I was referred by my neighbor who got a conversion from a kitchen bar level counter to a total counter height surface. What a difference! David came for the initial consultation. He was professional and personal. He clearly explained the process and gave the estimate. Measurements were completed using laser. When the two person crew arrived, they went to work and did not waste time. We were very pleased with the workmanship and skill level of the crew. The job was completed in just two days. We love it!

I am delighted with the remodel of my kitchen by Americas Dream HomeWorks. It was completed in the time promised and with real care and craftsmanship. I received insight and guidance at the showroom when selecting colors, styles and price points. At Americas Dream Homeworks, it is a one-stop-shop. They take care of everything. The showroom is incredible. There is an assortment of flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs and color schemes. They even have specialty items online for you to view with your consultant. ADH orders all the materials, delivers them to your home, takes care of the demolishing, clean up and schedules inspector visits. The customer service was professional and courteous. I would recommend the receptionist dress in business attire, since they are the first impression of this business.

Our Kitchen Remodel for an Open Concept was Excellently Executed via Americas Dream HomeWorks (ADH) . From Design to Finishing every step was accomplished above and beyond. One aspect of ADH we really appreciated was that the Project was completed under one roof/inhouse by ADH personal. My countertop job went better than expected. Michael Florence did a great job of laying out the details before we signed a contract. His company, American Dream Homeworks, used a device that measured the countertops and submitted a drawing for review. The installers were on time and did a great job of removing the old countertops, sink, disposal and faucet and installed new replacements in the same day. The fabrication was a perfect fit. They were careful not to damage the hardwood floors in the process. I highly recommend this company for replacement countertop work. Good job!

They are a great team with excellent communication! Let me start with Michael Florence, who helped us and gave us good tips to reface our kitchen. Then, theres Vitaliy, who got the measurements and made sure the work went smoothly. Michael Florence was so easy to work with- he came out with samples and suggestions for the perfect countertop. The kitchen counter top was torn down and new top, sink, faucet, garbage disposal and drawer pulls installed in one day. Great experience and love the results! Revitalized my early 90s kitchen!

Job well done by the entire crew!Our consultation with Justin eased the concern of such an expensive project. He encouraged us to wait for the slabs of granite that we “loved”… not to settle, and advised on our sink selection.Vlad was polite and punctual. His laser focus assured us that the measurements taken would be spot on.Vera showed persistence in finding the install date and time to fit our family’s needs best, which always makes a world of difference in home projects.Phillip was beyond patient! Allowing us to change our cuts several times. Utilizing remnants to make a lazy susan, cutting board and charcuterie, board .Alex and Crew completed a 2 day install in one day! The transformation was beyond our expectations and the entire staff consummate professionals from the administrative aspect of the business to the design and particularly the craftmanship. We want to thank you all. The minute we walked in Natalie greeted us warmly and made us feel welcomed. Osa and Alex were instrumental in the design/coordination phase, and Innesa kept us informed, coordinated scheduling, and always kept us in the know about the work progress and expectations. David is the face of the organization and his knowledge second to none. I could not have been more impressed with this business. We had a very outdated kitchen, and we had Michael visit us in our home to give us an estimate and make some suggestions for design. We then went to the showroom, where we made our final choices. He was very patient and collaborative. The entire team throughout the project was timely, responsible and professional. Our experience with ADH was very positive. We especially want to acknowledge David Chernioglo for his willingness to take us into his cabinet construction shop. This was very important since we had built our own cabinets for our current home some twenty years ago. This allowed us to understand how ADH builds their cabinets and sold us on using them this time.Vlads on-site visit was critical in helping us translate the kitchen design into reality. Igors skill installing the cabinets was every bit as good as the actual construction. This was needed because of some tight tolerances due to our layout.As satisfied as we are with ADH, it is not to say that everything went perfectly. What was most important is when a problem arose, Andrey, the Project Manager, worked with us to resolve it.Others who deserve kudos are the counter fabrication team who used Vovas quality laser measurements, and Viktor who installed the quartz countertops. The project coordinator, Julie, kept us updated regularly on the stages of the project.From homeowners who have been do-it-yourselfers for almost 50 years, we recommend ADH for new kitchen cabinets and counters.

