They are lucky they are closed right now other wise I would be at their shop to give them a piece of my mind!!!Can’t believe the incompetence! My wife took her car to American tire depot to replace all 4 tires and get the alignment done. Just drove it today and the car was driving rough and all of a sudden dropped. Got out to find that not a single bolt had been put into the wheel and my entire front end is sitting on the wheel now. Thank god we were in a neighborhood and not the freeway.My wife drives our kids to school in this car!!! So pissed at their carelessness that put my ENTIRE family at serious risk. Had to have a tow truck come out to lift the car and the guy was flabbergasted saying he has never seen this level of disregard for safety. Moreover because the entire weight of the front rested on one lug-nut that was barely screwed in, it stripped the threads completely.I’m fuming right now. Will call them in the morning to see what they have to say. Depending on how they respond to this carelessness my next call will be to BBB and my lawyer.

They got the Tesla Model 3 tires I needed within a few hours. Impressive! They made everything easy for me. I did research and put together a spreadsheet for my tires from different tire companies and this place price matched for me.It was convenient for me since the location is walking distance to my office using the Brea Tracks. There’s also another location close to my house which will help me be willing to rotate my tires regularly.Lastly, free tire rotation and tire repairs for the life of the tires.

Excellent and honest service. I have been a customer for the past 5 years ever since I moved back to the area. I find the customer service to be kind and through. I have unfortunately had a few too many nails find my tires and Americas Tire Depot was there to fix my tires at no cost. There was another visit when my husbands vehicle had yet another nail and his tires were nearing the end of their life. My husband and I shopped around to many of the other local tire centers and even called our dealer for tire prices. We ended up choosing Americas tire Depot again because they were dependable, honest and price matched another leading competitor for a full set of tires. Once the tires were installed my husband and I were glad we made the decision to keep our business LOCAL and with a name we can trust. My only recommendation is for the driveway/ alley way you enter be repaved.

Nolan along with the ATD staff got me in and out in under an hour for my tire change and alignment, what more could I ask. I was provided my alignment info after the check and given the option to get my alignment done at that time or decline, charges were as expected with no surprises along with a reasonable cost for ATD’s road hazard warranty. Although tire pricing could be slightly better, it’s a business at the end of the day and the service along with it made the cost worthwhile. Thank you for making my experience easy and trouble free, will be back here for any of my future tire needs 👍

Beyond grateful and blessed to have found America Tire Depot! They fixed my flat tire, minimal wait time and it was free. I almost cried i couldn’t believe it. Thank you American Tire Depot I am coming back for an oil change and future car needs!

I need a flat tire fix urgently, went to BigOTires across the street and they refused to service unless I buy new tires from them, luckily I found this shop, the manager is very kind and offer fix right away, no questions asked, I am very impressed with the professionalism and excellent service this shop demonstrated, highly recommended,

James did a great job honoring my appointment time. He was very busy but made it happen. Santiago and Chris changed my tires out. They’re great guys and very polite. I would definitely tell a friend about American tire depot.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Brought my BMW M3 Convertible here to have new tires put on. I know my car very well and had one little dimple on the edge of one wheel and a scuff mark on the edge odf another. Besides these two imperfections my wheels were in perfect condition when I dropped it off. This was when we were gettuing a lot of rain so I have not washed the car for a couple weeks after getting them on. When I was washing it I noticed a lot of scratches around the center face of my wheel and started looking at the other ones. Every one of my wheels are scratched through the powdercoating in multiple places. it looks like it was from their machine I guess. I will never bring any of my cars here again to get tires. I would rather pay a little more and have them done right somewhere else next time. Strongly encourage you to go elsewhere were they will take care of your car. Very disappointed in this place!

These guys where the best. Called ahead with an emergency flat on a trailer and they told us to come right over. They jacked it up with the animals still inside and changed the tire in 5 minutes. When it came time to pay they told it was no worries! Excellent service!

I recently visited ATD for a nail repair and tire rotation on my Tesla, and the service was outstanding. Santiago (Santi), the technician, did a fantastic job. He promised to complete the work in 30 minutes, and when I returned, everything was done perfectly. The air pressure was checked, there were no scratches, and I didnt have to wait at all. I highly recommend Santi for his excellent service. Dont forget to ask for him!
