was immensely high. Same day, I went to another location, without using my insurance, and I got both teeth root canal for $400 without insurance. Going to this location, I really wasted my time.