From beginning to end - less than 30 days - my remodel was completed - Mark and Vera were extremely helpful with designing and scheduling. Nick and Ram did the countertops - the stone was so much more beautiful than I had imagined. A one-day installation. Then Ryan and Jose came with the range and refrigerator - on time - done within 4 hours. I highly recommend this company!

Americas Dream HomeWorks did a great job in our Kitchen, Bathroom remodel. They started earlier than expected but that was ok with us. There was an issue with the permits that unfortunately, cost us more, but understandable, in the order of safety. Andrey the project Manager and his Craftsmen did an excellent job crafting or kitchen and bathrooms. Everyone was very respectful, and efficient in their crafts and it shows in the finished product. Andrey saw that all our concerns and issues were taken care of and again it shows in the finished product. All in all Americas Dream HomeWorks did fantastic work on our remodel and we will recommend them to whoever is thinking about remodeling their home.

We used ADH back in March/April to renovate our kitchen, which was actually our second project with them. Osa was our designer and was able to come up with some amazing ideas to get the most out of our space. She read our minds for layout and style preferences and we wouldnt change anything. Inessa didnt spring any surprises on the contract and the only thing off schedule was that she actually got a crew to start a week early. Andrey and his crew were total pros. He kept us updated on what was happening and didnt cut any corners as they were going. Once they installed the cabinets and countertops, the fit into the space was PERFECT and EXACTLY as they showed in the plans. Another great thing was that ADH let me do some things DIY, which let us save a bunch off the total cost of the project and allowed us even more options for our install and appliances. You get what you pay for and they made the most of their services. We will definitely be using them again when we get to our guest bathroom.

After speaking to 5 contractors over several months, we ultimately decided on ADH to renovate our kitchen. Shota, our designer, listened to our needs and helped us bring our vision into reality. The showroom is beautiful, and it was very inspiring to start the design process right there in the middle of it all. Shota was very organized, and provided a book containing all the details of the project, with a photo of the kitchen design. The little things truly make a difference!There was a slight delay in starting the project, but the staff was honest and kind about explaining the reasons behind the delay. It was only a couple of weeks and they ultimately still finished within the time frame that we initially agreed upon.Andrey, the project manager, was awesome. His team was kind, always on time (texted us if they were coming in late), and always cleaned up at the end of the day.Communication was never a problem, including emails and text messaging with Julie, the project coordinator.We want to give a shout out to Serge, the electrician, because he was always so pleasant! There was a miscommunication about the under-cabinet lights, but they were able to install it without much of a hassle.Any unexpected expense was relayed to me right away, and included in the invoice.We are considering another project and will definitely give them a call when we are ready.

Amazing! I had a beautiful living room cabinet built and I LOVE it. Its perfect. Exactly as I pictured it.Osa was the first associate I met. She had great ideas. Innesa was the second and she kept me informed of the progress. Vlad K came to measure and was extremely precise as the cabinet had to fit perfectly against an existing wall. It was made in three sections and Vlad and the team who delivered it had to carry it up stairs to my fourth floor apartment which was most likely the hardest part of the project. Julian and Dima who were overseen by Viktor installed it and now Im loving it.Im so pleased with the results that I am looking forward to the next project. ADH completely renovated a friends entire home. Kitchen and bathroom, floors, and baseboards included. Our project involved complete tear out of 220 sf kitchen, removal of drop and sloping ceiling, replacing oversized window to accommodate corner cabinets at both sides of new sink, installation of standard height counter and cabinets, new can lights, all new appliances, new electrical subpanel, relocating a heating vent, and retrofitting flooring as needed in bald spots.As with any project, there are challenges to be addressed and my 3 contacts (Osa sales & design, Vlad K. technical measurements, and Andrey project manager) worked with me as needed.However, we need to keep these things in mind with a project of this scope:1) when there is a structural issue identified before contract signing, such as the slope of our ceiling, the contractor must investigate BEFORE building the new cabinets to prevent extra cost of building additional cabinets as well as time delays because the first set of new cabinets ended up being too tall to fit in the compact space between the slope and the rafters. This extra cost and chain reaction of short delays could have been avoided if contractor asked to open the ceiling in the sloped area after contract signing but before making the cabinets. The result is that we ended up with 3 cabinets not installable in the kitchen.2) The contract needs to spell out who is responsible for coordinating delivery and installing appliances as well as extra support pieces that may need to be purchased, such as water hookups in the wall or water hoses to connect to those water lines. It all adds to the total cost.My actual rating is 4.5 because the final result is a functional, efficient, and gorgeous kitchen. We are all happy with the installation of the options we chose. One of the reasons we chose ADH is that the Watt Ave showroom has so many varied options on display as used in a kitchen and all is high quality.

