Ana is phenomenal at what she does! She navigates through the process of selling my parents’ home quickly and at a great price. Her professional guidance paired with a genuine kindness made a difficult situation much easier to bear. Ana is extremely patient and understanding and I can’t thank her enough for it. What stands out most is her dedication to her clients through the whole process. She is there with quick responses to any concerns big or small. She is experienced, fair but stands her ground, and exceeds the expectations of what I expect an agent should be when taking on a client. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends! I am writing this review to describe how awesome Ana is.This is the first time we were selling a house. Even before we signed a contract, Ana provided detailed research in our area and helped us identify a sales price. (we did receive an offer for over the sales price!)Using her bilingual skills, she helped communicate to our tenants regarding the selling of our house and to make appointments for photos and viewing of the property.Ana always kept us apprised throughout the selling process.Ana’s extensive experience showed as she negotiated terms with the buyers and their Agent.We really appreciate Ana’s positive outlook and all of her hard work!Thank-you!!–Rickey and David–

Being that it was my husband and I first time purchasing a home, Ana helped us understand the process from start to finish.She listened to our wants and needs. was patient and made sure to be available at all time. She’s extremely professional and very friendly! I would recommend her to anyone.

Ana helped us find our forever home!!! From the start Ana was super thorough in her knowledge and explanation of finding a home. This was a whole new process for me, and she broke everything down for me to understand and was/is always helpful with whatever questions. She listened to what home I was looking for, and made sure to only shows us what we could possibly like. For a first time buyer the process can be very daunting, but Ana and her team was there through every step of the way.

Ana was referred to us and we couldn’t be more pleased. Ana has been very communicative which is tremendous in the home buying process. We came from out of state and she met with me taking precious time to help us find our home. While away, I stand by her videos and photos of homes. Ana covers so much, it put us at ease.

As first time home owners my fiancé and I were lost in the topic, we had so many questions and didn’t exactly comprehend everything at first, luckily we met Ana, Since day one she was very professional and had the patience to explain everything to its last detail. Ana is very good at her job and is very patient. She always makes sure you understand what is going on and takes the time to accommodate you. It was such a pleasure working with Ana. She is very, professional and extremely personable. Ana’s presentation was amazing. It was very detailed about the agencies selling process and marketing strategy and timeline. I knew at that first meeting that I would be in excellent hands. I felt very confident in her abilities to get my home sold and she didn’t disappoint. She made me feel at ease with the home selling process. After the walk through of my home she provided me with excellent feedback. She even went above and beyond by assisting me in finding highly skilled tradesmen to complete a couple of outstanding projects. As a result of completing those projects, I was able to sell my home quickly and for a substantial amount over asking. Ana was always willing and available to assist me from the date of our initial signing through closing escrow. I highly recommend Ana Pacheco, she is a fantastic Realtor.

I had an excellent experience working with Ana Pacheco. I really hate doing things, so selling and buying a house is like a nightmare, but Ana made the process very easy and efficient, and all I really to do was just agree or disagree. She explains everything thoroughly and clearly, responds in a timely manner, she dealt with my well issues, got me repair people, a gardener, a stager, and I never felt any pressure to hurry up and buy something. Overall, shes just really good at was she does, and I will definitely work with her again if I ever decide to sell.

Ana is awesome! She guided us every step of the way with the sale of our home and the purchase of another one. She was very thorough, explaining everything and answering all of our questions.
