Amazing experience. Car troubles always stress me out so when the low tire pressure light came on, I got nervous Id end up stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. When I got to American Tire Depot, Marco helped me immediately. He got my car in to be assessed, and turns out I had a nail in my tire - and in a spot that could be easily repaired. They patched it and sent me on my way. So fast and painless. Marco had excellent customer service. I almost went to the dealership because its easy but so grateful I made a different decision. Its easy to get caught up in the negative. Ive had car sales people and mechanics take advantage of me in the past. It was the complete opposite. I highly recommend the American Tire Depot and will be returning the next time I need service on my car. Thank you so much Marco and team. I really appreciate everything you did for me.

Came in this morning for an emergency flat tire fix because i’d run over a street sweeping spoke (see picture). Excellent, helpful, friendly, and quick service by Jordan and the team there. They were able to patch it up within an hour. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Jordan was simply amazing. I called him on Sunday explaining how one of my car tire was damaged and needed to order new one. He quickly ordered the replacement for me and the next day the tire was at the shop and I was given a call to bring in the car so the work can be completed. Installation. Service and customer service was amazing. Simply would recommend this facility for your car needs. Would surely be going there for future jobs. Jordan was amazing. Do go to this place guys. The person that worked on my car did not set the tire pressure correctly! He did not put a sticker when the next oil change is due and he left some of his work equipment on the passenger side of my car! The guy that worked on my car was careless . However, I have come to American Tire Depot before and have received awesome service! A photo is here of the person who worked on my car.

I just want to take a moment to highlight this business and more specifically Marco the Manager. He was truly amazing and the service here was extremely fast and friendly given how busy it was today. This location is about 20 minutes from my home and it’s truly worth the drive. This is my second time getting services at this particular location and all the gentleman have been nothing but helpful each time. This company truly values their customers and excels in their customer service. I have recommended this particular location to my family members and will continue to share my positive experiences with others. :)

Wow, was I impressed with the team at American Tire Depot! They scheduled the appointment for the same day (within 1-2 hours of the issue), and ended up finishing it before the start of the scheduled appointment. And it was a no cost fix! A tire had gone flat due to an errant screw, and they patched us up and sent us (merrily) on our way. I will definitely be purchasing tires from them in the future. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional as well - just a stellar experience all around.

Came in without an appointment with my donut on & Flat in the back. 1 hour later I came back to my flat fixed and on, spare put back away and no bill. After tire and suspension replacement all four rims damaged but luckily American tire depot sent to a shop to do a repair for me. Then drove a couple days found vibrations on highway. Unfortunately the Rep told me they spent too much money on my car( NOT MY FAULT). don’t want to mess up my car. Okay that’s fine. I went to another local tire shop to do the balancing. The mechanic took off the wheel and found that the centering ring which is supposed to be on the disc NOT INSTALLED. I googled it and found the wheel could be flown away and the force would transfer to the stud and finally break it. ITS THREATENING MY LIFE and my family of this malpractice of American tire depot.

I went there today the guy wanted to charge me $529 for rear brakes and rotors I left and went somewhere else, I paid $165 for my brakes and they told me the rotors where fine didn’t need to replace them! I am very disappointed at American tire depot, I used to be a client but not anymore😔

I’m a girl so the one place I hate going to is any type of car shop. However, I have had a good experience here back in 2017, so now I retuned for new tires (same car, ooopss) and service was still great, very nice guys that helped me both days . I came in to order and set an app on Monday and dropped off my car on Tuesday. I purchased all new tires, synthetic oil change and guy mentioned I needed an alignment. That truly made a difference on how my car drives now. I applied for their financing so I feel good paying this off in 6 months. Definitely coming back .

I ordered new tires here and scheduled an appointment online to get them installed the same week. First off, their customer service is great! The staff at the front desk was super helpful and professional. The wait time wasn’t too bad, given there were other customers coming in and out. They did a great job in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable. Overall would recommend them for your tire needs!

My tire warning light went on. The staff was knowledgeable, very courteous and understanding. I am from out of this area. Nevertheless, they took care of me quickly and thoroughly. Turns out there was too much air in my Lexus tires. My fault. And these fine young men didn’t charge an old timer like me. Can’t speak highly enough about them!!