We were so impressed with the quality of their work, their professionalism, how polite & easy they all were to work with & their commitment to making sure every aspect of the job was done to their perfect standard & our satisfaction! This was a HUGE project for us to undertake & we saved money for years to be able to do it. They took our old, dated, ugly & poorly designed 90s kitchen with tons of waisted/unusable space & transformed it into this gorgeous, beautifully designed, Farm House dream kitchen! We now have access to everything in our cabinets & cupboards, tons of counter space to work on & amazing traffic flow for when we entertain, which is often! Two of the best parts of this remodel are that our dishwasher is now next to the sink (where it should have been) instead of 4 feet away & the ugly (shop light box) in the ceiling is gone & replaced with canned lights & a beautiful island pendant light! A huge thank you & shout out to Mark Groveman our design consultant who worked with us to create our dream kitchen & Vlad Golosinsky our Project Manager who was here everyday to insure that everything along the way was done to his perfect standard & to bring life to the gorgeous Farm House kitchen that we had dreamed of for years! We had ADH install new Quartz countertops with a new sink, disposal and appliances. They did such an outstanding job that we had them install new Hardi Backer siding on the front our house too. Mark Groveman did an excellent job of putting both deals together and once the PMs (Vera, Tanya) were assigned, the projects flowed perfectly and on time. David Chernioglo was very responsive and customer focused during the entire install process. ADH is very professional and precise. Their work is outstanding! I would highly recommend you get a bid from this company before making any decisions on home improvement.

Cant say enough good things about my experience with ADH. Our salesperson was Mike Florence and our Production Manager was Vera. We got new kitchen and bathroom countertops. The selection was great. They have remnants also. The pricing here was the best and the quality of service is outstanding. They made the financing part very easy. All the workers on site were hard working, curteous, and respectful. They involved us when they need to and took special attention to making sure we were happy with the job. I would highly recommend seeing for yourself. They can do alot of different jobs too. I am currently working with them on lighting.

We got new cabinet doors, and they retrofitted and modernized everything else from the old kitchen! It looks brand new. also. Their showroom and on- site manufacturing operations are impressive. I wanted to change our old tile/grout kitchen counters and met with representatives from several businesses and received several estimates, and Michael Florence and ADH were the clear choice. Michael was professional, friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He was straightforward about the options, costs, process, and everything proved to be accurate.No other company was close to offering as good a price for Cambria quartz (the prettiest but priciest quartz that I tried not to even consider but couldn’t help choosing) - in fact, ADH’s price for Cambria countertops was lower than most other business’ estimates for lower tier quartz or Corian. And while other businesses estimated 2-3 weeks to complete comparable work, Nick and Vitali with ADH got it all done (demo, counter and sink installation, backsplashes) in 1.5 days (and left the kitchen and house clean and put together). They were professional, conscientious, and extremely skilled.I delight in our new counters, feel grateful that the process was as smooth and as painless as kitchen renovations could go, and I would recommend ADH to anyone.

