For years weve been getting tires for our two cars here. They are helpful and efficient. I am comfortable theyll be honest and tell you if your car is not ready for new tires yet. I appreciate that. We always make an appt so our waiting time is not too long. Great place.

Im very fond of Americas Tires. Their customer service is excellent. They do good work and can get the job done quickly. They can also put bolts on your tires that make it hard for thieves to steal.

GIO is the BEST agent Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with at Americas Tire. FANTASTIC experience. Ive been a customer of Americas Tire since the 90s, in Redding, Rancho Cordova, Costa Mesa, Paso Robles, and Folsom (the worst store). As a long America’s tires customer, I owned 4 vehicles and all 4 of my vehicles have tires from America’s tires, on 1 of my cars that I have taking to Turlock where I purchase my tires last two times it’s closer to me, now they have broken not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 studs on this 1 vehicle the fist time they send me to a 3rd party shop where it got fixed now I came in for a tire rotation and after 1 1/2 hours they come out and tell me that they can’t can’t finish the job because they have broken not 1 but 2 studs and if they remove 1 more stud it may break as well, so now I been send back out to a 3rd party shop again, I’ve been here sense 8:15 am and is now 11:07 am, I am not sure if my car is safe to drive, I commute 52 times one way to work and I am not sure if it’s going to make it there in back, I have talk with the store manager and he refused to replace all my studs, he is not sure if the rest of the studs are good or not to drive, yet he return my car with out rotating my tires and now it has not 1 but 4 broken studs two in the front and two in the rear. What should I do? I hope I don’t get into an accident !!! Greetings, I would absolutely like to commend Devin who has a heart of Gold. He didnt know what I was going through, and I am selective as to who I vent to, having said this Devin went above and beyond in helping me with my tire. The highlight of devin is his professionalism and ability to read body language. Setting aside judgment and offering options was undoubtedly what stood out the most. I didnt mention this to devin but I was rather upset that I had just came from visiting merced A.T and they did quite the opposite to the service Turlock A.T did. Iv had the honor to work and speak to Devin twice now, I mentioned to him im a Veteran and how much it meant for me that he helped me out. Devin thank you so much. You have made a friend and I assure you, you represented A.T very well and as I mentioned, I will continue to keep A.T first when it comes to my tires and vehicles tendencies. Thanks for keeping me within business. I absolutely recommend Devin for evaluation and consider him for any position where it requires to place the Customer first. I must be clear that Devin pulled some strings to provide me with options all while keeping his teams safety in consideration. On a side note, the comradery I witnessed through that glass window was one unlike any before. Turlock has a motivating work environment. 2 stars for good prices and for the people in the front when buying wheels/tires. But took my car for the first time for service and they broke my center cap and won’t pay for replacement when I talked to them. I’m sure it was a simple mistake on their part after talking to my auto manufacture and reading online but it is something they should be aware of and take responsibility of. Very disappointed that I have to spend around 100 out of my own money to fix their employees mistake.

I’ve been to several different franchises of America’s tires. This one is absolutely the worst. They are so crowded that I waited in line like 20 minutes before I even saw the guy. I’ll never return to this one again.

I had to get the tires rotated so I went online and made an appointment. I got there about 10 minutes early they took me right in and I was not even there 45 minutes. The guys were very efficient and updated me on the status of my tires and when to come back for another rotation. Making an appointment is always best.

Awesome! Mario found the reason for the air leak in my tire while i was utili,inf their free air-up, and they were able to get it fixed quickly. It was also affordable. They have clean restrooms if you must wait, as well as indoor and shaded outdoor seating. Wifi for while you wait. The wifi was good enough for me to stream a show while I waited. Also walking distance from food. Highly recommend!

I bought my tires at a nearby member warehouse to the Turlock location of Americas Tire. The club wouldnt install my tires because they were oversized aftermarket for my Jeep. Sorry that I customized my Jeep, unnamed member warehouse. I called Turlock Americas Tire while still in the member warehouse and asked if they would install for me. Representative on the phone said it was no problem. Took my tires from the unnamed member warehouse and had them installed in under an hour from my time of arrival (which was probably faster than waiting at the warehouse to begin with). A little internet search while I was waiting revealed that my only savings was the installation fee by buying at the warehouse, which I now had paid anyway. So next time I may just use Americas Tire for my tires. Thanks again, you saved the day.

Great service as always at all Americas Tire and Discount Tire locations. The employee who helped me did a great job talking me through why the nail hole couldnt be repaired and why I needed four new tires. Even explained the pricing in detail when I had a little sticker shock (tires are one of many things that have gone way up since last year). Im really glad I listened to his recommendation. The car drives and brakes noticeably smoother!