This is the friendliest service station imaginable. Popped my tire, came in, and literally everyone who spoke to me about an aspect of the service was kind and clear about what was needed. I drive a Chevy Volt, and I’ve read that you should have all four tires replaced at the same time for the best ride, and that’s exactly what they suggested. It was a wait, so probably making an appointment is a good idea, but if they’re busy, it’s because a lot of people believe in them, so what better testimony than that?

I needed a set of tires before the holidays and American was able to help. I asked them to help me pick the right tires for my vehicle, but asked they not try to upsell me. (Days before Christmas). They did not! They were honest and professional, and I was treated with respect. As with any auto repair business, it’s best to schedule an appointment prior to showing up. I’ll use the Lakewood location again, for other maintenance needs.

And this is why we don’t support chain. I called this location, at 5p Memorial Day. I was informed they were closed, but told me to drop off the car anyway and they would see to it first thing in the morning. I told him I had commitments in the afternoon, but he assured me my tire would be assessed, “first thing.” They opened at 8a…I called to get an update at 9:45a. They said they’d call me back in 30 mins. I arrived at the location at 10:45a, no call, car unmoved. A complete waste of a tow. Support your local tire shop instead.

I ordered a tire,I went over to have it put on the guy that helped me was so nice.i give him my keys and tire key for my rims.i went over to Starbucks and go it some great food sense it was going to be 45 minute.i went back over to check on things my car was finished but the valve steam cover was cheap black one and I had special ones on the tires that showed the pressure and before I got a chance to open the door I looked at my center console and noticed that the green towel wasnt on there and my center console was open up and gone though my town was thrown on the back seat floor bordI pointed things out to the assistant manager and he was Rude to me I cant belive he has a job there working with the public next time I spend $362.oo on one tire I will go somewhere where they appreciate my business cuz he did not appreciate meI just want the owner or Manger to know what a bad experience I hadM kern.

Very poor customer service. Never going back there again, and will not recommend to anyone I know. The garage personnel was great, but the sales personnel was horrible, don’t answer the phone, was on hold for over 30 mins getting routed and rerouted over and over. Hung up and went to store to see if my car was ready 2 and a half hours later, when they quoted me 1:30 hrs. Then when I showed up stood in front of the desk waiting to be acknowledged while the two sales reps were on the computer. Finally when I asked about my car, I got attitude from “Robert”as if he was doing me a favor. 2 stars for the guys in the shop, but no stars for the sales team.

Had my tires slashed last night on the front of my suv. I went to pep boys and was told it would be 3 hours before they could get to it and even with that the people working acted like they could care less. Also store was tore up dirty etc but I asked to use the restroom because I was going to get the two tires here. I just put 4 all new tires on this vehicle 2 months ago. But it is what it is, somehow there developed a slash on the side of the tire. I was told that I could not use the restroom because they did not have one. Then I pushed it with the manager and he didn’t allow me to use it either because he said it was in construction. At least that made sense to me because there was a lot oc visqueen up and construction was obviously being done, so I asked where they go to use a restroom and was told to walk down to a juice store and ask them. So I left and walked to Carl’s Jr it was much bigger so I figured better chance of no problem using theirs. I got there they wete super nice and got me access to their restroom no problem. Then I walk the block back to sit in the waiting room again at pep boys. While I am waiting I witness three different guys that were customers be directed to the restroom there at pep boys easy no problem, it did appear that the employees knew these customers as they were joking and laughing and having a great time. Again I thought I will just leave it alone. Then when the fourth guy came up and they again let him go too no problem I had seen enough. I let the manager known how he should consider that weather trying to or not his actions and those of the employees could be seen as discriminatory based on demographics in play. Then I walked out and went to American tires depot where I should have went from the beginning, talk about excellent service. Store looked great, employees were friendly and warm but maintained professionalism with everyone treating all customers like a million dollar sale. The store was incredibly busy and the parking lot was even filled beyond capacity, however they assured me I would leave with new tires installed and they upheld their end of the promise and I got a great consultation from the Tec working the front counter I got the tires I needed and they have gained a customer for life . It’s amazing how businesses just don’t get it. It costs you nothing to be nice and polite, and treat your customers fairly. And the stores like americas tire depot that do it are always busy steady consistently day in and out. I left them feeling good about having to buy a tire to replace the 2 month old one that was obviously vandalized. Thank you everyone at ATD ya’all are great and i will be sure to refer everyone I know to come to see you guys. Happy holidays.