Americas Dream HomeWorks helped us select the perfect countertop material to replace our 20 year old dark granite countertops. We chose Cambria Quartz Inverness Frost due to its stunning looks and low maintenance. We were able to visit the showroom, see the large slabs before installation and Phillip chose the most interesting veining for the overall appearance. Their whole team (Alex, Vera, Vlad, Phillip and Victor) were VERY helpful throughout the process. If what you are looking for is the best possible upgrade project imaginable in your home, America’s Dream Homeworks is the company you want to hire … period.My wife and I shopped around a few different remodel companies for our master bathroom job. There were several things that set America’s Dream Homeworks (hereafter “ADH”) apart from the competition.First, the quality of the materials. Upon entering their huge showroom floor, you notice that they order and work with huge slabs of rock. We were looking to have our shower walls be made of single large slabs of stone, rather than tile or other patchwork linked together by grout. In addition, the other materials that they work with were all five-star quality as well. After leaving the showroom, we were sold. The only thing that could have made us choose another company at that point would have been poor customer service. However, the service team also left us very impressed.Osa, our in-home design consultant, was incredibly friendly, very informed about all of ADH’s product offerings, and had a very good knack for hearing my wife’s style preferences and finding great solutions for our bathrooms. She took her time taking measurements, and looking through product offerings to find solutions that would work well for our space. Osa presented us with a few different options for materials, at various quality/price tiers, so that we got a very good idea of what our finished job would look like at various price points. The entire in-home design consultation was handled thoroughly, methodically, and the end result was a design we knew we were going to love. Great work, Osa!Julie was assigned to be in communication with us during the waiting period and she was diligent about keeping us up to date. She did a very good job keeping us informed during the waiting period, so we were never left in the dark and always knew what was happening.Mid-February arrived and our installation team was ready to go. Alex, Eric, and Ivan were our main go-to guys for the work. They demoed the bathroom. Upon opening up the walls, one often finds unexpected surprises, and we had a couple, but nothing serious. Within the first week, all of the principle demo work was done and they were ready to start installing. They did the ground work for the install of the various parts of the project, including taking extremely detailed measurements for the stone work. Throughout the entire process, the guys were very sensitive to our needs (we have a two-year-old son, so they were particularly sensitive to his nap and bed times) and they worked super long hours to make sure we stayed on schedule.Our finished bathrooms are … well … the company is called America’s Dream Homeworks for a reason … our finished project is like a dream come true. My wife and I now have our own personal luxury spa in our own home, complete with jacuzzi tub, overhead rain shower (with detachable spray handle that we can hold and modulate water pressure to while still getting rain shower from above), gorgeous rock walls with beautiful clear tempered glass enclosing the shower, and brand new countertops with deep sinks. We only did half of our guest bathroom. When we finish that project (need to remodel the shower space as only the counter tops were done in there) we will be calling ADH back.Overall 5-star work. 5-stars on the finished job. 5-stars on the customer service at all levels. 5-stars on the quality of the materials. 5-stars on the communication before and during the job. 5-stars on the professionalism and friendliness of our install teams. We recently had our kitchen fully renovated by America’s Dream HomeWorks. We’d been told by friends and family what a nightmare the process can be, so we were surprised and extremely happy by how fast and smooth the entire process turned out to be for us.Beginning with the no-pressure and very professional sales/designer Shota, who helped us through the initial process of designing our new kitchen, followed by the sales manager David who walked us through the entire process, addressed all our questions and gave us a tour of the warehouse where they construct their own cabinets in-house, and Luri the presite technician who created the “blueprints” to our new kitchen and we got to watch as he made the adjustments we requested.And finally, the crew who made it all happen! Vasyl, Vlad, Petro, Alec and Mike. They were courteous, friendly, conscientious, and hard-working! They were careful to protect our floor and all the rooms adjacent to the kitchen from the demolition process. They cleaned up nicely at the end of every day. They handled everything from the electrical and new ceiling lights, installed new cabinets, counters, backsplash, appliances, etc., all by the same team, and all in 8 days! We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our realtor recommended Americas Dream HomeWorks (ADH) for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. ADH was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with.Our home was originally built in the 1930s and had minimal renovations over the years. The ADH team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Vlad and Peter were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldnt be a part of our day to day life.The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. ADH made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The ADH team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Vlad would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. The scope of the project was to replace our tub / shower with a new shower with a sliding shower door in our main hallway bathroom. We used full height acrylic shower walls and acrylic shower pan that was slip resistant. We selected the shower valve and shower head. The workmanship was outstanding. The project turned out well. I did have to remind the installer of some of the requirements in the contract. Overall, the ADH staff was very good and professional to work with. They did come back to do some minor remedial fixes when asked to do so. Before selecting Americas Dream Homeworks to do our quartz countertop install, I contacted 7 companies. Of the seven companies, Americas Dream Homeworks impressed me the most right from the beginning.They scheduled the initial consultation on my time schedule, and our salesman, David Chernioglo, showed up right on time. He took measurements, drew up a diagram, brought good sized samples, explained the process thoroughly, answered our questions, and came in with a lower overall price than the competition. His professionalism and likability, as well as his honesty and integrity was refreshing after some of the other companies salespeople I had met.I went on my own, and then took my husband to Americas Dream Homeworks showroom, where they have full-size (about 6-foot by 11-foot) slabs of quartz to view and compare and get a true idea of what your countertops are going to look like. David was there and again answered our questions and even showed us the machines that laser cut and polish the quartz and allowed us to view the back area where they store the quartz to be cut.Vlad, who measured my kitchen, with state-of-the-art laser technology, also came when it was convenient for me, and acted with professionalism, integrity and likability, and answered my questions as he worked.On the day of demolition and installation (YES! They did it ALL IN ONE DAY!!!) The 3 men who showed up (sorry guys! I forgot your names! - But I have your picture!) again were professional, and they really knew their stuff and how to get everything done quickly, efficiently, and beautifully! The hardest part for me was keeping out of their way so they could do their job! I wanted to watch the transformation of my ugly old countertops and chipped sink turn into the beauty that it now is. They kindly explained that for my safety, it was better for me to be a bit further away thank I was initially keeping. Just prior to having our countertops installed, we had a new window installed. The difference in height from our old tile countertop and the new quartz countertop left a gap that I was concerned about, but Americas Dream Homeworks put in a piece of matching quartz as a window sill, and it looks beautiful, adds height, and no one would know that it wasnt part of the original plan.The thing that really sealed the deal for me, was a custom cutting board. We have older kitchen cabinets, that had a pull-out wooden cutting board, and that was well past its prime. Unable to afford replacing the cabinets, we decided to sand and stain them instead, but that still left the issue of replacing the ugly old cutting board. David Chernioglo, our salesman, brought samples of 2cm and 3cm quartz at our initial meeting (Im referring to the thickness of the quartz). I slid the 2cm sample into the slot where the cutting board goes and it fit! I asked if they could make me a custom cutting board to replace my ugly one, and David said they could, and they would do it for free! They ended up making 2 for me instead of just one, and I am thrilled with both!

