2024-06-04 22:10:21Beware. Just like every other comment on this place, avoid at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would.2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab 5.7 HemiWater damage (headliner, floor carpet, electrical) occurred on 8 Feb 2024 from leaking rear window/rear center tail light. Truck stranded me in town because the key fob stopped working after heavy rains in early Feb. First appointment scheduled for 28 Feb for warranty repairs (soonest I could get in anywhere in SoCal). Truck was not looked at until approximately 15 Mar. Dealership agreed to fix everything under extended factory warranty (rear window, headliner, key fob sensor). Rear window was on back order; truck given back with only rear center tail light and key fob sensor replaced approximately 25 Mar. Near zero communication from service advisor. I had to call several times for updates. Truck sent back for window and headliner replacement and added work of carpet replacement (due to mold that I found while waiting for the back ordered window) approximately 18 Apr. Told truck was finished on 8 May, but truck was not acceptable for pickup. Broken glass in bed, tonneau cover not reinstalled, painter’s tape all around the new rear window, new floor carpet was grease and mud stained, truck was filthy. I refused to accept it and asked for the carpet to be replaced again and truck to be cleaned and tonneau cover reinstalled. This was further complicated by the fact that I was scheduled to leave the country for six months on 12 May. Truck was finally ready for pickup again on 24 May. Truck had been derailed and everything put pack together, but upon further inspection by my wife once the truck was home, the carpet had not been replaced and although it had been cleaned, it still shows dirt/grease stains. Unacceptable service, attention to detail, and communication. Of note, the first day I dropped the truck off, Danny the service advisor told me they have no incentive to work quickly because they have so many people waiting in line to get work done. Basically told me if I wasn’t happy to take my business elsewhere - it wouldn’t affect their business. In the end, Danny tried to make it right by getting my truck detailed and offered to deliver it to my wife due to me being out of town, but fell short because the “new” carpet is dirtier than it was when I brought it in.My wife also noticed upon detailed inspection that they failed to reinstall the rear seatbelt to the floor. Major safety issue as I have four young children. Thankfully my neighbor is helping her fix it as I am out of the country.Never again. Even if there’s a fire.

2024-03-07 23:25:48I was having trouble with my RV lights, when I getting ready for a trip. Since I was in the area I decided to stop by real quick to make sure I had check all of the fuses for the trailer connection. Danny first met me at the door while helping another customer, told me they would be right with me. Then came Logan right behind him with a greeting smile asking how he could help me. I explained my concerns, then he came back with a familiar face (John) with testing equipment to make sure everything was in working order. I mentioned, I think there’s a recall on my truck. No sooner than I finished they knew which one it needed and right before closing time, they took my truck for the recall. Quick fast service without even having an appointment. Kodos Team Ram!

2024-02-17 05:51:41Well, my service writer was great and truly listened. Unfortunately, the place is overwhelmed with vehicles! They had more that 20 vehicles either waiting on parts, or waiting to get in to see a mechanic. Even with an appointment I waited two days to have someone even look at the codes. At the end of the first day I showed up, and they took a few minutes to hurry up and run out and look at some of the codes were. I left it a second day so that they could do a complete diagnostic, but that didn’t happen either. It was impossible for me to reach anybody by phone. Needless to say, I would not recommend the AutoNation to anyone at all. Again, service writer was great, the shop simply has way too much work for anyone new.

2024-02-07 17:22:18Avoid this service center at all costs. Waste of time and money with zero communication. Gave me the run around for months and never got my parts delivered while keeping my truck for weeks. Ended up with the same issues I brought it in with and wasted months there. Find a different service center that actually cares.

2023-01-26 17:14:16Kathy is the best, they got my oil change done in a quick fashion. I also mentioned that I had a leak in to the cabin. She said that they would check it out. She was able to find the source of the leak and is working to make it a warranty issue for me to get repaired free of charge. Even if she isnt able to turn it in to a warranty issue I am so happy with the initiative taken to try to get this rectified for me.

2023-05-09 16:29:06I cant recommend this place less. They have terrible communication and even worse service. The very few times they actually answered the phone, they were rude and provided zero assistance. The transmission on one of our new 2022 commercial trucks went out at only 3,000 miles. I couldnt get anyone to call me back. I finally called Dodge Corp and filed a claim. I got the truck back the following week.Overall, it took them 9 weeks to get the repair done. While it was sitting, we asked them to fix multiple recalls. After we got it back, we checked the notes on the receipt and found they didnt fix the most important recall due to unavailable parts., We have been to this service location multiple times for other, non-warranty, repairs. I cant say we have ever had a good experience and this put us over the edge. We wont be using or purchasing from Bob Baker ever again.

2021-12-01 09:25:14Really impressed with this shop. Typically dealership affiliated shops are pretty much the bane of my existence but this experience was really pleasant. The service advisor was professional, got my vehicle in same-day, took care of an oil change and tire rotation quickly and effectively, and was spot on with the quoted price. She called when the vehicle was done and didnt make us wait. Really pleased with the experience, Ive had a much worse time at many other dealership service centers.

2022-12-23 01:11:29Loud rattle coming from the drivers side front end of my 2021 ram. Since I am under warranty, I called immediately on december 15th for service. They told me that the first appointment available was mid FEBRUARY!!! I asked if I could just drop it off and they said they could get to it in 2-3 weeks. This is my only car and they wouldnt even offer a rental! They said I could rent on my own and ask Chrysler for reimbursement later. Ended up finding another ram dealer to service. What a joke!
