The manager Brian was so friendly, professional, and helpful. We went to the Glendora location and Tristen was not helpful which is why we ended up at this location. We called and explained to Brian about our horrible experience and asked if he could help. He said absolutely so we headed over and we got out of the location within an hour with four new tires at a great price. Gabe and Brian are awesome. They will get you great, efficient, and professional experience. Ten out of ten totally recommend this location.

My guy Brian at the front desk man .. super helpful. I don’t know anything about tires and he explained each one and the difference between the brands. Super quick service too.. I left with 4 new tires in a matter of 35min. Definitely recommend this location.

Great service, I can bring my car in anytime for a tire pressure check. Only negative is there is no indoor sitting/waiting area which can be uncomfortable if its particularly hot or cold, they DO have a tent, sun protection in place but it can still be uncomfortable.

I came in today, Monday to Americas Tire to repair a flat. Even though the store was very busy, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stephen and Joshua provided outstanding service. I needed one tire. One. They treated me as though I was getting 16. While one staff member was changing one tire, there was another staff member checking the air pressure on the other tires. Great teamwork! I was out of there in record time.

XAVIER B helped me with a tire rotation and balancing.He tells me that America tire always charges for balancing. Since 2006 my first stop after getting a new car was always with America tire. This is the first time I have heard of this policy.He was telling me that the old managers had been saying the wrong thing and certs only included physical damage and not balancing.I called corporate while I was waiting in the store and was told that what Bode told me was inaccurate.They were trying to pull a fast one on me and charge me for balancing. This is the first bad experience I had with America tire or Discount Tire.I hope this has not happen to anyone else in this store

Today I went to the West Covina store with a run flat tire that was losing pressure. Even though I had researched that this could possibly be fixed I expected the worst . I’ve always had bad experiences on other companies trying to just sell me 4 new tires for my Mercedes. I got there as a walk in and had to wait 45 min . Yes the person helping did advise purchasing new tires due to mine being close to worn . Of course I was not ready for a huge purchase. After about an hour they informed me the found 2 holes and repaired but after testing it found another ! They patched them all up for absolutely free ! I was so grateful and thankful for such honest and good business ethics . I know I’ll eventually need all my tires replaced but at least I’ll be able to plan for it . It was surreal to me that they would spend so much time to ensure my tire was safe and to pay absolutely nothing ! I highly recommend these guys . Friendly knowledgeable staff and most of all honest . Very hard to come by these days . Thank you so very much .

Not only does this place have great prices. This tire chain actually matched another price point and saved me money. They listened to what I wanted and didnt tried to sell me what items they want to get rid of for a fast sale. Very pleasant and fast. They took a little longer then expected but even that was fast compared to other tire chains that I have done business with. They apologized and my jaw drop at how honest and sorry they were. I told them that are still twice as fast as other locations. If you need fast instalation, great service and amazing work ethics get your tires here. Seen about six cars come in with a simple patch and they were in and out. It was crazy fast. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.

Adrian was AMAZING! He helped my wife and I from the moment we entered the store until we picked up our vehicle. He ordered our wheels on our first visit, which were back ordered. He followed up over the course of 3 weeks with multiple phone calls to make sure we were updated with the status of the wheels. Adrian called us the moment they were received in store and got us in the same day to put the wheels on that weve been waiting weeks for.We really appreciated his attention to detail and his excellent communication. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for wheels or tires. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. Always excellent service. Ive been a customer for many years, started at the Puente Hills location but as soon as West Covina location opened I switched over because its closer to me. Im very satisfied with my experience here (and Im not easy to please)! Service is fast and reliable. Staff is very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. You can see the awesome team work behind the counter and in the service bay. Great communication between employees and also to customers. If theyre not busy, youll see like 3 or 4 guys working on your car at once to get the job done and decrease wait time. If they are busy, they still maintain a positive and respectful spirit and treat the customer right. I really appreciate everyone at Americas Tire West Covina!

Professional service technicians, does a very good job on changing and balancing tires. Not so professional on sales side, once you paid for your purchase there is a lot on their fine print about price matching (even within 30 days satisfaction guarantee), the point on price matching is to ensure you get the lowest price. Their price match policy is to get you in, but they try every way possible to tell you how it does not qualify when price from major competitors is presented. 5 stars for service technicians, 1 star for sales team.

First of all, I want to thank and give kudos to Tony B, Senior Assistant Manager of this store for his welcoming demeanor and excellent customer service! also want to recognize him as a veteran for serving our country! Prior to coming to this tire center, I was inquiring on another tire center but to my dismay the Manager from that other tire center doesnt even know the specs of the tire he selling. Let alone knowing the warranty and how many miless the tire can do. I drove away and happen to see American Tire which was several minutes away from my house. Tony was very welcoming. He gave me the opportunity to explain my needs and my budget. He didnt have the tire I wanted but he provided me with a better set of Yokohoma Advan tires with the best deal and had it shipped next day for installation. Prior to picking up my vehicle, he even explained to me the upgrades they did to my sensors, and what covers in the warranty.I also want to recognize Shawn Meyer, Assistant Manager, for checking me in and guaranteed to get my tired done in a short period of time. I wasn’t even in the appt schedule but he made it happen!I highly recommend this place to all clients that needs brand new tires. Bad experience with a tire patch job that was supposed to be quick and easy but somehow the tire was unpatchable because they said there was two holes instead of one when i had took the tire in with a screw in it and it was still holding pressure. They were quick to try to sell me a new tire though. Make sure you guys take a picture and inspect a tire before you take it to this shop. Just because this company offers free tire patch jobs doesnt mean they wont try to take advantage of you.

I cannot say enough good about Americas Tire. No idea how these employees are trained, at every location I have been to, to provide such exceptional customer service. We hit a pothole leaving LA and blewout a runflat tire on our BMW. Took the first exit off of the 10 where I could find an Americas Tire store. It was in West Covina, they did not have that tire in stock. They called my home store in Rancho Mirage, 100 miles away, told them what we needed, gave us a very generous allowance for a replacement tire, and told our home store wed be in the next day, and what price to charge. Then they did what really blew me away. They found a used tire, although not a run flat, it looked brand new. They mounted and balanced it, checked all the other tires & sent us on our way. All in under an hour, and all at no charge. It is amazing that one company can instill this kind of a mind set in its employees.

Every time that I get on the phone or internet and start checking tire prices I end up here. I will admit that I always buy the lowest cost but name brand tires. This place always has the lowest price. They will try and upsell you a more expensive tire. But if want a good tire for the best price it is almost always here. They dont do shocks or brakes, just tires. So if you can resist the upsell you will do fine here.