Good prices but dont bother making an appointment. Need to get a puncture fixed. Made an appointment, showed up today 15 min ahead of my scheduled time and when I confirmed when theyd get to it (not wanting to wait 2h with my kids in tow) I got the eh itll be a while, we have a couple tire changes ahead of you. People are decent but move at their own pace and without follow through to scheduled commitments. Customer service is not a high priority.Edited to note that this was my experience when getting new tires as well. 2:30 appt led to my car getting on the lift no less than 45 min later.

American Tire Depot did an amazing and thorough job of installing my new tires and inspecting all related components back at the end of November 2022. They showed that my tire pressure monitor sensors were showing as failing which I wasnt quite prepared for. Marco and his team put in the effort to get everything done within a timely manner so I could get back to my family commitments. The waiting area was a little tight but got the job done for me to take care of some work while I waited. Great customer service from Marco and the whole team from when I initially contacted them to confirm my appointment to when I was out the door and on my way. I definitely recommend American Tire Depot from my experience.

Service is very poor. The front desk guy is very tricky and told many lies to the customer. They removed all my car wheels and kept it for so long and went to do the other cars that came after me. Thats so unfair. I waited 3 hours just to change the tiny stuffs that took 15mins to finish it. The prices are very expensive too. The customer service that I experienced at this place was unexpected and amazing. I say that because Marco who helped me was polite, engaging and super friendly. Marco asked how my Thanksgiving was, was very helpful with the issue my truck had, gestured that I could go into the office in front of him and made check in a breeze. Marco gave me an estimated time and exceeded my expectation, so I had my truck back before I expected it back. I called to schedule an appt to get my tires replaced. The man on the phone was helpful and told me he had to order one tire since they only had three in stock. I showed up the next day and was told that someone made a mistake and sent the tires I needed to the wrong location. I had my mind set on getting my tires done today and although wasn’t happy about that, the man told me he had a set in stock that were better than the ones I ordered..I was a bit hesitant at first, but I did get $100 off due to a deal and the difference in price was $30 more, so I was getting better tires at a cheaper price and still within my price range. Not what I was expecting, but the pros were that they were super fast with their service (45min) and Carlos at the front desk was helpful and friendly. So, I think the overall experience was good and my only recommendation would be to look out for offers and do your research on tires, so you feel confident in your purchase.

They will waste your time, I called one location and they told me they didn’t have the tires in stock but they showed available at another location. I called that location and they said they had them in stock and to come in. After I arranged for a second car and driver to follow me there and drop off my car they I informed me they do not have the tires in stock they said they had over the phone. Advice, make sure you have an employee visually confirm the tires are in stock. The excuse they gave me is that it was not someone at their location that told me but a call center. Now I need to wait a week for the same tires or go somewhere else. What a waste of time

Estimated times are significantly longer than promised. my vehicle wasn’t ready until after close and i had to keep calling to get updated on when it would be ready. I paid $2400 for a new set of tires and brakes and rotors.. allegedly. I flew back home so the car was not driven much for a week. fast forward two weeks later (12 days) my car is slipping when I brake. I will be going elsewhere for my car repairs in the future.

Observing this location thrive almost every day to and from my way to work. It was now my turn to experience the service that I see from a far that many go to every day. Being the person who has been put off a tire alignment for about a year. My MiniCooper would not have me driving unsafely any longer. Arriving, with a mind set of urgency. I allowed my self to except that I would be here for a good while due to the location only being open for about an hour they had been packed. After locating a parking spot, I made my way to the service office. Keeping a positive spirt I was addressed with a welcome hello, followed up with a “How can we help you today?” I smiled as I addressed the current needs on my vehicle. Came in to get an alignment initially, but turned out I needed to replace a lower control arms, tie rods, and ball joints first. They inspected completely free of charge, showed me in person what was wrong. I ordered parts to install myself. Was on a tight schedule to get my 03 Honda Element ready for a weekend trip, so I didnt have time to install what I needed myself, and needed an alignment anyway. Brought in my parts, they worked with me on the price, and got it done in under two days. Came here because I had a nail in one of my brand new tires, I only had them for about a week. I was going to go back to the tire shop where I purchased the tires but they offered to patch the tire for free. (They were having a special promotiion) The technician did not patch my tire, he put a big plug in the middle of my tire, also the tire stem is not the original one and the tire sensor is missing. Called on Saturday,4-1-23, to ask if they carried run flat tires. The attendant said, yes we do. I left called around and found a Tire shop on Redondo and Anaheim who helped me out...said my tires were good, the low one had a small nail. He fixed it, and no charge! I gave him a $20 tip, and will certainly get new tires from them when time. I came in on a Friday appointment with an 11 am appointment to get two leaking tires checked. The technician told me that they didnt have a working compressor and they were behind but to just be patient and we will get to your car. They also took down all my info including phone number and he told me he would call when the car was done. I milled around for an hour and a half and then came back. My car had not moved out been touched at all. I went to front desk and a more senior technician told me that they could not help me today because their compressor was not working. I asked why they did not tell me up front that they could not help me, or why not call me and let me know that the car could not be serviced. He incorrectly stated that they had called and left a message; that never happened.Sometimes equipment breaks down and I understand that. But they should have the decency to call the customer and notify them ASAP. They failed to value my time as a customer. I would never go back.

