Excellent agency. They managed to give me a better coverage for a lower premium than my former insurer was going to charge me. Dont give up, it is possible to find a better deal even in the current insurance crisis. The office is very organized, they respond immediately, paperwork is done online. I was recently referred to Amlani for homeowners insurance for my home. The initial call went flawless, Joe got me all set up and I set up payment on my side. That was the last I heard from Joe. Two weeks later I received a call from someone else that was informing me he was going to come to my property for a visual inspection. I never heard from anyone again until I received a cancellation notice in the mail because there is a hot tub in the fully fenced in backyard. No opportunity to rectify that situation by removing the hot tub or emptying it. It was rude and cowardly to just send a letter AND asking me to pay $12.00 for nothing. I had to scramble to find another insurer. A phone call explaining to me why they cancelled would have been a superb act of customer service on Amlanis part. I found a great new insurance provider and am happy to not have to deal with this insurance company, I can only imagine how they would be if I actually had to file a claim! Probably difficult at best. Buyer beware.

I recently had a difficult situation where my homeowners insurance policy was canceled by the previous company in which I knew nothing about. Last fall I was in a panic when we were notified that our home insurance policy was not going to be renewed (through no fault of our own) and decided to find a new insurance agent here in Redlands.
