Called to get all 17 of my windows and a sliding door replaced. Danny came by, gave the quote and his was the lowest out of all of them. Wanted to make sure that I wasnt getting poor quality so I visited the showroom. Brought my wife as well and they were accommodating to let us visit on a Sat when they are typically closed. We just made our decision to go with Crystal windows and super excited!

I wound up reaching out to the American Window team from Jeff’s List. A quick YouTube search will fill you in. Just wanted to say thank you to Danny and all the American Window Company team, with a special shout out to Jesus for his patience as our initial reach out till completion was a few months journey. But not a delay due to them. They patiently waited on us confirm all the details and presented us all our options over email and finally in their showroom. The team was excellent in giving updates and always quick to answer my calls and emails. You can feel the pride in their work and you cannot beat the work from an American company and the product of an American company. My family and I are very happy with our windows and the awesome service we were provided. The install crew was fast, precise and professional. You could not tell that windows had just been installed. Left their work area very neat so a huge kudos to the 4 gentlemen. I can gladly recommend the team to all my family and friends and rest easy knowing they are in great hands. Thanks again AWC.

We have a leaky roof with clearstory windows(most leaking seemed coming from window areas) and contacted American Window. While company owner Danny diagnosing the problems, i was impressed by his….1. Honesty: sharing all possible solutions free and encouraging us to do them ourselves before spending money by hiring his crews.2. Knowledge on his field: his explanation of the leaking from many angles seemed more convincing and accurate than any other people. He earned my trust. Definitely I will do business with him in the future.

Called for an estimate to have windows replaced. Danny came out within the same week and far exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and did not make us feel like we were being taken advantage of. Customer service has been top notch. We have not pulled the trigger on purchasing yet, but I look forward to working with Danny and his team real soon!

The windows turned out great! So quiet The price was fair, the installation was quick and easy! The team is so lovely! Jesus came by for a consultation and didnt try to upsell me the most expensive windows there or anything I didnt need! He explained everything to me well! When I need to replace windows I bought from a different company (we all make mistakes), Ill definitely call Jesus back!

We replaced our windows 20 years ago. Unfortunately, we were inexperienced when it came to researching quality windows and a quality company to install the windows. My wife and I have been looking to replace the windows on and off for the past few years. After a lot of research, we came across American Window Company. Their reviews are outstanding. We called and left a message one weekend evening. I left a message expecting to hear back on Monday. To my surprise, Danny, the owner called me back within half an hour. Danny was very knowlegeable and answered all our questions and then some. No high pressure sales tactics. We told Danny we were hoping to be ready to buy in 2-3 months. Well, we wound up driving about an hour and a half to the showroom to check out the windows in person. We met with Jesus (consultant/project manager) and he spent about 3 hours with us showing us several of the products they carry and explaining things to us in detail regarding the different types of windows, window companies, etc. He answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed or silly for asking questions. Fast forward a couple of months, we had Jesus come out to get official measurements and proceed with the window installation. We chose the Milgard Tuscany series. Cant wait to get these windows installed. Im confident weve chosen great windows with a great installer (definitely a key component).

We have not yet pulled the trigger on our patio door, but when its time, we will definitely be calling Danny. He came to our house and patiently answered all of our (many, many!) questions. He has a ton of experience and is familiar with the competitors and their products. He gave us several ideas when we werent sure exactly what we wanted but never made us feel pressured to choose one over the other. Its so nice to work with someone you know you can trust. Sylvia has also been wonderful.

The crew, consisting of Carlos V., Wilber, Luis M., and Ricardo, Installed 6 replacement windows. The windows fit perfectly and the job was done in much less time than I had anticipated as the crew worked so well together. The areas where the work was done were left clean and a post inspection was done to make sure everything met my expectations. These new windows block outside sound much better and operate so much better than the windows they replace. I would recommend considering American Vision Windows when looking for window replacement.

