The guys at American Vision Windows did a great job at my house! From the beginning, our salesman Jesse was awesome! He took the time to help us figure out our needs and made the sales process smooth. Even when we had to make some changes, it was no issue. Also, the installers Octavio, Valentin, and Jose were great. The knocked the installation out of the park and were kept things very clean. They also made sure I was completely satisfied! Thanks everyone!!!

Got 3 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Amazing service from beginning to end. Gina and the team were so communicative and easy to work with. The installation team - Jairo, Martin, Jose, Commander, Luis, and Carlos did a fantastic job and they worked so quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very kind and respectful as well.I havent had them for long so excited to see how much the UV tinting helps with the heat this summer. But I can already speak to the sound buffering especially as I live facing a street - and wow its immediately noticeable how damped the sound from outside is.100% would recommend.

The Guys were AWESOME!🤩Great customer from the installation team! We made the appointment in November and were originally scheduled for March 16th but Angela called yesterday with an opening for TODAY!!! Heck yeah we’ll take that🥳. 10 years ago I bought my doors and windows from American Vision Windows and they still looks great. I called Armen a few months ago since he helped me out last time and he is very professional and knowledgeable. .So today my new sliding patio door was installed by Ignacio, Emmanuel and Benito. Absolute fantastic. American Vision completed 5 window replacements and turned another window into a slider. The job was complete in only 3 days. I have never been so impressed with any construction work I’ve had done on my house. Not only was it done fast, not a single detail was missed and the windows are STUNNING. I’d personally like to thank the team of craftsman who were here, Luis G, Franco, Javier, David, Ian, J.Dela Rosa, Sergio, Jorge. Jayson and David were my installers and they were absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, were very clear on what I should expect, and delivered just as promised. The installation was clean and quick and we are very happy with the final product. If you need a sliding patio door or windows for your home give them a call. Had initial visit from sales rep. He measured and provided an estimate. We eventually agreed to have the window/door project completed. The next rep came out to finalize the measurements and confirm our options. Neither the sales rep or the measurement specialist notified us that some of our window coverings would not be able to be reinstalled after the windows were installed. These window coverings were custom and, unfortunately, expensive. This would have factored into the final decision-making and since we were not informed we were prevented from making a fully informed decision.On installation day the installers told us the coverings were not going to be able to go back in. I called the sales rep for an explanation and was told he would look into it. I never heard back from him. In fact, I called/emailed twice over the next week or two and he NEVER responded. I then called his boss and had a good but unproductive conversation. The sentiment was Oh, well. He did say he would be able to give my wife and I a gift card for a local restaurant...but it never showed up. Hard to fathom that an operation would function like this. Failure to effectively and honestly communicate is one of the cardinal rules by which I judge a business/organization. I am deeply disappointed.I will say the installation team was incredibly top notch. Kind, communicative, and responsive. They get five stars...but the management team actions drive this to the final score I have given. Deeply disappointing for certain.Update 6/29/24…their customer service team did reach out to me to respond and make amends. I am very pleased with them and the resultant actions. I do believe they care…so let’s just suffice it to say this was a learning experience and they stepped up.

HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMENDATION ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The entire process of working with American Vision was fantastic. Starting with Gina who came out to give us an estimate through installation which took place over a two day period with a team of 13 savages (Gabriel, Roberto, Jayson, Ernesto, Fredy, Victor F, Nacho, Manual, Javier, Felipo, Jose V, Danny, and Cesar). These guys came in like gang busters first laying protective covering on our floors and plastic on all of our personal items. I was super nervous about having so many people in my home but these guys were total pros. They took incredible care of my home and all of our belongings. They answered all of my questions and gave great care to every detail. Its not easy to find quality, HONEST contractors but these guys more than delivered. THANK YOU!!!!

