I needed to find a fully-qualified service technician for my company (The Mariposa Yosemite Symphony Orchestra) machine - a Xerox Workcentre 7855 with full professional finisher, and had a phone chat with Pon. He was able to schedule a service appointment at our location about a 3-hr RT drive from Fresno for the very next day. He was remarkably knowledgeable, immediately diagnosed the potential solutions to my machines problems, and charged a reasonable fee, accessing the replacement parts for this older machine nearly overnight. I cant applaud Pon enough - for his professionalism, knowledge, skills - Ameritech is the real thing, and beyond all else, Im now relieved to have found a complete IT pro, not only for our quirky Xerox, but for all our other computer/printer/IT needs. Thank YOU, Pon - for great service and a completely honest company.

Had issues with my laser multi-function printer, could have bought a new printer but I figured hey lets see how much to fix. Took it in to Ameritech, paid $40 bucks for diagnostics fee. All it needed was some cleaning... it didnt want to grab paper but they cleaned the rollers and blew out all the dust. (Havent done anything to it myself, printer is like 5 years old) now working great. since it was an easy fix, didnt need parts, thats all I paid. A new one would have cost me like probably $250.00. Tech guys are competent and know their stuff, not a fancy place by any means but hey its a repair shop. I would recommend it:)

Ive used Pon at Ameritech several times for printer repairs (older HP laserjets both color and black and white ones) and have always got a great deal on service and toner. Very friendly and down to earth business at a great price for the professional service you get.

After my computer unexpectedly went down and would not turn on. I called around Fresno looking for some help and after a lot of phone calls and no answers just some guy making an appointment for me to bring my computer in without any questions to what had happened I was feeling a little frustrated. Thankfully I decided to make one more call and that was to AMERITECH and reached Pon he asked me what had happened to my computer and gave me his opinion and options. My computer turned out to be an old model that would of cost more to fix then it was worth. I was disappointed until Pon offered and upgraded computer at what I feel was a great price! Two days later I went to pick up my new computer that was installed with everything I needed. Ive been very satisfied with it and know I can call on the guys at AMERITECH if I have any problems. I called and asked what I should do about a small office hp printer I have that has an error message and quit working. Very knowledgeable and honest. They sell commercial printers; I am not at that level yet, but will defintely go through them to buy my first one. Good people.

Very professional, and great customer service. The technician Pong was knowledgeable and on point about everything. The lady at the register was sweet aswell. Great place to go for a fair price.