We had ADHW replaced our kitchen and 2 bathrooms counter tops with Silestone Quartz and had new sinks and faucets also installed.From Michael who came out to provide the estimate for the project, to Tanya who helped us at the companys showroom, to the gentleman (forgot his name?) who followed to do the laser measurement (this is the way to go for extremely accurate measurements/fit), to Vera who coordinated the project/appt time and to the 2 installers Victor and Sergei - the whole team worked professionally and efficiently.The 2 installers (Victor and Sergei) arrived promptly and performed the installation of our countertops/new sinks and faucets very nicely; they put up plastic tents to minimize the dust and cleaned up the demolition debris well.Afterwards, we are very pleased with the finished product and it gave our kitchen and 2 bathrooms a quality makeover that we appreciate greatly - the new look is so clean and new and we love it!

We decided to take on a 500+ sq foot addition and full remodel of our downstairs. With design and permit in hand, we began contacting contractors. What a headache! But once I got together with Mark C. from ADH, things ran unbelievably smoothly. Seriously, we just kept waiting for the ball to drop and it never did. In short, we did a full kitchen remodel, converted a laundry room to pantry, converted a bath to a laundry, renovated three other downstairs rooms, and the addition (living room, powder room, entry, and closet). We also redid the entire siding and updated all the windows. Mark thought there was a chance that wed be done before Thanksgiving (I set my self up to be ecstatic if we were done by Christmas). The crew left us with our new full house for visitors at Thanksgiving sans interior trim work and a few other little touch ups. They came back over the holiday and knocked out the rest in a couple of days. I couldnt be more happy!Mark, the company owner, was our project manager and Mike G was his right hand man. They were great to work with. Very helpful, very concerned that things went well for us, and that we knew what was happening at all times. The real heroes were the team on the ground. Vlad and Peter were with us from the first day of the project to the last. They were the interior guys and really among the best people that Ive ever worked with on any sort of project. Their attention to detail was amazing. This was a huge job and they rolled right on through it like the true professionals that they are. Vlad was great about communicating to me about their workflow and what I should expect to see coming next. Peter was painstakingly detailed about his trimwork and painting (he set a standard for masking our front door prior to painting that Ill certainly never live up to). Theyve been gone now for a few days and Ill admit I already miss my morning check-ins with them.Vlad and Peter werent the only guys I want to thank. They had a few other guys that came in with them from time to time to help out on various parts of the interior work. The framing crew was amazing, they framed the addition in just a couple of days and took our paper plans and turned them into something really beautiful. The concrete team knocked out the foundation in just a couple of days (from excavation to pour) and then came back to add a very nice little porch toward the end. The drywall, texture, and HVAC teams were also spot on. Whats amazing was how coordinated everything was. For this, I thank Mark and Mike. Admittedly, Mark did say that the timing of things was particularly good, but come on... 12 weeks from first demo to sign off? Thats a QUALITY team... I recommend HIGHLY!