I was told my tires would be available the next day, but they ended up taking a week to arrive with no updates provided in the meantime. Each of the 3 times I called to check on the status, I was told “I’ll call you back in 10 minutes”, but I never received a call back.When the tires finally arrived, I was told they would take 1-1.5 hours to install. I ended up going to the location on Lakewood Bl and Willow, upon referral from Long Beach bl American tire depot, which is where I normally go. It was 315 on Christmas Eve when I hit a small medium or curb and popped my tire. I spoke to Chris and he checked on my tire size and invited me to come over, and get there by 330pm because that was the latest they could take me. I appreciate Chris for his professionalism, amazing customer service and genuine concern and care that he showed towards me. He really is great at his job, but it felt like it came naturally to him. Ok I don’t really ever write reviews but I feel I have to on this one. I had a big screw in my wife’s Mercedes. Started to drive to my usual tire shop when I heard the screw come out of the tire. I pull in to American tire depot parking lot and noticed my tire deflating quickly. I went inside and I told them what happened. The gentleman at the counter told me to leave it and that they would fix it. I left because they were busy and it was going to be a little while. After spending, hundreds at different big brand tire shops to work on my steering. DO NOT take your European car here. They absolutely don’t know how to get an alignment done for my bmw. I always go here for my oil changes. I went in recently to get my oil changed and get new rear shocks. I ended up doing a full 90k tune up and getting all my shocks redone along with a new belt, so the cost ended up being a lot. Darin was beyond helpful, called me and kept in touch with what was going on with my car. He even sent me texts so I could see the damage before confirming the work be done. I’ve been there before and he recognized my loyalty to the place. Therefore, he ended up taking my oil change off my bill and gave me a “buy 3 shocks get one free” deal. My car started misfiring so I asked a coworker if he knew any legit spots in our area and he suggested ATD. I dropped my car off at 8am to get the spark plugs and coils replaced, engine compression checked, fuel injection cleaning, and an oil change! My car was ready by 4:30pm running as smooth as when I first got it! Honest people doing quality service at fair prices!

Okay, today I had to get my tire patched. I walked into the customer service area and was kindly met by one of the young men behind the counter. He told me where to park my car. Another kind and friendly young man proceed to fix my tire he allowed me to watch the entire time and he took the time to explain what he was doing. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had hands down 👐👐👌👌👌👌. When I went to pay the guy told me to just tip the man who fixed my tire and thats it. I was extremely greatful. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is friendly and you will be catered to immediately.

I stopped at American Tire Depot because it was the first place I saw when my cars tire popped a few blocks away. I didn’t expect much from them, I was expecting to buy a tire and have to have my car towed, or buy a jack kit and spend a few hundred dollars trying to get my tire fixed and on my vehicle stuck on the side of the road. However, when I walked in I was met by a gentleman named Ernesto. I explained my situation not expecting him to be able to do anything about it but sell me a tire. THE HOSPITALITY I was met with was unreal. He went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. He let me borrow their jack and his personal tools to get my car tire off and the new one back on. What I thought was gonna be an all day event of running around trying to get the proper tools for this ended up being only 2 hours. Not only did he loan me the tools for free but I purchased the tire for an incredibly low price, with labor included. I was truly surprised and blessed to have gotten this help. Ernesto is a great employee and I would recommend this place to everyone!

I have been going here for years. They are my go-to when it comes to getting an oil change and other mechanical issues. Pedro and David are both very friendly guys. Everytime I stop by, even though they are busy fixing other cars, they will stop and do my oil change. It has never taken more than 20 mins for me.Both are knowledgeable so you can ask them anything and they will provide you with tips on how to take care of your car!

