Very excellent!!! Ask for Ramon. Tell him SANDRA sent you. They care about your vehicle and their clients. They are honest, reliable and professional. They fix just about everything on your vehicle. They give estimates and use coupons if you have one. This is the only place I take my car!!! The mechanics KNOW what theyre doing 💯

Came in desperately on a Saturday 4:15 PM needing an alignment and the guy in the front was very very professional and addressed all my needs. Also he was very honest of what my car needed and told me what should I do before I do my alignment he even took the time to give me a quote of all the things I need done I was extremely satisfied and happy for his honesty. If youre looking for a reputable, trustworthy tire store with great employees that are honest, professional, patient and friendly.. this is the place. I was looking for new tires. They had the buy 3 get 1 deal. On top of that free flat repair and tire rotation for as long as you have the tires. Patrick Atv answered my call. He actually took the time to answer my questions. Very informative and honest. I got the tires a couple of days later.. again he was patient with all my questions about when i should change my tires, get tires rotated and alignment. Then when I picked up my car I met Freddy. He also was very nice. From now on I will take my cars to American Tire Depot and recommend this place to all my family and friends. Unfortunately Patrick is leaving to another store.. he is so good and honest that I might have to take my cars to which ever store he goes to! Thanks Pat!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at American Tire Depot in Santa Fe Springs, CA, thanks to Patrick, Michael, and Felix. Initially, I called with the intention of purchasing a single tire, but Patrick went above and beyond by identifying multiple safety issues on my car that required immediate attention.Not only did Patrick inform me about the problems, but he also provided valuable suggestions on how to handle the unexpected expenses and took the time to educate me on the safety concerns. I had to leave my car overnight and had work the next day, but Patrick went the extra mile by offering to keep the shop open late, even helping me a full hour and a half after closing time on a Friday.To my surprise, Michael, one of the staff members, graciously offered to pick me up from work. He was punctual and incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. From start to finish, the level of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Patrick and his team was exceptional and exceeded my expectations.When I finally got my car back, it felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle. The difference in the tires and brakes was immediately noticeable, a testament to the excellent work done by Felix, the mechanic who worked on my car.I wholeheartedly recommend Patrick and his team at American Tire Depot in Santa Fe Springs. Vest experience ever! I checked around and they had the best price for 4 tires of the brand that I wanted. Better yet, the service was awesome!!! I had an appointment and planned to spend 2 hours waiting. After we added on an alignment, I assumed to be looking at 2.5 hours. Nope! I was in and out in 1 hour 20 minutes. This was an all around wonderful experience and Im definitely going back for the next set of tires and the free tire rotations in between.

Called American Tire Depot before I went in. First Luis stated they dont do Tesla. Then I called back and provided the tire make that was loosing air. Luis stated over the phone they fix that make of the tire but the tire would need to be looked at to find the nail. Luis had poor customer service skills and tried selling me a tire rather than confirming there was a nail in the current tire and barely looked at the tire while in the parking lot. Ended up going to Costco who found the nail. Shared today over the phone with the Store Manager Pat of experience; will not be advising any customer to go to that location and deal with Luis.

Placed an order for 2 tires. Got a call saying my order had arrived. when I arrived at the location, I was told only 1 tire was delivered and I would have to come back another day to get the other tire or get one that was double the cost of the tire I ordered. Why did they not let me know there was only 1 tire when they called me? I would have just gone on the day that both tires were there instead of having to go back or buying a tire double the cost. This is terrible customer service and lack of common sense.

Today I went into America Tire Depot Santa Fe Springs and was helped by Patrick. I had my front struts that were under a lifetime warranty for the parts under the old company. I had my receipt and Patrick took the time to search for the part and the warranty was honored with new owners! The labor price was great and had my car done on the same day! Do not go here for an alignment unless you plan on buying tires. I dropped off my vehicle at 10am on a Saturday and finally got a call back from them at 11:45 AM to be told I need to buy new tires otherwise they cant do the alignment. I had spoken to them regarding this matter previously before I dropped off my truck and we had agreed it was fine to rotate the tires from the back to the front. As a first time customer, I was very disappointed. I live near by and the convenience of doing something like this, close to my house wouldve been great. I came to my regular mechanic, they aligned my vehicle and they said the front tires had plenty of life left in them, no need to be replaced. It worked out for me at the end of the day, I just wish the Technician at American Tire showed up to work that day and not to turn down work. Just want to add that my truck was never pulled into the shop, it was exactly where I left it and how I left. It concerns me how much of an inspection was done to come to this conclusion by the Technician.Andrew, the front desk attendant was nice an polite about it, hes doing a great job but at the end of the day, its not his call.