We had 13 of our 26 windows replaced last week and are extremely happy about the whole experience as well as the upgrade in the look of our home and the quality and performance of not only the windows themselves but also the American Vision team.A huge thank you to all of the American Vision team, from our Salesman Armen, Alan-who measured the windows and the whole Installation Team (Martin, Jose Serrano, Eddie, Jairo, Victor and Lalo), who completed the job in hours not days!! Everyone was so easy to work with, the installation was quick, clean and expertly done...we are 100% satisfied!!Now to get the other 13 windows done......Installation, Part 2...After having the first 13 of 26 windows done in January, we had 12 of the remaining 13 windows (Still deciding what to do with our kitchen window) replaced yesterday. Some of the same excellent installation crew from before Eddie, J.Serrano, Lalo & Victor) came & once again did a fantastic job! From arriving on time, covering floors & furniture we couldnt move out & being easy to work with the install was done fast & expertly. The crew left our house cleaner than it was! I was looking to replace 3 windows in my home. I reached out to several shops but I chose American Vision Windows because the sales person, Amanda, was easy to work with. She communicated with me on the phone and via email and provided various styles and pricing scenarios. She did not pester me for an answer but was ready to proceed professionally when I had made my decision. Angela, the scheduler, communicated with me frequently about delivery and installation of the windows. On the install date, the installers showed up on time and worked hard for 5 hours removing the old windows and installing the new windows, including a new aluminum wrap around the entire frame. Jose U. and Jayson were extremely professional, polite and hard working. They laid down tarps to protect our flooring and covered furniture with plastic. They hauled away the old windows. The cleaned up the area in and outside the house after the installation. I would highly recommend American Vision Windows and will use them again.

We recently had six windows (4 bedroom and two bathroom) installed in our home by American Vision Windows of Simi Valley. Carlos and Luis were the technician installers who performed the service. They arrived on time as scheduled. They were both courteous and professional and the job was finished in a timely manner. The quality of the work provided was top notch, excellent. The windows looked amazing upon completion, like night and day from the older outdated model we had been using for many years. The rooms were noticeably transformed with the new windows.Upon completion, Carlos explained very clearly and with great patience the operation and maintenance details answering all of my questions carefully and accurately. I had two windows and a balcony replaced with American Vision Windows, and had a wonderful experience! They were recommended to me by a neighbor who also used them, and I’m so happy I went this company.Geo was the first person I dealt with, and he is fantastic. He came out and gave me an estimate and has been a point of contact throughout. Anytime I contact him, he gets back to me very fast and is always pleasant and professional. Richard did the measurements and was also great.I live on the 4th floor, and they figured out a way to get the windows done without needing to use scaffolding, which I greatly appreciated. And, the frame for the balcony is quite large and was NOT easy to get up to my apartment, but the lead installers figured it out and got it done.I had the windows installed on one day, and the balcony a few months later, so I had two different sets of crews, and everyone was wonderful. They covered the furniture, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. My window installers were Eddie, Alex, Able, Lalo. And my balcony installers were Martin, Cesar, Juan, Benito. Kudos to everyone at this company.

If you need new windows for your home, I highly recommend American Vision Windows. From the initial estimate with Billy to installation, the experience was great. Although the total time took a couple months, it was well worth the wait. The installation team of Roberto, Eddie, Brian, and Emidio did a fantastic job. They were so efficient and professional and let me know the ins and outs about the windows: how to use them properly by demonstrating the features and how to care for them. The team - Carlos V., Luis M., Nacho and Emanuel - installed windows and a patio door in my condo. They arrived on time, everything was done in a very professional manner and quickly. They cleaned everything after themselves. Unfortunately, they were unable to install one large window, they needed a scaffold, so they will return later to finish the job. So far everything was very very good. Highly recommend.

Their entire team from sales (thank you Amanda) to the installation team (Nacho was amazing) to the after install team (Raymond, thank you) have been so professional and quick to respond. We had a full house window replacement with new construction which means breaking and repairing all stucco. Our city permit inspector said “American Vision Windows is the best choice. They always do good work. “ Our paint company said “best stucco repair we’ve seen in a while”. We had some minor tears in screens and they were right out to fix it. One of the glass doors has some bubbles in the UV. AVW sent Anlin out and the doors are being fully replaced. Beyond happy with our decision. If you are considering anyone else, stop looking. This local based company will not only do a good job but support you after install too.