I arrived today with a nail in my tire and had forgotten my wallet. They offered to fix it for free. I felt so bad that I didnt have any money to at least tip the guy who helped me. One of the managers, I believe his name was David, lent me $5 so that I get tip his employee because he knew the guy deserved it. I insisted on sending him a Venmo to repay him and then some but he wouldnt let me. I figured the least I could do was write a positive review about my outstanding experience.

Was very impressed today with the professionalism & speedy service today. (Joe, the store manager, took very good care of my new car and was sensational assisting my husband and I) from the initial phone call to see if they had my tires in stock, to our arrival. At first, when I was on the phone with him he told me he had the tires on the shelf, but when we arrived it turned. Out they werent at that physical location. But he pulled some strings and got the tires within an hour (and had the vendor deliver them before they closed at 4:15, we had arrived there just before 4.)and they were swamped. so mamy vehicles to be serviced where I couldnt even find parking. with the phones ringing off the hook, and Joe was handling all the customers and the phones. poor guy was eating as we pulled up, and he still was friendly as ever and going above and beyond to help usThen my husband gave him specific instructions on what he thought was best to do to the rotations, alignment, and which tires to swap out. He called us about an hour after dropping it off, informed us that the tires we wanted to rotate &replace were actually worse then the other 2. He almost had to make a call what to do, because my husband was unable to discuss it with him. So he was going to do as my husband directed but was going to offer to change it without any extra fee if my husband chose to go with what he recommended. Luckily he was able to get to the phone and they decided to follow his recommendation. But I was very impressed with how professional and genuine he was about wanting to have my car have the best service done to it. He got all of the work done within a little over an hour, including the time it took to have the tires delivered. When I did a walk in appt. Technically and showed up 2 hours before closingThank you to everyone today. And thank you Joe for providing excellent customer and mechanical service. :)

I had a good experience with may I think her name was, she was cordial and patient and the manger frank was helpful also, I was disappointed I didn’t get the price match may told me she would honor. $1255.00 was a price match may told me she would give me as americas tires quote, this included my veteran status. But I ended up paying $1287.00 for the tires.

The people are simply the best. They’ve been taking care of my cars for years from Rick, Daryn, Caz to Ernesto and Pedro - the guys are very honest and they give you the best deal possible. They don’t upsell you and they really truly care for their customers. Too bad their ship is under construction so it’s a little uncomfortable if you wait for your car so I just go to the nearby Holiday Inn to order food and relax. American tire depot management, these guys deserve a raise and please rush the construction because your employees deserve a good working condition and make sure to have a nice safe, customer waiting area and the restrooom should be clean and only for CUSTOMERS.

Very nice people who are very professional on their job, Granted I was going to replace all tires only. Once there I found out about the shocks, oh well thats why I appreciate that they walked me to see the problem and explained what would happen if I had not fixed it. Unfortunately you kind of have to be on top of them, in the past Ive waited for my car and they had it ready for over and hour and forgot to tell me. These guys are fairly priced for labor. I often take my own parts to them, since I can sometimes get used or wholesale pricing. Theyve also done wonders for my wallet and are simply some of the nicest people Ive come across in the tire shop/quick service circles. As someone who has always had family to work on their car, I know I can take my rustbucket to them for the important, time-sensitive fixes!

I normally do not post reviews, but great trustworthy service deserves to be recognized. Took my car to the Norm Reeves Honda dealership in HB get an oil change and check out my tires because the low air Indicator was on(car was still under warranty). They relayed to me that I had a nail in my tire and it was not patchable, saying I needed a new tire (211$ because they are bigger tires). I took my car to American Tire Depot and they patched my tire for free!!! They also did a break inspection for free, letting me know that I still have more life in my break pads. If you want to take your car to a place you can trust, you should bring your car here!

We moved our business over here from Discount Tires(Anaheim & Redondo) bc if their poor customer service, lack of communication and inflated prices. Even though it was a hassle, it was well worth it. American Tire Depot earned our business and we will be back. We have three vehicles, so that’s a lot of business they’re getting just from us. Not to mention all the people I know through my son’s school who have been present, actively helping us through the process we went through while we didn’t have that vehicle. Theyre honest, and fast, its all im looking for when getting tires or any service. They suggest or bring up any service your car may need without ever strong arming you or saying if money is a problem then sign up for a credit line, nothing like that which i love. I will for sure come back as it felt like i was dealing with a friend, not a salesman.