We worked with Julie the Project Coordinator who is very friendly, professorial, organized and responsive to our individual needs. The Project was our guest upstairs bathroom remodeled with a new sink, counter, toiled, bathtub/shower with inserts a new light with fan and flooring. In 2019 they did some upgrades in my kitchen, entrance way and fire place, replacing the counter tops, floor and re-doing the fireplace. It was perfect...so, 2021 they were back to upgrade my three bathrooms and the cabinets in my kitchen, again perfect, love the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a new look in their house. My master bathroom had a large deep tub and a nice shower cage, since we are getting older we wanted to seniorize our house (I made up that word)..we had a walk-in tub installed and the shower cage replaced with a new linen closet. This is my 2nd time using American Dream Homeworks, had a awful layout in the kitchen with the countertops was not enough space to work on plus it was grout and tile. They were able to cut my two tiered countertop where the sink was and make it all one level and get rid of the grouted tile. We now have Quartz countertops and backsplash along with a new sink and faucet. There is now room to seat 2 more people at the new counter. Good job American Dream Homeworks crew. We recently replaced a small bathtub in our condo with a larger in water volume soaking tub. Their advertisement looked good but it completely was surpassed by our experience.We arranged for a representative to come to our home. Neal Atkinson, sales rep, arrived and heard our desire. He explained what they would do, gave us some excellent suggestions, provided us with accurate information, gave us a very fair quote and some company information. Although we spoke with a few other companies, Neal won our business.We then had someone come who measured and diagramed the bathroom. He arrived at the appointment time and explained the steps they would be following. We just completed a total remodel of our pantry, kitchen and master bathroom. We also had them re-do all of the siding and installed new doors and windows. We purchased a run down fixer-upper 4 years ago with plans of making it beautiful because, as they say, Location. Location. Location. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted and ADH completely made that vision a reality. The crew was PHENOMENAL. I have heard horror stories of some contractors going M.I.A. midway through a project. Vasyl and his crew drove every day from Sacramento to Marin to work on our house (at least a 90 minute drive one-way) for almost 5 months! Their work ethic is amazing. Their attention to detail is incredible. When they started tearing apart our house they found so much water damage and termite damage and years and years of neglect from the previous owners that they basically had to reframe most of it. They even found a previous addition had not even been properly connected to the original house! But nothing phased them and they never made us feel like fixing our house was insurmountable. The tile work and the molding detail is beautiful. I cannot recommend Vasyl and his crew more for their impeccable work. They are amazing. You will not be disappointed.The ONLY issue we had was when they did find all the damage and reframing that needed to be done, the additional cost was not communicated to us up front. I definitely would have appreciated being kept in the loop about this because unfortunately, when we originally met with Mark (owner), he had specifically said that they were not like other contractors that come back to you asking for more money half-way through the project. So I had that in my head and was thinking this up until they dropped another bill on us. That would not deter me from using ADH again, however, because I used to LOATHE our fixer-upper and now I LOVE my dream home.

Viktor was the primary contractor on my new bathroom project. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the final product. Viktor was very reliable and always showed up when he said he would. If he was going to be a few minutes late, he would always call. The entire project took about 4 weeks from demolition to final inspection. It would have probably been done in 3 weeks if the San Francisco Building Department inspectors had been available when they were needed for the inspections. When our bathroom pipe burst and it was basically gutted, we werent sure where to turn. As a research queen, and extremely finicky, all roads kept leading back to AMERICAS DREAM HOMEWORKS. We loved the idea of a one stop shop, no middle man! They have their own trained professionals and even have their own fabrication shop. No Response: After that he hasn’t called us and didn’t send anything on email. After waiting a week, I called him to follow up, he took my details and said would call me back. He never called us.Time is money and I wasted lot of it on these guys. I wouldn’t recommend them.Update on 12/29/2020I have received home improvement proposal today after 4 weeks. Thanks to consultant for finally putting this together but I am not going with them for the reasons I stated above. We were very happy with the process and results we got from ADH. After speaking to several contractors who said that they could not help, or would need to do a full remodel ($45-60K) we were fortunate to find ADH on Angies List. John scheduled a time to meet within 1 week of our initial contact and was on-time. Since we had been having issues getting people to offer bids on project we wanted done we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly and easily John understood and was able to quote our Job.Not only was the bid competitive, but they could complete it quickly as all of their fabrication was done in house. Despite the project being relatively small, there were multiple parts (counter tops, tile, electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry) and it was difficult to find a contractor small enough to accept a job of this size, but large enough to have the appropriate resources. This was why ADH was a perfect choice for our project.All of the employees at their headquarters, as well as all the workers at our job site were very friendly and professional. They always stayed (after making sure it was OK to do so) until they had completed all of the days items in order to complete the job on time. Before leaving they also made sure to clean up and allow us the most use of our kitchen during the project as was possible.We had an excellent experience with ADH and would definitely recommend them, we will certainly consider them on any future projects we may do as well.