From the moment I called to get someone out to our home for an estimate on window upgrades, I felt I was making the right decision choosing this company. Shelly was very attentive and let me know the owner was going to come out to take measurements. I was expecting a pushy sales person but Danny, the owner, was the complete opposite. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend American Windows, I have gotten quite a few estimates for my windows. When Dan from A.W came out, he talked to us about different types & Styles. He recommended I go into the showroom. When I arrived I was greeted by Shelly very pleasant customer service. Very Knowledgeable about every window in there. I was able to touch open and close the windows. She answered every question I had…. Dan & Carlos came out to do the measurements. Very professional, They talk to you very upfront and honest. Other companies that I had talk to made me feel like I didn’t know what I wanted. But at American Windows they listened and help me find what I wanted . Just get Danny coming over to measure the windows and the slide doors, he is really knowledgeable, give me good advise, work with our budget. Is always good to have someone thinking from your perspective, no like the majority, you should go with this one, even it is more expensive but... Danny will point out which one is more money efficiency, but he also give me different options.By the way, it is pretty easy to make a appointment, the lady who answer my call is really nice to communicate with.We have half of our window install last year, these guys are efficient, and work as a team! I had been considering replacing my windows. I called several companies but the soonest they could come out was in several weeks. I called American Window Company and they scheduled Danny to come out the next day. Danny was informative and gave us suggestions since our outside of the windows frame were not the usual fit. He took measurements. He gave us a quote and brought out samples to show what it would look like when finished. Angie in the office is very professional, answers all your questions and works with us for a installation date that fits our schedule. I highly recommend American Window Company.

She scheduled my appointment on the spot at my earlies convenience, Upon arrival, Danny, the owner and sales representative was on time, polite and courteous. I have been talking with American Window for about a year now with multiple design consultations. The receptionist was very helpful in accommodating around my busy work schedule to create an appointment to meet with their design consultant. The design consultant that came out was very knowledgeable on products and pricing and provided great insight into the current market’s options. He had many great suggestions that we ended up executing on that will make our home energy efficient and give us the right look we were looking for. I’m super happy that we found Danny and American Window Co. Danny came out to give us a free estimate immediately after contacting him. He was really knowledgable and took his time to not only explain the different options we had, but he was even able to show us what it would look like by taking a picture of our window and drawing the different style options on his iPad.Two years ago we had a couple different companies come out and give us quotes but we didn’t end up doing it because I just didn’t feel confident we’d get something that would make us happy. I needed new window channel balances but was hesitant to order them online, as there are a lot of minute differences between them and I am not well versed enough in them to be sure I wouldnt get stuck with something that wouldnt work. I brought in my old balances and they ordered replacements for me. The replacements arrived in just over a week, worked perfectly, and were reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We had our entire house retrofitted with new Amsco windows. Also bought new sliding doors. Danny, the owner made multiple trips out to measure and help design what would capitalize on the view best. He was thorough and helpful. He worked within our budget and made recommendations for us. Liz and Shelly, the girls in the office, were amazing. They answered many questions, solved problems we had, and were very helpful. The install team were great! Mitch, Zack, and Brett were on time and professional. Installed all the windows beautifully and cleaned up job site before leaving. They did the entire retrofit of all windows. They helped my contractors get the 16 sliders around corners and a narrow steep path to install spot. Very helpful. Mitch and Zack even drove back up to job site after they had finished their completion to help my contractor that had question on install. Brought directions from manufacturer that he needed. Troubleshooted any problems we encountered and solved them all happily. I will definitely recommend these guys. Excellent company. Love the windows. Great install team.

We had a lot of issues after buying this new place with HOA due to the previous owners illegal renovations but American Window was willing to come out to our place again to give new estimates after HOA notified us about the blocked windows were illegally installed. If your concerned about getting inadequate service in exchange for the best pricing in town, FEAR NOT!!! Danny the owner makes it a point to personally be involved with the process. Purchased the primo xl grill from them. It is the best grill for out door BBQ as it is extremely energy efficient and easy to work. Excellent response from inside sales staff and extra care and attention from the owner Danny, who helped with the delivery of the unit. All in all, good product, good service, good people. Never got a chance to have work done by them so idk how good of a job they do, but the receptionist I talked to wanted to give me an appointment a week later, and for a completely broken home window I personally think thats way to long to wait for an appointment. Also I called the day before to see if I can even make an appointment n also to get a response if they even fix mobile home windows and she said she wasnt sure so shed call me back to give me an answer and to schedule an appointment, well I never got a call back so I decided to call them back, n she said oh Im sorry u were on my call back list . I bought several windows and the locks are cheaper and more flimsy than I expected. But even worse is that one window clearly does not fit. Theres a gap that allows air and light. You can see thru this gap and not only will they not fix it. They will not even answer the phone.

Fast installation, always picked up my phone call, windows look great, prices are ok, but well worth every penny, specially because they are so perfectionist that even the tiny scratches I couldnt even see, they brought a new window to replace, I was amazed, and they dont leave trash or mess behind
