We listed our Paradise, CA property with Amy. We had a price in mind originally and she suggested us raising the asking price as she knew the market and felt we could get more. We were excited to get offers immediately at full asking price.Unfortunately the transaction didnt go smoothly ( Had nothing to do with Amy ) ... We ended up holding off on selling for a few more months. She was extremely patient and helpful answering all of our question promptly and was always quick to respond to any phone calls or texts.When we re-listed we had another full asking price offer within hours. After looking at several dozen homes ( I thought she was getting tired of me, as we had looked at so many homes, and did not find any). I currently had a realtor, but I could tell that Amy really wanted to work for my wife and I and earn our business and she had a ton of real estate knowledge. After meeting Amy, we decided to take the house that she was showing and list our house as well. Within days of talking with Amy she had her house on the market and within a week had offers coming in. We were able to sell our house and move into our other house within 40 days of meeting Amy. She is an amazing person, and realtor. Even to this day she still checks in on my wife and I to see how things are going. Anyone looking for a realtor look no further than her.

She guided us through the usual transaction step by step, but also provided us with the necessary information to set our utilities, find local and trusted contractors for Internet set up, pest control, and electrician. She also coordinated all transactions with my lender, and selling agent making sure we can move in accordingly. There were no gaps. She has kept in touch after the transaction as would a friend to post us with todays power shut off.I also like to give positive feedback to Amys Transaction Coordinator, Whitney Stanley, for her efforts behind the scenes!!I will definitely and proudly recommend her services to others looking to buy or sell a house!!