Went there to put tires on my Prius. Bought them from Walmart online. Then went to this Turlock location. Got checked in. Super friendly right off the bat. Paid $22 per tire to have them install them. I noticed the rim had two dents from hitting holes in bad road before I took it in. They notified me and even fixed that for me by hammering it out for me. Free of charge. They were quick. They even parked my car close to the door and told me to come back every 5k miles and have them checked to be safe on the road. 10/10 guys. They always take care of me. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and the prices are the lowest I can find without doing the work myself (which would be a monumentally bad idea). Id recommend making an appointment, especially on a Saturday. Theyre good, which makes them popular, which means they can get kind of slammed. I was in and out in about half an hour, though, with my appointment.

So I did get my tires here with the warranty (a must) It was only a month later I ran over a nail drove straight there and they fixed it no questions and was back on the road 40 minutes later. Always treated awesomely. Had to schedule a last minute appointment at noon for 2pm. Showed up at 1:30pm in case there were any cancellations. Was done by 2:15. I am so impressed with this place! I just got my yokohamas installed today that I ordered last week. All of the staff is super friendly, polite, fast, and personable. I did not feel pressured into purchasing, I just felt like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. They even fixed my mother-in-laws flat for free a month ago and she had not purchased her tires from them. I definitely recommend Americas Tire and will continue with them for all my tire needs.

Well for having to stick around for a whole day and find out my tires werent going to be delivered and told the next day they would and it took at least half a day before they showed up and they had at least a day before the first order and i paid a full amount. And when I sat there waiting for my car to be put in they were on time but I just felt that I had to sit around after my experience and maybe put my car up there considering my car should have been up there at least two days before. Ive been going to this place in Turlock for at least for the last seven cars so I wish them good luck but I think I know another store in Modesto and they were very helpful to me when my tires were wrongly sized and had to buy lI was located and that was in Modesto. I ordered four tires three came in and they didnt call me until an hour before my appointment. When the fourth tire came in 4 days later then Id like you to call me at all I had to call in. Ordering online is an absolute nightmare. Tires showed they would be available to install in thee days. Now it’s been over a week and just keep getting the run around as to when they will be in. Had they been honest about when they would arrive in the first place I would have never placed the order. I feel like they mislead you into ordering knowing they will not even be close to arriving when they say. And allow you to waste your time to show up to your appointment knowing that the tires are not in.

8/29/2022 Not a fan of this place. Busy, and long wait times. Parking lot is always a mess with random cars/trucks parked in front of air check and theyre not getting air. Nobody even comes out to see if I need air as Im waiting ...8/25/2022. Waited in lobby and took too long and no acknowledgment, I decided to leave and go to Ceres Americas tires Where ive been there before and their helpful then Turlock. So not saying all Americas tire have bad service, just not trusting Turlock Americas tire with my new wheels to get New sensors mounted to my truck. Theyre playing loud music in the shop too so you cant even talk to them clearly without them not hearing you ... maybe turn down the music and party on your own time, and not in company time.Ceres Americas tire is the one to go to!

Customer service first time was good, ordered rims and tires. They said we would get a call when it all came in, knowing we had a risk with a rims structural integrity. After 2 weeks I called the store to find out yes it was in but someone had neglected to show it arrived in the computer. The man I spoke to physically went out and found it.We took the vehicle in had tires put on, a stock rim installed for one tire. When I got my vehicle back straight from the shop every single rim except the new was still dirty. I thought after spending that kind of money( we had upgraded the tires) they would be clean.Now I I have a crazy shimmy at 60mph and I’m being told my tires we not properly balanced.This is our second vehicle that we placed America’s tires on and had a balancing problem.Used to be a very professional, on point tire shop.What changed?

Whats the point of having an appointment? Thats the question I asked everyone. I thought by having an appointment I would have been a priority customer. Instead I had to wait 20 minutes in line, and it was a first come first served basis service. What was the point of pre-ordering my tires and making an appointment? I had the pleasure of speaking with Aaron who provided outstanding customer service over the phone! He began by questioning how often I drive, what my car is usually used for, and what I was looking for in a tire. With that he named off tires and prices and their benefits and helped me to make the best choice for my tires! I am stoked to go in today after work and speak in person with him and hopefully get my car 4 brand new tires. I appreciate their customer service and they have incredible benefits including free balancing of your tires at anytime, repairs,etc! They truly care about their customers and of coarse eachother! Amazing tire company. Has a reason why they are able to be in business next to Costco. They have had time they are cheaper than Costco. I usually look on the website utilizing the selection of tires to choose from. I highly recommend to come here if you value good tires and your safety. The feel of a high rated tire makes a huge difference youll never want garbage cheap tires agian.