I came in here knowing that I had one tire with low air pressure with a visible screw or nail in it. By the time I got here I had multiple nails in multiple tires. I paid $0 for my patches. The customer service was top notch and the staff was super quick. They quoted me an hour to check all the tires and do the needed repairs but somehow they got me out in 30 minutes. I cannot speak highly enough about this tire shop. I have not always had positive experiences with tire shops in the past. This place is definitely different. If you come here for a patch try to remember to bring cash for a tip since these guys are such hard workers.

This location was very friendly and informative. I was looking at the Memorial Day special for buy 3 get 1 free, I spoke with a rep and I gave her my tire size. Unfortunately my car has a very odd sizing and I was looking around many different locations and they all told me it would take a while to get a set of 4 tires. I was in no hurry but the rep told me that the supervisor/manager of the location was willing to go to the warehouse and install everything the same day. Once I arrived to the location the employees there had my appointment ready and let me know it would be less than an hour wait, they continued to give me updates on my car and let me know my car needed and alignment. I was not planning on doing it but he let me know he can give me a discount and it would take no more than 20 min. Overall the employees there were amazing and the price was cheaper than expected. I would definitely return to this company again.

Great customer service! After being turned away by one by one of your competitors, because they just took their last customer for the evening.I came in at the end of the day needing my tires rotated. Fred told me that he would be more than happy to do it, but I just needed to give him some time. He said it would be around 45 minutes. I was fine with waiting. But to my surprise in less than 15 minutes Fred told me my truck was ready and to have a good weekend. Not only was the service fast but I didnt have to pay for my tire rotation either. The new manager is a bad person. He will lie to your face while looking you right in the eye. He will tell you that they performed services that they didn’t. If the car seems fine to them, they won’t do the alignment but still charge you for it. Beware of this modern day scammer.

Been here multiple times and they have brought up issues with other areas in my vehicle, not what I was there for, without ever trying to push any extra services or product sales as typical with other shops. The Tire Depot was the only shop willing to take the time to search and find the wheels I was looking for. He gave me a call with a price and a time frame to expect to receive them. Been buying tires from them for years. Got a leak, was told it was unrepairable, quoted over $300 for a tire and that the cheapers tires were out of stock although website shows inventory, also was told that the spare was no good. Went to BigOTires on Valley View walking distance. Paid $35 for a repair and was told that the spare was fine. If this is not dishonesty, I dont know what is. Im no longer a customer.

Fixed a loose flat tire in legit 7 minutes, as a complementary service.As I was carrying my tire to the lobby door, the floor manager saw me and asked me to drop it right off in the garage, 7 minutes later, a technician returns it patched and plugged. I asked about pricing and they said no charge. Their service was impeccable and the work solid.

I was very pleasantly surprise at this tire store. I had the pleasure of meeting Rico, he was a great helper and very knowledgeable about what I will need for my problem. I needed to change all four of my tires and he recommended a brand that’s a good quality and excellent mileage with rebates( I didn’t expected that and he didn’t gave to do that either) I appreciated him helping me out with the rebates. On 11/23, I visited this location due to me having 1 flat tire. After I got there and they did their tire inspection, they determined that I had a tire that was worn out so I had to replace 2 tires since the 1st flat had a gash in it. When they removed my tires for rotation, they found that my brakes needed replacing, and on top of that they found a broken part behind my front right wheel. I appreciate them pointing these out, but what I do not appreciate is thievery. Before I arrived there, I carried 2 air compressors in the storage area of my truck bed. After the tire with the spare was replaced, their shop worker put my spare back in this storage. I appreciated that and drove off. Today after working remotely for over a month, I drove to work and saw that my tires were low due to non use so I was going to fill them while at work. I carry 2 compressors. 1 that didnt work too well, 1 that was new in a box. To my surprise, the one in the box was missing. I have not opened this storage area since well before my visit to this location. I do not appreciate anyone stealing anything from anybody. I hate it even more when it happens to me. Its bad enough that these guys tried to get me for almost $800 bucks with their upsells, but then they steal a $40.00 air compressor? I have already spread the word at my job to never go here for any service. Now I say it here. Beware.

