I am an Engineer from Canada and the services offered by AVLG are highly commendable, in particular Ali Sabzwari and Hasan Abdullah were super professional and I am confident in rating their services Outstanding. Hasan is very talented attorney and helped me with my immigration requirements. He always responds to the questions via phone or email. He possess great depth of knowledge in the immigration related issues. I dealt with many immigration attorneys in the past but Hasan is on top of my list due to his abilities to tackle the case and get successful outcomes in your favor. I would highly recommend him especially if you have complicated case. One thing I would like to mention which differentiates him from other attorneys is that he puts in effort to find out the best option on case to case basis with the latest rule changes where as most of the other attorneys would just tell you the same option what they have been practicing or know from years which is obsolete information.

Very bad service, they let me fill up the form with the help of the legal assistant without even reviewing to see by the lawyer to see if I had any mistake ( neither me nor the legal assistant are attorneys so for sure there is a possibility of error but the layer task is to review it/ ask me when he doubt about something wrong, correct me), until I had an appointment with another Lawyer that reviewed my case and in one minute only he was able to point to many mistakes I had them because my mis-understanding for these questions so I sent a correction letter to USCIS, they dont even follow up the case status, I think we pay to get a service from the lawyer not from the legal assistant otherwise I could have gone to any paralegal to fill up the forms if I dont need legal advice.

I had hired American Visa Law Group when I was looking for attorneys specialized in handling my complicated immigration situation. Initially I was skeptical because the paralegal who was helping me with the case didnt seem knowledgeable or if he understood my case. I had also found some typos in the forms, when I raised my concerns with Hasan, the attorney there, he personally helped me with the case and I also later learnt that the paralegal was let go. After that, I had no issues or concerns, my case was handled smoothly. I know Hasan for a quiet a while, I even say I know him in his early time of practices. He had to split from his previous law firm, I requested my case to be transferred with him, so you know how good he is.Hasan will not take your case right away, which is one his qualities. He is not into money perhaps he is more into success and services. He is very patient, listening, polite and very direct for your benefit. Mr. Hasan Abdullah and his team are the best. They go above and beyond when it comes to offering the best service. I did quite a bit of research and chose this law firm based on the Google reviews. The experience Ive had working with them has been amazing...it beat the already high expectation I had from reading the google reviews. Most of the reviews have covered many of the points I wanted to mention but Ill call out a few things here. I was truly impressed by the teams quick response time to any questions I had. I bet it beats any law firm out there.The other thing that I found truly amazing is the ability to schedule a quick call with Hasan (or any of the attorneys in their team) within 1 - 2 days notice and there is no charge for it....once you become their client. Over the last 2 years I may have spoken to Hasan and other attorneys ion his team at least a dozen times (totally free). As a person I tend to have a lot of questions and they have always been very patient in answering all my questions and explaining the situation very clearly.I heard so many horror stories from numerous law firms where the client needs to pay extra for phone consultations (even if its just a short 10 mins call) even after you become their client.American vis law group has really set a high bar when it comes to offering the best quality service and great work ethic. Hi is the best immigration lawyer in California. I strongly recommend American Visa Law Group and Hasan Abdullah for their expertise in offering legal immigration services. This recommendation is based on my own experience with Hasan for a peculiar case that I sought his services for. My experience with him was thoroughly satisfying and rewarding and helped me significantly for my EB1 I-140 approval.My company sponsored my EB1-B green card petition and facilitated the required paperwork through its partner law firm. I worked with my companys partner law firm for around 6 months to provide all documents, evidences, letters of recommendation, papers, patents, accomplishments, etc. Even though I had to do all the work by myself, I was not mindful of it, as long as it helped with my petition. The law firm furnished a support letter on behalf of my company at the final stage before filing my I-140. I was honestly appalled to look at the support letter they prepared. It was sloppy to say the least. It never had a proper flow and lacked a good use of language and choice of vocabulary. It was rampant with grammatical mistakes, heavy repetition of sentences, mistakes in their drafting despite providing appropriate evidence. It was not to the point and did not nicely articulate the unique traits in my case that would make me qualify for EB1-B I-140. It looked like dumping all items included from a checklist into the support letter. I was never satisfied with the letter and there was laxity on part of the law firm in fixing the issues in the support letter due to perceived over-confidence.So, I reached out to Hasan to help revise and redraft the support letter. I have known of Hasan from his reputation and I had personally sought a consulting service from him a year back that gave me more confidence to pursue my EB1. The current case was peculiar in the sense that it didnt require Hasan to freshly take up my case but only review the support letter thoroughly, indicate his comments and help me revise the letter to bring it to a proper shape before submitting to USCIS. Hasan took up the case for a nominal fee, reviewed it carefully and indicated extremely-pointed and insightful comments in each and every section of the support letter within 3 days that helped me revise and polish the letter. His comments were extremely useful in fixing issues, modifying and restructuring the entire support letter. He once again reviewed my revised letter and made sure that his comments were addressed and incorporated. With his help, the revised version came out too good to be discarded by my companys law firm as the final form of the letter. It was accepted as the final version and signed off by my company, which we subsequently submitted to USCIS for I-140 filing. USCIS thankfully approved my case within 10 calendar days and I felt proud/accomplished to have been approved of an EB1-B I-140. A significant credit goes to Hasan for helping me (and also my company) draft a strong support letter that puts forth my case articulately to USCIS.As a result of his expert services, I have decided to engage him for my EB1-A self-petition filing. Until I get my I-485 and my green card (which takes around 1 to 1.5 years for Indian citizens), I would be facing headaches in changing employers because I would want the new employer to file fresh EB1-B I140 petitions, if I leave my current company. So, I chose to pursue an EB1-A self-petition filing and decided to do it through Hasan and American Visa law firm. I have high confidence in a successful outcome by taking this step with him. I also recommend him to others who are seeking similar assistance, especially on employment-based immigration services. Kudos and hats off to Hasan! Keep up your great work. Mr. Hasan is one of the few attorneys who value personal relationship of his clients over business relationship. I first contacted Mr. Hasan more than two years ago after watching his videos on youtube. I sent him a message randomly without expecting a prompt reply. To my surprise he not only emailed me back within 24 hrs with a detailed advice, he did it multiple times over the period of 2 or 3 months months. He was professional, sincere and very knowledgeable. We exchanged lots of emails and there was not a single time that he didnt reply to my concerns. Kept me in confidence and gave me legal and friendly advice for which I am thankful to him even today. The most interesting part is that that he did it all of it for FREE. Yes I was not a client of his at that time and neither did he approach me for consulting fee and we didnt have retainer or monetary fee discussed. All this was done in good faith. Try getting legal advice for free with other attorneys and you will know what I am talking about.Now I am not advocating that Mr. Hasan gives free legal advice otherwise he will go out of business. Its just that he will not ask you for money upfront before opening his mouth like how other attorneys do. He never asked me for any legal fee and thats when I decided that when in future I will need to file my I-751 extension, I will definitely reach out to him. When the time finally came last year, I contacted Mr. Hasan. He promptly advised me the next steps, fee and all the formalities / retainers and it was a smooth process. Mean while during processing time of 6+ months I had questions & concerns that Mr. Hasan happily answered on time.I have had my fair share of dealing with attorneys here in US. Trust me it is really difficult to find one who promptly replies to his clients email. Doesnt charge him for a call or email that his client sends him. Replies back in 24 hrs or so and anytime you want to talk to him, doesnt act as if why are you calling me, keep waiting for the processing times or fails to keep his clients updated about the progress of their case.
