I visited the American Tire Depot because my brakes were squeaking when I’d brake so thought it’d be better to be safe than sorry and get them checked out.Hector was so kind, helpful and very customer service orientated. The mechanics were very honest about the situation with my brakes and didn’t try to sell me on a part that I didn’t need just yet.I’ve had my tires done with these guys months back and will definitely return for any of my tire and brake needs. Highly recommend!

About a month ago I bought four brand new tires from this location and had them installed on site. Right away I felt that my cars steering felt numb and the ride was excessively rough, but I thought that maybe I just wasn’t used to the new tires yet. It turns out that my tires weren’t balanced properly during installation and I was driving around with unbalanced tires for over a month. It got so bad that my steering wheel and gas pedal would shake when I was driving on the freeway, and I finally brought my car in to get my tires exchanged. They checked all the tires, apologized, and rebalanced them free of charge. I would have left it at that as I know that stuff happens sometimes, but when they lifted up my car they also informed me that I had a “leak” coming from my oil pan gasket. I asked them if that was something that they could fix there and they said yes and quoted me over $2400 to fix the leak. I decided to go to my own mechanic for a second opinion, dropped off my car with him, and got a rental car as I thought that this kind of job might take a while to fix. Come the next day my mechanic calls me to tell me that there is no leak whatsoever, just some old grime on the bottom of my car that he had cleaned off. So I spent a few hours of my time and paid for a rental car because they found some grease on the bottom of my car. The employees that I dealt with were nice enough, I have nothing to say about that, but their incompetence cannot be ignored. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this shop.

I would not recommend going to this location as some shady service was given. First off, under my warranty I shouldve been covered for wheel alignment. Daniel (older one) mentioned Im not within warranty coverage. Thank goodness I had my old receipt, I did the math and in fact I was. Bringing to his attention, very nonchalant he says ok, I guess you are covered. After two hours of waiting, I confirmed if alignment was done and it wasnt. So I had to wait additional 30 minutes, him saying it was not clear that I wanted it? Really? I just did the math to prove that I was within the 6k mileage only not to get the service? Then as soon as I leave, of course my tire air pressure signal comes on. I also did oil change and why on earth would the reminder sticker tell me to change after 15k miles when it shouldnt go passed 7k? All around bad service. And no apologies for any of the mistakes or overlooks. Otherwise we are all human, I wouldve accepted, but it seems like its all done on purpose to create more revenue for them.

Wonderful service. Hector and Leo Provided outstanding customer service they were attentive and understanding. I can say this as long as these guys are here I wont go anywhere else!

UPDATE: Leo called my mother the following day and offered a partial refund for their mistake. My mother and I accepted and are appreciative of the correction.I went with my mother to get four new tires on her Toyota. We called days ahead and requested tires with a manufacturer date UNDER one year. We were assured that the tires would be as requested but they had to be ordered. When we were told the tires were available for installation, we brought the car. To our great disappointment, this shop installed tires that were over a year old! We asked that they give us new tires under a year old as promised and they gave the run around. First the store manager, Hector, said he would replace the tires with ones that have a more recent date and to come back tomorrow. So, we agreed to that and left only for the service manager, Leo, to call us and say that they dont Have any other tires available. This store gave us the runaround so we asked for our old tires to be put back on and well go elsewhere. They refused to give us our car back that same day with our old tires or honor a requested discount for their mistake. Essentially, I felt our car was held hostage because we paid for what we did NOT ask for!

This is the 4th set of tires that we buy from America Tire Depot. First I bought mine, and I was very please with their service so when the time came to get new tires for the truck I sent my husband to get his, and a few months later my son. Today I bought another set for an antique car that my son is fixing up, and the service as always excellent..! So do I recommend this place? You Bet 👍 Thanks Hector and Leo great customer care.

Don’t waste your time and go there.My appointment was at 1 and i called before to check.They told me come at 1:30 because the tech is going to lunch then they kept me waiting until almost 2:30.I went there for an alignment check which is free, the tech wanted to do the alignment even before testing the car and after I insisted on going he said the opposite of what i was experiencing with the car.He made the car worse and when i asked for readjusting they said that they are packed and i should reschedule or basically take the car and go somewhere else.Definitely not going back.

Scheduled appointment because i have special size tires, took day off from work, went there in the morning they told me the lift doesnt work so they cant replace my trucks tires, asked them why they didnt call to reschedule the guy at the desk said he wasnt working the day before... asked them when they can replace all 4 tires, they got my cell and said he will call me back, didnt call at all; after 2 days of waiting I replaced it elsewhere... pretty bad experience

I made a pre-arrangement with Joshua at American tire depot four new tire replacement. Specific, tired less than a year old to be installed into a Toyota 4Runner. I was informed to expect the requested tires ordered within a day because it is not in store.Within 24 hours, I was called that the tires arrived, the car was dropped off for installation of the new tires. Upon payment, it was obvious tires installed in the vehicle were over a year old. I asked for correction of the error, Store manager Hector and staff Leo gave the run around: stated the call center staff Joshua did not communicate this customer’s request for new tires, that the error will be corrected. Customer’s hope of getting ecactly what was ordered was dashed when Leo claimed tires less than a year old for Toyota Runner is not available in their system. Customer asked to cancel service and return car in original state, Leo claimed customer will have to return next day to pick up the car. The service was unsatisfactory due to deception.