I went to the Santa Fe Springs location late in the day hoping they would be able to do an oil change and tire rotation. I was told,no problem. They completed the work in less than an hour.Although I live in La Mirada and there is an American Tire Depot in my city. Its close to impossible to get service done there without waiting 4 hours. Just Stopped by for low air in my tires.Ended up spending $900.I usually go to the American Tire Depot in Bellflower, near where I live. I have taken my cars for years. Spent thousands $ on my cars.However, they told me I had to wait more than an hour just to fill my Tires with Nitrogen.If it would had been regular air, I would have taken care of it myself. But no gas station near me has nitrogen. I have an air pump at home, again, the tires can only be filled with Nitrogen.I didn’t want to wait a whole hour, just to fill my tires, I decided to drive to next nearest A T Depot, 20 minutes away; just to prove my point.When I got to A T Depot in Santa Fe Springs, the manager, Rico, went a step above and beyond. Took care of my problem immediately, the tires were all checked and filled.I told him how the Bellflower store wanted me to wait an hour, when this took less than 10 minutes in Santa Fe Springs.By the way, Bellflower gave me a lame excuse which would insult anybody’s intelligence, an I questioned the rep., but he acted like he didn’t care.I was treated totally different by Rico,I asked for a price, for my wife’s BMW, the dealer wanted over $2,400, for a service I could do myself, but have no time.Rico’s price was well under the quote and I felt they had the right crew to do the job.I had asked the Bellflower store for months to give me the same quote, I even told them to call me when they found how much for this job. Never heard back from them.Rico was able to quote the right price within a fewminutes.To me it looks like Santa Fe Springs American tire depot really cares when it comes to customer service.I also get the free tire rotation and free alignment, since I purchased the set of tires for the BMW, with A T Depot, along with the 3 year alignment service.Rico has been in constant communication with me, giving me updates on the repairs.I think this will be my new store for repairs, don’t mind the extra drive.I used to work as a service tech for Sears auto repair,when I was younger, so I know customer service. Made an appointment so my wife wouldnt have to wait. She arrived early and checked in 30 minutes and no one told her what was going on at 9:40 the car went in. at 10:10 I get a call that my struts all 4 are bad it only has struts in the front. What Rico didnt know is the car was just in the shop yesterday and my regular mechanic would have brought it to my attention. then they put it back on the rack again then Rico told me it was never complete but my wife saw them change the tires. Why have an appointment I have been to other tire depots and NEVER had this problem VERY disappointed. The car was not complete until 10:30!!!!!!!! even though the price was good the services stunk !!!!!!!!! next time ill go somewhere else

Unfortunately had a bad experience. They put wrong size tire on two front wheel and only notice when I drove off lot when traction system service light came on and SUV started sputtering. Drove back to tire shop and they said to continue to drive until computer system kicks in and all will be well. Brake system lights came on and took back to shop. Service manager said the trend design was different and would replace with different tires, never admitted they he had wrong tire size put on, even paper work stated wrong size. We all make mistakes, but to hide behind false claims of this is normal and continue to drive until computer kicks in, what damage I could have had it I took his incompetence advice. I lost confidence in this tire shop and will look for another. Wrote review to vent about waiting three hours for them to resolve issue with no apology.

I usually come here to get my new tires installed but, when I called to get a quote on just doing 2 tires, they gave me a price that I have paid for doing 4 with nitrogen! Dude even gave me an attitude as if I was lying about how much I had paid before. Talking about, its always been this price since Ive worked here! $59.00 for just 2 tires is ridiculous! I used to mount and balance tires for a few years, so I do know what I am talking about. I also have the receipts from my previous transactions there. They just lost a long time customer.

I recommend that you get quotes from other stores to know how much is the going rate for the services you need to be done before going here. So around November, I purchased a set of tires from this location. and had my front brakes replaced and disc resurfaced and also an alignment. Everything went well. Now its time for a rotation which is free and I also need my rear brake serviced (I provide the brake pads). So I called this location as it is close to my home. Back in November, I was charged $100 for the front brake service which was fine. Now three months after, when I requested for a quote for rear brake service with resurfacing, I was quoted $129.99. So I told the guy on the phone last time it was for $100 did the price increase? and his response was a firm yes it increased! So what I did was contacted ATD in Glendale, Ca and asked for the same services. And guess what, I was quoted $80 to resurface the rear disc and replace the pads with what I have. I told the guy in Glendale what I was quoted from this location and told me thats wrong. I was contacting ATD corporate to file a complaint but I guess they are closed (Presidents Day). What bothers me about all this is that was given two different prices for ths same service by the same company with almost a $50 difference. I frequent the Glendale area anyway so I dont mind going there from now.