I just went in to have my old tires put on rims I needed to repair and these guys were extremely courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. I had an issue with one of my ties that prevented installation and the manager did a great job coming up with a solution that got me down the road quickly and with little extra expense. I decided on not being cheap and getting new tires for my truck. I’m so glad I came here. A week later got a nail in my new tires I bought from them and they replaced them within 30 min and I was good to go. Made an appointment online. Picked out the tires I wanted (said they had 6, I only needed 2) in stock at that store. Showed up for my appointment and the tires were not there. Offered substitute tires for same price. Accepted these tires, but when I got home to see if I could make an appointment to get the other two replace later Im unable to find the tires they put on my car in there inventory at all. If they have a promo or sale on another tire brand that is better and less expensive than the one you are buying, they let you know about the deal and let you make a decision with out any pressure. I searched around for tires at lots of places and Ive found that with Americas tire your going to get a great deal I set an appointment and got helped right away, pretty much told me it was going to be 45min so that gave me enough time to run over to Costco and by the time I was done my truck already was getting finished up it took a total of 50 min so that was a great guess on their part and I was happy. Get the certificate for your tires it comes in hangover had to use it on my car and its better than buying a new tire . Its no different than insurance for your tires. Thanks A T

We ordered Cooper Tires and put a deposit of 450 dollars. After 10 days, FedEx delivered 3 tires. They had no idea when the 4th tire would be delivered. I ask for a refund of the deposit and to call me when the 4th tire. Upon giving us the refund, he then told us that our name would no longer be in the system, so he would not know who to call. I guess they really dont want to make a sale. This is not the first time we have had issues with Americas Tire. We ordered 4 wheels and only three came in. Had to wait a week for the 4 th wheel. They need to rethink their delivery service.

So my tire went completely flat. I knew it had a huge leak. I go into the store(I made an apt) they greet me, get my keys and say theyll check out my tire. 30,45 minutes pass and I hear Josh, your car is ready I go outside and the gentlemen tells me a chunk of wood was in my tire. He said they repaired it, balanced my tire and checked the pressure on my other tires. Im waiting to hear how much I owe. He shakes my hand and tells me theres no charge that Im good to go! WTF? I went ahead and had those tires ordered. The tires came in within the week and by the next weekend I had all 4 tires changed.There are other tire stores within 15 minutes drive, yet I will travel 50 minutes to this Americas Tire store for any tire-related needs! Tire issues arent a regular thing, but theyre very important in terms of safety, so when I have an issue, I want to know that its been taken care of properly. Guys I dont even know how to tell you how incredible these guys are. They take there job seriously and turn out incredible work fast. I was going to have to remove the wheel locks from my car and not use them because I couldnt find the key. These guys went above and beyond and actually found my wheel lock key sparing me that problem. Professional, friendly and they all seem to have this huge data base of information about every question you can present about tires. This tire shop is the best tire shop in the valley by far they are fast and on my visit 7/25/17 they show me how important my life is by showing me how bad and dangerous my rear tire was. There was quarter size chunks of rubber missing and the steel belts showing. I am disabled and only get paid on the 3rd of the month and was unable to purchase a tire at this time and they worked with me and took good care of me. Took my car here for all new tires, Ive taken all my cars here for long time. After replacement, my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light came on. I tried multiple things, (deflate/inflate/reset) but nothing fixed it. I took it back and they scan the tires and mention that all 4 sensors were fine, and the car probably isnt reading the sensors properly. The tech spoke to his manager and he said they had similar customer that had to take the car to Toyota. I noticed then on the wall, theres a sign that they rebuild every TPMS off each tire that is removed. I NEVER had an issue with the TPMS until taking my car here. Well, I was left with no option but to take it to Toyota, and 200 bucks later its the passenger side front wheel that has a bad TPMS sensor. Listen, I dont like writing bad reviews, but if you rebuild the TPMS sensor, stand behind your work and not have me spend another 200 bucks to the dealership.

I have the road hazard tire insurance through Americas Tire and on 02/06/2021 I hit a pot hole on the cross road of W Cardella rd and Franklin rd in Atwater CA 95301. So I went in to Turlock Americas Tire to get my replacement on 02/08/2021 at around 12:15pm, and Chris came out to my car to check my tires, we went inside and i notified him i have the insurance through them. He immediately tells me its not covered under the insurance because it is an alignment issue. I told him “ no its not, I hit a pot hole”. So then he asks me “Are you sure?”. Basically he is asking me if i was lying, cause how would i not be sure I hit a pot hole? If you have anymore questions, i have all proof with my triple aaa road side assistance call and documentation. Long story short Go to Merced Americas Tire, much more professional and thoughtful to their customers.

The 5 star rating is for Elias. I was traveling thru California when I caught a flat tire. After calling all the tire shops in the area, none had my special size tire and I would need to order a tire that would arrive in the AM.Turlock Tow informed me that America’s Tire would be able to remove my wheels with the special bolts that require a special lock that I misplaced.So, I called America’s Tire and Elias ( Spell Check, sorry if I misspelled your name bro) picked up and ensured me that they would be able to help me out. Not happy!!! Bought new tires and rims. Had problems with tires not balancing out finally after serveral times of trying to balance they offered me a chance to buy better tires and they would credit tire amount but i still had to pay more money. I later found out it wasnt my tires it was there balancing machine. Not happy about that. Now because of removing tires so many times the caps on my rims were broken they finally gave me caps but one cap i cant put on because they lost bolts. This has been going on for several months ive called ive been in store many times and im still driving around with a missing cap on my wheels it looks terrible and its embarrassing. So frustrating.
