Started my morning with low tire pressure again. I arrived here just as they opened and was helped by Andras. He was very nice and professional, gathered my vehicle information,explained my warranty, and suggested a tire rotation, which is no additional charge. I dont enjoy coming to get my tire repaired, but every time I come here, the service is exceptional. Thank you to everyone from the front desk to repair shop for always being so nice and thourgly explaining everything.

These individuals are exceptional! James, the front-line employee, was exceedingly helpful and promptly addressed my needs upon arrival. They were able to repair my punctured tire within an hour, and did not charge me a penny. My tire had been driven for only 6,000 miles prior to this incident, and I express my gratitude for extending its lifespan. It appears that you have earned my business for my future tire needs. Keep up the excellent work and thank you once again.

We had two new tires put on my daughters car and the team at the store was great. They had several options to choose from and were very thorough with their recommendations. We were in and out in less than an hour.

Well, I went in on a chance that they wouldnt be busy, and I was lucky. David was awesome, gave me the best price in town (called 3 places prior), and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with new tires. The place was very clean and the staff was very nice. I will return and recommend it to anyone needing tires.

New tires installed here, very nice staff although I stepped away from the waiting area and I missed them calling me when my car was finished, I waited an extra 10-15 minutes and then asked. This is the second time using this companyI got tires for my van at one of their stores in the Midwest. I would use them again

From the phone call to the check out process, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Tristen was patient, friendly, and helpful navigating our nail in tire situation. My husband and I went to several competitors and they told us we absolutely needed to replace the tire due to the nail. Another competitor tried charging us for 2-4 tires without even looking at our car. Our tires are new and Tristen let us know America’s Tire offers free patches for the lifetime of the tire and after looking at our tires, proposed that option first. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised and the team was able to patch our tire in no time. We will return to America’s Tire for all of our tire needs in the future. They also had our tire in stock which is considered a size most places don’t have in stock (215 55R 18). We love that they are honest and trustworthy. Thank you America’s Tire!

Showed up for a scheduled appointment at 1000 to have warranty work to replace a tire. Made the appointment beforehand to explain the situation and to ensure that tire was ordered and that it would be ready for my Friday appointment.Showed up ten minutes early to my appointment expecting thirty minutes of work. 1030 rolls around and a service technician comes out not fully understanding which tire needed replacement, honest mistake but I mention which one had the puncture.An additional hour has passed, as I see people who have come after me get their cars finished with. Finally a sale rep comes up to me about my car. At this point I thought it was finished, but I am informed that nothing had been done to the car in the last hour and a half.Recap of events, 30 minutes after I arrived (with an appointment) my car started to be looked at, followed by the service tech looking for the tire that should have been ordered from another shop to be ready for installation at the time of my appointment, after the service tech approached me about which tire to be changed is about the time they went looking for this tire as well, miscommunication ensues and nobody is notified and the service tech goes to lunch.I ultimately wasted half my morning people watching in the waiting area of this Americas Tire.All they could do is apologize. I know this is just a review and not going to really go any where but to Americas Tiew in Vacaville, CADo Better.

I purchased tires online that were delivered to this store. The online purchase included mounting the tires and an appointment. I was impressed by their professionalism and extreme quickness. From walking in to driving away, I waited less than 35 minutes. Previously I came by for a tire rotation and waited 20 minutes.

Got a bad puncture flat on the way home, stopped by Americas Tire in Vacaville and Justin got me right in. Had to replace the tire and bought another to match. Was a good price, certificate took care of the other. Was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Appreciate the quick turn around as I know they had to work me into existing appointments. Thank you again Justin and team.

We were driving home on the freeway when we had unexpected tire trouble, and we managed to limp in to this America’s Tire location. It was already mid-afternoon but Tristan and Justin got us set up with a new tire and back on the road with little delay so we could get home. Really appreciate their help.
