Alex is a great help with the entire process. He called me and we chatted a bit. Then we talked about pricing. I asked him questions, all were answered promptly and throughly. I told him I needed to hold off for a bit. Alex calls me back a month later, the two months later then 3 months later and then after months we connected again. I signed up with the company and now I have my general liability insurance. Thanks to Elie for help to sign up and Alex. American tri-star insurance.

Ive had my car insurance with this spot for over a year now. I never had any issues until now where my insurance was dropped. I went and spoke to Christina Rogel to discuss the issue. We discovered the cause and Christina was quick to find a solution. Throughout the time Christina was very friendly and helpful. She was able to calm me down during this stressful situation which I really appreciated. She wasnt pushy and it felt like she was there to help rectify the situation.

This insurance on this exact location in National City saved my life. She explain to me in detail why they are better and why is better for me and i was convince to switch my insurance with American Tri Star. Im glad i ran into her. I had the best experience with Pam. I had to find a new insurance company due to bad experience with my last insurance brokers. I looked up several local companies near me and tri star was the first one i saw. I spoke with Pam. I told her exactly what i needed and not only was she able to provide me with all the things i asked to but she even told me id receive 24 hr road side assistance which is heaven sent becasue i had my car die on me multiple times in the past 3 months and my previous insurance company never provided that. Aside from that Pam was soo calm and understanding with any questions or comcerns i had. She waited on me to go deposit my money so i could pay my insurance. And to top it off i was short for my1st months payment by $10 and she went out of her way to speak with her supervisor and bring the price down a little. My fiance clearly told me to get quotes from multiple companies before i make any decisions becasie they could provide more options or lower prices. But Pam was the first person i spoke with and after everything she did and broke down things and worked with me i was sold and didnt care to look any where else. Ironically too i got paired with Mercury insurance company which is the exact same company my finace just went to so it was meant to be.
