These guys are amazing and honest and their customer service was above and beyond.I recently had new tires put on my Winnebago RV which is on a sprinter chassis not only did they give me a super good price on the tires but they did a great job installing them very quickly within a couple days of ordering them. However once I got the vehicle back and drove it a half a mile all of the lug nut covers fell off!!! I thought oh wow maybe theyre cheap to replace well theyre not cheap to replace and in fact theyre very difficult to find that fit that Alcoa wheel. However I went back to the shop after recovering 19 of the 24 that fell off and would not go back on, their employee David was courteous and right there on the spot refunded me the cost of ordering new ones which was over $100 and I ordered them right there on the spot how amazing is that for customer service? Big thumbs up to David of Americas Tire (off Avery and Margerite in Mission Viejo) and I am so happy, thank you!!!

Very sorry to say that I had a bad experience and intend to never go back.I went to Discount tire the weekend they opened their first store in Phoenix and have been a loyal customer since.I brought my vehicle in for a flat and would happily paid for the repair. Appearantly they dont charge for flat repairs but they put me at the bottom of the list.An hour and forty minutes later I asked for my keys back and all of a sudden they were ready to fix it.When I got home I saw a long line of something streaked on the other side of my vehicle. Appearantly they scrapped the car with something they pulled past it.The paint wasnt scratched but it hasnt all come off.Never going back!

I dont typically do low ratings but this has proven to be my typical experience here. I purchased two tires and made an appointment for 5:45 then I intentionally arrived at 5:30 to give them a chance to do better this time. I was not checked in until 5:45. The lot was fairly full as was the loby. There was a few vehicles with flat tires out in the lot so you know they dont have appointments. My car sat in the lot untouched until 6:30 then at 6:45 they came to tell me my car is ready. They forgot to install the wipers that I purchased so there was an additional delay. This is typical for this location. If you make an appointment it means nothing just plan to wait an hour plus no matter what. The sign says 30 % faster by making an appointment . This is not true its first come first served no matter what.

Made an appointment 3 days prior for 10:45. Was told when I got there the car would be done and ready by 12:00. It’s 11:54 and the car is still sitting where I parked it at 10:20 and has not even been looked at. All I needed was a rotation. I have bought 10 sets of tires with this company for myself and kids cars. Never had an issue of making an appointment and having to wait for what I’m anticipating is gonna be at least 2-3 hours. What’s the point in making an appointment at this branch ????

Wow, great service from Carlos! He had my tire fixed and even checked to see if the warranty was still in place. They have certainly earned me as a customer!!

Slow service. I had an appointment at 4pm as I ensure I ordered my Pirellis to be available at the time of my appointment. I expected the installation of 2 tires to take about 45 minutes with an appointment. I was there until after 6pm. Watching how they kept taking on walk-ins. So much for making an appointment. I have never seen this happened at Americas Tire in the 20 years Ive been their customer. It will be hard for me to consider coming back for the other two Pirellis.Very dissatisfied with my experience. Two hours wasted.

So Ive been coming to this location for years and have had several cars serviced. Today was a bad experience. First, when I called to order tires they told me to come in as they were slow, so i came right away. When i arrived there was nowhere to park and a long waiting line. One employee told me Id be out in an hour, the other employee i spoke to when paying said wait wouldbe almost 2hrs. So i left and came to the San Clemente location where i was treated extremely better. I called to speak to store manager at this location and no surprise i never received a call back. In addition to all this, they mixed up mine and another customers lock nut and didnt want to work with the employee over at the SC location. So the mgr (being short handed) sent his employee to swap them so i wouldnt have to be driving around. What a difference employees make huh?

Great service. Excellent text system to let you know when car is ready. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I saw them make several recommendations to customers today without any aggressive or shaming sales tactics. Costco is great for many things but they cannot compete with the ease of doing business here. When you need replacement tires they can get them very fast here.

I had appointment to replace my rear tires on Tesla MYP at 9am. Arrived at 8:45 and Juan assisted me with my check-in and tire inspection. Handed over the keycard at 9am and was given a 10am completion time. At 9:20 I got a text message that my car was ready! I met the technician, Noe, for pickup and he walked me around my car for a quick wheel inspection before I left. No wheel damage whatsoever.

Visiting family on So Cal from Nor Cal and had a slow leak in my tire. Had Perelli tires on my one year old car, so I took it to Americas Tire since they carry these. Marc helped me, he was great. It was the day before Thanksgiving, super busy and everyone in the shop was working at full speed and was courteous. They really could not have been nicer, even though a few customers were not happy. They said it would take and hour and a half, and even told me this was based on there being 14 cars in front of me and they were servicing 11 cars an hour. Turns out, they were exactly correct. I did not know, but they do not charge to fix flats if they can be fixed. It was free. I will buy all my tires here from now on, what a great place. Thanks Marc.