Billy, the project manager came out originally to give us a quote and explained the entire process, the differences in windows and the best fit for what we would need. Once we decided to move ahead, Laura put me in touch with Measure Technician Richard who came out to measure everything accurately. He was an absolute delight and answered all my questions, with his previous experience with installation, he also was able to answer my questions regarding installation when that time comes. Cant say enough good things about this company! Love our beautiful windows! Bought our condo 18 months ago and knew wed have to replace at least 4 windows. We live walking distance to Burbank airport so you know what that means. The rep came out a couple months ago and gave an estimate.....it was $7000 less than Anderson Windows! Also less than the other 3 companies that came out. Since theres an HOA involved here the windows had to be exact. Well our windows were installed 4 days ago and I LOVE THEM! Even my upstairs neighbour commented how beautiful they are. The guys installed them in about 4 to 5 hours. They knew what they were doing. Plus they were respectful and helpful with information too. Recently had (5) retrofit Anlin windows and (1) sliding door installed in a 3rd floor condo - I was skeptical (beforehand) that everything would be finished in one day, as the large windows and sliding door had to be hoisted by ropes into the condo. I watched the entire process and was amazed by the teams ability to not only hoist these very heavy items, but to do so without any incident!All the windows and doors were installed with virtually no damage to the walls and window jams - this was really something to watch.The team: Jose V., Eddy, Felipe, Danny, Jose R., Jorge & Emidio all did an incredible job and I highly recommend them and American Vision Windows for all of your window and door needs!

A couple days after installation, one of the big picture windows was leaking (yes, it rains in SoCal!) and they were out to repair it the same day we called. This window tear down and replacement experience was exceptional. Ordered windows with Geo who was incredible during the initial phase of sale. Crew of 10 (Javier, Luis G, Omar, Alex, Jairo, Franco, Mauricio, Carlos, Ricardo, and Willy) showed up at 8:00am sharp and worked their tails of for 2 days to complete 15 windows and turned two large windows into a French door and a Slider. Craftsmanship of windows is better than I expected. They saved and set aside all of my Alarm indicators for my ATD without me having to remind them. They we respectful, had great attitudes, took great care to make sure that my surrounding items were covered, and were very professional. We are so happy to have American Vision Windows perform our window upgrade. Their installation was 15 to 20% lower than the other companies advertising and knocking on doors. They’re aren’t cheap by any means, but the value is reflected in the product. I would use them again, recommend them to family and friends, and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

I highly recommend American Vision Windows. We purchased a special order Sun Matrix Anlin Sliding Glass door in late October of 2023. It was installed ahead of schedual in the later part of December. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their salesman was very pleasant, wasn’t pushy like some can be, and was able to answer all our questions/concerns. Their installers, Jose V., Felipe, and Lalo were very prompt, polite, and professional and took their time to properly install the door and to go over everything with my husband and I before they left. We are extremely happy with our purchase. It’s a huge upgrade from what we had. I would definitely use American Vision Windows again in the future when it’s comes time to replace our windows.

