Had a great experience with this location. I’ve been obsessing about the perfect new wheels for my Nissan Pathfinder. Came with 18’s but wanted to upgrade to 22’s but was unsure of the fittingThey looked up the different tire options and was able to order the wheels I wanted (cheaper than any wheel dealer - online and about a dozen local ones).Sebastian and Danny (manager) we’re very patient even after I’ve called them numerous times. They answered all my questions and even stayed a little longer after closing so I can get my wheels installed same day (within the hour) they received the wheelThe following week, I took my other vehicle to get replacement tires, great service as my previous experience.I highly recommend this location

I was there 2 weeks ago on Saturday when I got a flat tire on my Tesla. They responded quickly. I called prior to make sure they can fix it. They said yes. So I towed my car and they were quick. I was so happy and even tipped a guy.I left happy thinking how great these guys are. I went to do my errands. However, around 9pm same day, when I got to my car, the pressure again dropped to 24psi. And since everything was closed, I was not able to go to any shop. I drove my car with caution to at least to get home.Next morning found a different place. When they fixed it, they said the guy who fixed it did a very terrible job and put a plug on my tire, which caused leaking through. So I’m guessing they wanted me to come back and replace the entire tire. The manager/owner was trying to sell it when I got there.I do not recommend this place if you have flat tire, and especially if you own Tesla!

I had a great experience getting my tires changed at American Tire. Chris was very helpful in helping me find the right tires for my car at a reasonable price. I only wish that the mechanics let us know why they didn’t change my tire valve stems (which Chris says they do with every new tire purchase). I called to let them know they weren’t changed, so Chris had me bring my car back in (he kindly prioritized me). When I brought it back, he explained that they weren’t changed due to the tire pressure sensors in my valves (which are expensive to replace). Just wish they had told me that when I first brought my car in. Other than that, I was very happy with my visit and my car rides great side my new tires 😊

Had the honor to meet Chris today. He was such a kind,helpful and knowledgeable manager. As I drove away my car was running amazing. The employees went the extra mile. I highly recommend this place. Amazing customer service

Showed up after a flat on a spare tire and the power was out at the store. I left my car and the manager was quick to call and apologize for the power outage. Once power was restored, the tires mounted quickly and at good price. I was given a fair price on an oil change and alignment as well. I will definitely return. Thanks!

Worst place ever… all they do is take advantage. They swear they are getting you the best deals.. when realistically they’re not.I had book an appointment online. I selected the tires I wanted. And also got an oil change and my vehicle alignment done. Upon arrival during checking in we were going through what I needed. Apparently they didn’t have in stock the tires I selected online so they offered me different ones.. was only 2 dollars more fine. Was suppose to be $535.. that’s what my total online.fast forward As I was getting picked up by a friend while my car stayed back.. their sales man “Chris” stopped me and said the mechanic said I needed new brakes.. which was interesting since my brakes haven’t given me signs of needing new brakes. They didn’t even bother to show me my brakes that were “bad”. Chris made it seem like I had no other option but to get them. He said it was gonna be $250. So I agreed on it as soon as I agreed he laughed as of a sort of excitement of upselling me. At the end as I was paying my total was 1025.. how do I go from $785 to 1k? I get it labor work.. $500 which is insane to me but how about you tell the person ahead of time how much you’re going to charge them in total..What if I only had enough money for what I needed done. I felt so taken advantage especially since I’m a young adult. I’ve been to different companies and I’ve never paid this much money. I will not be returning here worst experience ever. Bunch of RATS

Super knowledgeable staff, and great turnaround time. I called at 8AM and they were able to get me in and back on the road by 10:15AM. They also do repairs for the life of the tire, which I hope I dont need but which I really appreciate. Good work and super fast!

I just had the most heartwarming experience at America’s tire that gave me renewed faith in humanity. Chris at the front desk is an awesome human being really helped me out in a pinch and I saw him do the same for others. I would highly recommend the store.

I started my day with two flat tires ( I guess somehow a bunch of screws ended up on the road by Westland Blvd). Set my day up for a mess and left me stranded. Thanks to Chris and crew~ incredible service today and helped me get my tires replaced and back on schedule. Best service ever!!!!

I have been going to American Tire Store for an about 2 years now.The service is top notch, a shout out to Robert the store manager and the rest of the employees! I have brought all 4 cars ( 2 BMW’s, 1Mercedes, 1 Chevrolet suv) from tires to oil change. The prices are good, the service is quick and efficient and the people are kind. Thank you for making it easy!!