Outstanding customer service. I resently had a low tire and stopped by the Santa Fe Springs store just prior to closing. I asked David if they could look st my low tire. He was very happy to put my car on the lift and found a nail in the tire. Within 10 min they had my tire fixed and i was back on the road. Most other store would have told me to bring it back in the morning to have it repaired but not here. This store knows how to treat its customets. Thanks for the great service.

On December 8th I thought I had flat tire and called American tire depot. Forgot the person name whom I spoke with but he patiently listed what all I have to say and asked me to come over to take a look. I was surprised that he didnt ask me to take an appointment. When I went he took my key and asked to have a seat, after a while he came back and said its not a flat tire so just filled up the air. Explained how tires deflate during winter season but didnt charge me a dime. I really appreciated his help. I wanted to write this review from that time but today I got some time to write. I strongly recommend this shop for my friends and foes.

Have to change my review from 4stars to 1star. Ive had the worst experience with this company. I got my brakes and rotors done about 3 or 4 weeks ago. My brakes started screeching super bad one week into my service. I paid 500 dollars for new rotors and brakes and this happened to me. I work far from the original American tire where I first got service ( Santa Fe Springs) so I went to 2 different American tire by my work which is in the Calabasas area. The first shop told me he had no mechanics to work on my vehicle and it was only 5:30 pm they close at 7. This was in Sherman Oaks. So I drove to NoHo to another American tire and the guy there was cool but they told me I had to come back the next day because the parts store was closed. So I came back today and the clerk today (Jose) was super rude. He kept questioning me about the truck and wouldnt even let me answer before he hit me with another question. His reason for the badgering was that his other guy didnt write anything down. And he was making it seem like it was my fault or something. He then went on asked the mechanic if I was really here yesterday which he confirmed but it wasnt enough Jose then went on and called the first store in Santa Fe Springs to verify I got service there even though I had my receipt. More than anything Im disappointed. I came to American tire to get quality service including customer, but I was treated like if I was a liar and like if I was trying to come up on them. Jose did apologize in the end but the damage is done. I guess I will stick to mom and pops spots from now on.

People are nice however being that I am a female someone(not gonna mention name)... tried to tell me the suspension was making my back tires ware out so I can buy more tires ...when in reality I only needed the front tires... (jajaja nope honey it’s called shocks )and I have no problem with my shocks just went to my mechanic and my car was inspected completely . Also tried saying I had a small nail in one of my back tires so I can purchase another tire. Till today there is no nail or else I would of had a flat and that was 2 weeks ago. The guy greets me at the garage. Told Him what I needed and he says go in the office please. I go and I wait and I wait, in the meantime he goes and he eats his burrito. I tell him I can I just hang here till he he’s eating. He gets in the office and does the paperwork with an attitude.This used to be a nice placeAnother day:I used to go there for the last 20 years. They would fix my flats for free or for $20. Last time I went the guy said the manufacture of the tire would not allow for fixing. Then he started looking in all kind of manuals to find out what to do. Probably he was trying to sell me a new tire. Go somewhere else. There are way better shops out there who know how to properly mount and balance tires. I specifically asked Albert to make sure they use a torque wrench to put on my tires and he confirmed they always do. However I watched their employee use an impact driver to install my wheels, applied tire shine, then drove it off the lift. Went to check how the tires were mounted and two of them had heavier weights because the mechanic apparently did not line up the yellow dot on the sidewall with the valve stem. Any rookie tire mechanic knows that yellow dot designates the lightest point of the tire and it should be lined up with the valve stem to offset the weight of the stem. $69 out the door for 4 tires mounted and balanced with new valve stems - 1.5 hours later. Not outrageous if they followed proper procedures to do it, but they didnt. The smaller tire shops down the street charge less and they do a much better job! Dont waste your time or risk your cars with these second rate mechanics.