I had my bay window installed yesterday by American Vision Windows, and am very happy with the results. Starting with Gina the sales rep her knowledge and great attitude made the start of our experience a great one. The process and date of installation happened as promised. We found a friend in Gina. When comparing quality and pricing a deciding factor was Gina’s professionalism. The installation crew were true professionals from the moment they arrived, they prepped the area and made sure to cover the floor. They were careful with our outside plants and after their first day they cleaned up after their work day. Everything went smooth man what a great experience and a friendly crew. Decided to do business with this company and dealt with Christian and Armen who meticulously measured the windows and clarified what I wanted. I went with Lincoln windows(8) and French doors(2) and we love them. The installation team did an incredible job. They were very precise, diligent and conscientious about the cleanup. He then methodically reviewed each window, and door with us, making sure that they were what we had ordered. He made a few suggestions as to which way the windows should open. I got a lot of window quotes to replace my leaky single-pane aluminum windows, so I know that AVW is a great deal. Once Gonzo told me about how awesome of a company AVW is, I knew I had to get my windows from them. I had one tricky window and they were the only company who didn’t freak out when they saw it, and they did a great job with it! On installation day, Aaron, Emilio, Roberto, Caleb, and Jairo arrived earlier than I expected (just after 8, with an 8-9 arrival window), and got to work right away. I needed to have a huge window totally replaced! I’d like to comment that Gabriel, lead on the installation for American Vision Windows, was absolutely terrific. He and his team worked non-stop from 9am until past 4pm in the afternoon. They tore out the window, put a new one in, rebuilt the stucco around it by using wire and stucco and then repeatedly applied the colored stucco to rebuild the frame. Very clean with the workers covering everything that could be covered and did a good job cleaning up everything after they were done. Also, loved how they organized their crew with each having great experience in what it is they each are doing. Very helpful with any questions one might have while the job is ongoing. From the first call to the measure appointment, everyone at American Vision Windows have been friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Don came in for our initial appointment and gave us a thorough rundown of available products and styles that would be best for our home. Both Billy, our Rep/PM and Richard who later followed up to take detailed measurements, were friendly, on time, courteous, and professional. They know their product and are experienced. Ive used this company for replacement windows/doors on 3 separate occasions. Any issue Ive raised has been handled well - until yesterday. I was handed the bill for the remaining balance and I noticed a VERY high charge for the permit fee and I pointed it out to the installer. The young man, Jason, notified his manager. The manager claimed to have checked it and that was the price. They wrote it off to inflation, but I disagreed. At the end of the job Jason said that he looked at the permit and it was for 16 windows and a door when he had only installed 2 windows and a door. Only THEN did his manager actually work the issue.Jason is clearly a keeper and probably under promoted, whereas his boss and whoever filed the permit paperwork with the city should be terminated. But Jason and Daniel did a very good job.After getting the fee for the city license reduced by half, I paid American Vision for the revised license. I was told I would get the license in the mail in a day or two. It has now been 2weeks and I still dont have the license, but American Vision has my $.

Had 19 windows to replace so I had Pella, Anderson and American Vision out to give me bids. Pella and Amercan Vision said Anderson would be the highest and they were right: 72k (56k at the buy right now price) Perla came in at 35k (buy right now) and American Vision, a bit over 20k. Pella and American Vision said Anderson windows were a great product, but the windows I got from American Vision had MANY things in common for a fraction of the price. Anderson tried to scare me with installation nightmares that hed heard about. That bugged me because while all the other salesmen had good things to say about Anderson, Anderson is trash talking the competition. You shouldnt need to do that if you have the very best product. Anyway, installation day rolled around and a swarm of installers (Gabriel. Carlos Llamas, Travis, Emilio. Omar G. And Aaron) went to all the rooms in my house laying down protective plastic, moving furniture that was too heavy for me, taking down blinds that I didnt know how to take down and installing my new super nice windows! I felt bad that I wasnt more prepped but they never complained, they just got the job done! A few hours later they were finished and they left my house in great shape! I couldnt have been more pleased with the results! They even left me a souvenir hammer. Ill either treasure it forever as a reminder of our time together, or you guys can call to arrange a pickup. This is part 2, the Installation, of 5 windows on May 15, 2021 which I bought from American Vision. I discovered when researching the window purchase that the quality of the installation was of equal importance to the selection of the windows themselves. I was told at the time of purchase, by Gonzo Raymond, American Visions sales rep, that the company is staffed with highly professional and interested employees, which included a crack group of installers. The team that installed our windows, Javier (lead), Aaron and Justin R. (apprentice) were just that. They arrived at 8:30 AM, introduced themselves, toured the job site and got right to work. Furniture & flooring were covered in plastic to keep them clean and prevent damage. Each workman had a specific job; they worked both alone and as a team to move the job along at a steady pace. Several times during the 5 hours they were working, I stopped to observe what they were doing and engaged in brief conversations about the process. I was amazed at how rapidly the job progressed. I was exceedingly satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and the speed of the installation.