I had nine, yes NINE, different companies come out to quote the project. Larry was by far and away the kindest, most honest and enthusiastic of the companies that quoted. He didnt promise to do things that werent possible, he provided ideas on how to keep costs affordable. He spent something like two hours drafting a vision for the bathroom and then providing a detailed quote - something no other company did. Larrys passion about his company is obvious and admirable.On to the actual project, Julie was our point person for things like payment and project dates. When we delayed the start of our project, they easily adjusted for us. Demo was a breeze and the gentleman who did the majority of the labor was named Eugene. We have contacted Americas Dream HomeWorks for the renovation needs of the Marvista Apartments Complex in Rancho Cordova, CA.The City of Rancho Cordova has issues a list of corrections for our complex and we knew we needed someone very reliable and trustworthy that we and our resident could count on. We live in Albany, Ca. These folks are based in Sacramento, but they are so available to get the job done here.They had a central contact, Anastasiya, who was always there. No matter how many questions or small details I raised.We had been planning to upgrade our kitchen since we moved in 18 years ago. Their team was quite helpful from beginning to end. Their designer Rob worked with us to pick out all of the pieces.After we got the final estimate for the kitchen, we asked that they take on the bathroom as well. They did them one at a time so we always had a sink and running water. And in the middle of doing the bathroom, they made sure the toilet was running each night. They had to replumb the toilet each night.As things came up--and things ALWAYS come up--Oleks, Rob and the team were so helpful finding solutions.The work crew were amazing. Each day the floor was covered where they would be walking. Other parts of the house were sealed off to keep any dust in the kitchen. Our main guy Oleks was extremely detailed asking questions whenever something seemed uncertain.The guy running the crew, Victor, was also always available.And the end result was beautiful. Where to begin? Every phase of my project was excellent! I guess I can start at the beginning but leaving the best for last:First, Alex came by to measure the counter top area in the kitchen. High tech stuff and the quartz top fit perfectly when installed! They installed my sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Then, Vlad painted the entire inside of the house with 7 colors used throughout the house! Perfect trim work! Next, Merab and Vlad put up the oak window trim and did perfect sealing work around the wall and trim. The downstairs bathroom needed ceiling work done and Vlad more than met the challenge. Merab and Vlad cut the interior and exterior oak doors, stained them, and were put up in the new door frames. A hall fan was adjusted to the correct spacing. Special cuts of wood were made and stained throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom was done so beautifully with new mirror, toilet, shower doors and floor tile. Vlad did most of the work of this project and you would be lucky to have him working on your house project. Viktar the foreman is the one who brought all of these wonderful craft persons together to create the magic. Anastasiya is the project manager from heaven. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and was vital to the success of this project. Finally, none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Rob Rathbun, the Senior Design Consultant of America’s Dream Home Works. It was because of him that this project happened at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do room by room. Then he would tell me what would and what wouldn’t work within the budget or structurally. Rob is a godsend! He is the perfect first representative to meet from this wonderful, professional, company. Top notch artists of their crafts, and the paper side of the company is right there with them. Mark and all the associates at Americas Dream Homeworks were courteous, thorough and skilled as they rebuilt our siding with well-painted fiber-cement and gave us new fencing and gates. They worked with us, accomodated requests, and made sure our projects were right the first time. We would call them again for home projects we werent comfortable completing on our own.