This is the second time that I have used American Vision Windows. I have some pretty bad builder-grade windows in my house (from 2003) and they fail from time to time. The first round I replaced 8 of them and all are working well (with one small exception of a bedroom window being hard to close when the hot sun hits it) and retaining their great look after 4 years. This time I remodeled my master bathroom and wanted to ensure something beautiful be in place when complete. As I wanted to tile around them for an extra finished look, I had some pretty specific installation requirements. They were able to walk me through all of the options to select the right combination for my needs. On installation day, Aaron and Emedio were top notch! They took the time to explain everything they were doing, answer all questions, and ensure that the job was performed in a way that allowed the tile guys to make the surrounding frame beautiful. I also know that their company supports all products and needs regarding their work, so I never worry about any small issues that may pop up. It is nice to have that peace of mind. Richard and his crew (Martin, Danny and Luis M.) came to install 3 sliding doors and 5 windows in my 2-story house. Most of the installations were on my 2nd story.At the beginning of the job, I did a walk-through with Richard, and for each window and door, he noted if any unique or special thing had to be done during the installation. In some cases there were. He was very knowledgeable and conscious about all the items being well sealed so not to cause any water damage on my 1st floor.The installation all went smoothly. Their teamwork was amazing, especially lifting all the heavy sliding to my 2nd story.I love my new windows and sliders. We have had the pleasure of working with American Vision Windows for several years. After we first moved into our home in 1998, we needed to replace the metal frame windows with dual pane vinyl windows. We choose American Vision Windows as they are a local company with a long history of successful window replacement and quality customer service. Over the years, we have saved thousands of dollars on our energy bills as the windows keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Most recently, I wanted to replace our bedroom window with a slider so that we could step out on to patio deck and enjoy the evening sunset. Some people I talked to about this project were not really in favor of the idea as the work to replace the window would be a challenge. I knew that American Vision Windows would be up for the challenge - And Wow did they deliver! First of all, we had a quality crew with Gabriel Estrada, Jose Serrano, and Carlos all showing up on time and ready to go on the first day. All three worked well together as they all kept busy throughout the day. Each one knew what they were to be doing and made the most of their time and energy. At the end of the first day, the new slider was installed. Day two was a half day spent on the final details, the electrical outlets, and the door trim. I am happy to report, American Vision Windows was up to the challenge and exceed my expectations. The new bedroom slider is beautiful and adds a new element of design and value to our home. If you have a fire at your home, you call the fire department.If you have an electrical problem, you call an electrician.If you have ghosts or goblins, you call the Ghost Busters!If you need new windows or doors, call American Vision Windows!The windows and some doors on our 20+ year old home were failing, from foggy windows to improperly sealed doors. After doing appropriate research, we hired American Vision Windows to take on the task!They replaced over 40 windows, (using a technique called retrofitting), and our doors (one single, and one double French door). No stucco repair or painting was required when they were finished.The crew arrived on time, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and they worked together to get the job completed in two days. When they departed, our home looked like nothing had happened, except for our new windows and doors. All of the guys on the crew were friendly, and my wife and I were impressed with their positivity, in spite of a 90 degree heatwave for the two days they were here.We have already noticed a marked difference in controlling our home’s environment, including a major reduction in outside noises. Weve had a great experience with American Vision Windows; they just completed installation of 11 Anlin Del Mar windows and an Anlin sliding door. Armen was our sales rep. He showed us the industry leading benefits of Anlin Windows and Doors, gave his advice as to which windows and doors should be replaced and gave us a very competitive price. He made our decision to go with AVS and Anlin a no-brainer. Angela handled the scheduling professionally and efficiently and sent Richard out to do the final measuring. Kristin in accounting was very helpful handling the deposit and progress payments. Georgette submitted and received our city permit quickly. The installation crew lead was Eddie; good attitude, easy to work with, and talented. We needed some stucco work with one of the windows and Omar B. did a fine job matching the stucco pattern on our house. The rest of the crew included Lalo, Jorge, Emidio and Jason, and they all contributed to an excellent experience and great end product. I had an old wonky sliding glass door replaced by American Vision Windows and appreciated the time they took to ensure that everything would go smoothly.Christian and Eddie came out to do the measurements, which were done quickly and properly. We replaced 7 of the 9 windows on our first floor, and while home remodeling can be a drag, Roberto and crew (Sergio, Cesar, Ernesto and Jorge) were great. They removed the old, horrible windows and replaced all seven in less than 6 hours, hauling away the trash and cleaning up after themselves. I have employed nightmare contractors before, and these guys were the opposite; pleasant, fast and very professional. Were impressed, and that takes some doing. When the time comes, I will likely call them again for the remaining windows upstairs.

Jose Serrano, George, Jason, Jairo, and Camillo did an amazing job! We installed an aluminum pergola after we had ordered the windows so they couldnt get to the outside of one of our upstairs windows but they were able to make it work. I was thrilled. AVW replaced a large set of windows in my living room (condo) and Im very, very happy! Not only do they look great, they also feel like noise cancelling headphones, but for my whole place. We had our new entry door installed yesterday, wow ! it looks great !The process of picking out the door, the detailed measuring for the opening and then the installation, everything went well !Tim Hess was friendly and professional in the process of picking out the door. He explained the whole process start to finish. Everything went as he described. Then Todd came out to measure our entry way to ensure the door is made perfectly sized to our opening did a great job and was good to deal with. The day of installation, Alex and Emilio arrived right on time and they were very friendly and professional. They genuinely care about your property and take measures to work clean and careful. They protected all our furnishings that were close to the entry way. We had our windows installed 10 days ago, the installers were top notch and on time. The problem is the windows, we already have condensation between the 2 panes of glass. I understand that sometimes a faulty window gets installed, but what I don’t understand is the horrible customer service from American Vision Windows. No one answers the phone and when you finally do talk to someone they tell you that you have to deal with the manufacturer.So we spent $27,000 on faulty windows and now it’s up to us after 10 days to deal with the manufacturer. I contacted them, they told me they would reach back out to me in 3 months to schedule an appointment to have someone come out to inspect the windows. Thanks a lot American Vision Windows. I should have gone with Anderson Windows all along as they actually warranty what they sell. For anyone looking at window replacement, please do your homework and read the small print.

We recently had a team from American Vision Windows replace all of our windows and sliding doors in our home and are very happy we did so. Our place feels like a new home! Tim Hess our first point of contact and project manager for the job was both helpful and knowledgeable about their products, their (product’s) performance, and window systems in general. He walked me through everything we could expect during the process and answered any questions we had along the way. He was super throughout and I would highly recommend him for your job. Tim even followed up with us at the end and closed out the project in the right way. The AVW installation team showed up on time on the day of installation. Their on site foremen explained the process of how things were going to work that day, their crew all worked efficiently by dividing and conquering and working together. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. And they cleaned everything on the way out. All windows replaced in one day. You can always tell how great a company is by how they operate, work together, and treat you. This is my second window project with AVW and they are very responsive and creative with their solutions. My first project, completed a year ago, included 3 out of 4 walls for my house and replacing a huge 1920’s set of cracked window casement, which we creatively turned into two sets of similarly styled French doors. To go from 1920’s single windows to modern double windows was great, but these were more beautiful than I had anticipated, while still giving the feel of the original 1920’s style. Amanda is super responsive with her scheduling and on this most recent job, Christian, who came to measure and let me know what my installation options would be, he was very knowledgeable- combining a few different techniques. We had American Vision Windows replace half of our windows some months ago, and they did a wonderful job! We are having them finish the work now, and Julia scheduled an appointment with the Measure Tech, Christian, who was professional, efficient, and answered all of our questions. A great experience overall!As of now, work has been completed on the rest of our windows, and our installers Eddie and Adan did phenomenal work, as did Grace who coordinated with us from the office. We had original wood windows that were a little complicated to replace. Other vendors were not confident in their ability to use Windsor Window inserts to minimize damage to drywall and stucco. American Vision quickly diagnosed the situation and was confident they could use the inserts in most replacements and do matching new construction in a few spots where that was required. We had many windows to replace so they showed up in force to get it done efficiently while we remained living in the house! Very courteous staff; a pleasure to have around (for two weeks!)

I wonder how they get 5 star from other customers?We used this company to replace our windows less than two years ago.We had problems with them then. The job that was promised to take one day, took several attempts. First time, they didnt finish it in one day. Second time, after installation, the window was not in line with the door so they came back an re did it! and third time, the quality of the picture window was so poor, that after installation they had to bring it down and install a new one!Fast forward to now, we are unable to open our backyard sliding door! The lock gets jammed! I contacted the company, they referred me to the manufacturer! contacted the manufacturer, said we have to order parts. Followed up again, they said parts will be in on such date. Contacted them after their given date, no response! followed with American vision windows, they said they are waiting for he parts (its over a month!) ....How can you rely on such a company and their product for your door and windows?!!!