I am very pleased with the new siding which was installed by ADH. Their team did an outstanding job on my new home. They took care of building permits, and completed the project in a timely manner that fit into my schedule. We where looking to have some work done on our bathroom. Replace the insert, pain patch a hole, and add a vent. The General Contractor showed up early which was fine. I was late getting home due to traffic so he met with my wife. She showed him the bathroom. He took one measurement and then ignored her questions and talked over her carrying on about what he already had planned. When I got home he had just sat down at our table and my wife asked him about getting a quote for tile along with doing an insert. He blurted out 20000$. So my wife was fed up and pretended to do something else because of how he treated her. As soon as I joined the conversation he didnt introduce himself just pulled out his computer and proceeded to start with a video of the company and its history. I was immediately turned off and quite frankly annoyed. He spent more time trying to sell me a product. When I asked him about the patching of a hole and the paint we also wanted done he told me that the shower was the biggest project and obviously his only concern. Their salesman ignored our questions only pushed his product. I dont recommend this place.

ADHW was great to work with! I called two other contractors to get quotes, but it was clear that ADHW is knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, and knows how to do the job properly. I had several items in the contract including installing a new front door, tearing down a carport, insulating the house, gutters, and new Hardie siding with trim. One contractor I got an estimate from (who was supposed to be reputable) actually wanted to leave the old siding up and put the new siding on top of the old and his price was greater than ADHWs whole contract value for JUST the siding?!?!?Being a female, one thing I really liked about ADHW is that Mark (during estimating/contracting) and his construction team (Vadim, Mike, and the whole crew) never talked down to me or pulled any sales man type of tactics, which the other contractor did. The other contractor used lines like if anyone tells you they can do it for less, theyre lying... and are you sure you want to... or this is how you need to do..., which I find to be demeaning and condescending as an educated female that knows how to do her research, how to build things herself, and knows quality work. ADHW treated me as an equal and also treated me and my home with respect.Having done many home improvement projects on my own, I had many questions during the estimating process and some changes before we solidified the contract. Mark was great at getting back to me within a day or two and answered all of my questions in detail. They accommodated my changes without issue.As with any construction project, during construction there were a couple of snafus that arose. No matter how much you plan, this just always happens. However, the team was able to take care of everything by talking through things with me, answering my questions, and by resolving the task in a timely fashion.The crew worked fast and efficiently but also took the time to do the job right. Not having seen a siding project up close and being used to handling projects on my own, I had several moments where I was nervous because I wasnt sure of the process. If I mentioned something, Vadim would walk me through and tell me the next steps. And, in the end, all the final finishing touches like the caulking and trim painting just polished it all off. My house looks amazing and I get excited every time I come home.If I have to say one thing, which I feel is very minor and wasnt a biggie to me at all, was that there was just a couple of times where I didnt expect the crew/staff and they showed. I think once was just a miscommunication between the construction crew or I misunderstood and that was when the normal lead let me know he wouldnt be there on the Saturday so I didnt expect the crew, but the crew did come on the Saturday. To me, this just showed me that theyre hard workers. The other time was when the alternate lead stopped by to rehang stuff without giving me a heads up. I was home, so it didnt bother me and it was great to get everything hung up, but it could have been a wasted trip for him if I hadnt of been home. So that could have potentially been a bummer. The rest of the communication on the project was great.Also, I have to say that the office staff (Lana and Tanya) were super nice and helpful. They helped take care of all the invoicing and financing. They even sent someone to pick up a deposit check one day to save me a trip.Lastly, a quality that stood out to me is that everyone I dealt with was so nice and polite. It was refreshing to work with people who are obviously very kind and care about their business and customer service.My next big project will be a new garage...while that will be several years off, I will be coming back to the ADHW crew when the time comes!

Salesman Larry was amazingly patient and never rushed the process. Vladimir was quick with the high tech measurements that resulted in a perfect cut of our countertops. The 2 men that came in to work on our ctops & backsplash, did so in 1.5 full days! Office Mgr Tanya was always avail via call and text when I had questions. We could not have been more pleased with what Mark and his team did for us with our kitchen, bathrooms and many of our windows. They were extremely accommodating, almost too much so as my wife Judy seemed to always be changing what she wanted to do but Mark didnt blink an eye and always made sure that Judy was taken care of. We understand about some of the comments regarding Mark not always getting back to you as quickly as he should, but if you know Mark (Vlad), its ok as he will go out of his way to make it right. We have a few rental properties and will have Mark help us on these projects as well.
