American Plumbing Service was outstanding. They had William come out with in 15 minutes of my call on a holiday weekend. William did an amazing job, he was fast, informative, clean, and professional. He located the problem and had it fixed in no time. He cleaned everything up and it was almost like no one had been in wall. Great service all the way around. The service was great. William came out and was able to complete the task in a timely manner. He found the problem and recommend what should be done and how he was going to do it. When he was done he presented us our bill and there were no surprises added, he cleaned up the entire area prior to exiting the location. I moved into an older home and had a major problem with my cast iron sewer line. William and his crew responded and handled the problem. They excavated, took out a section of the line, and slip lined the remaining section under the foundation after descaling and hydro-jetting. They replaced the clean out and put my yard back together so carefully, you wouldn’t know anything had been disturbed. Great work at a fair price. Doesn’t get any better than that!

American Plumbing Service re-piped my whole house a couple years back and we couldn’t be more happy with there services . Clean quick service. Were on a raised foundation and where they had to remove drywall to do there work you can’t even tell patch work was great . And I just recently had a shower valve that was dripping the valve wasn’t closing completely I called and William was at my house within a two days . Replaced the valve under warranty it sure if it was still under warranty being a couple years old but he didn’t even hesitate in and out . I would recommend American Plumbing Service to anyone !! Also whoever is I the office is very polite. Really a very great experience !! 👍👍👍

If you have to have a plumbing emergency, this is the company to call. I have had 2 big plumbing jobs since buying my house 3 months ago and this company is super honest and fair. Well, the plumber showed up, evaluating the situation, went out to purchase the shut off valves that he needed to replace the old broken frozen seized up water shut off valve for the washing machine still there and watch him. He definitely knew what he was doing. We had a pleasant conversation, he was on his way. I think he was very pleasant very professional. I would definitely absolutely use American plumbing if I ever have an issue again. Job well done and priced very reasonable.

The two gentlemen showed up to fix our backed up tubs and toilets the same day as we called, only a few hours later and on time. they were courteous, down to earth, and just all around amazing. They made sure to clear the clog completely and let me know what I need to replace so it won’t happen again. Thank you William llamas for taking the extra time and going above and beyond to ensure the drain was fully unclogged. And also for explaining what caused the problem. I would definitely ask for him to service our house again in the future. Going to have to keep a closer eye on the little ones. We used American Plumbing first for a disposal leak in 2021. They were (and are) quick to respond and send out ETA texts which I always appreciate. Two years later we had some plumbing issues in our master bath so we called on them again. I love that this is a family run business, you can feel how personal it is for them. Our water heater went out, of course at the end of the day, and we called American Plumbing Service after hours expecting to just leave a message. We were pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone and put us on the schedule for the next day. They had a full day but they were still able to replace our water heater the next evening (on a Friday night) so we didn’t have to go all weekend without hot water! Truly an incredible, small business, that works hard!A few month later a part went out on the same water heater and they were able to come out same day and resolve the problem, and it was all covered under warranty!Highly recommend this company for all your needs! He not only did the needed repairs but saw some of the piping was wrong and corrected it with no additional charges, He cleaned up work area and went beyond what was needed, I would recommend them without hesitation. I was happy that my call on Sunday (American Plumbing doesn’t do house calls on Sundays) was answered in a professional manner and during the MLK holiday weekend. He gave me an appointment for Tuesday. Plumber arrived on time to give me a free estimate. After which 10% is expected upfront if job is accepted by both parties, the remaining balance upon completion of the job. I appreciated that he let me know that it would involve some removal of the dry wall before he made any holes in the wall. He explained the work that had to be done. He recommended a restoration company to further assist me with the drywall installation. He did a very thorough and professional job. I don’t have any more leaky pipes which gives me peace of mind. American Plumbing Service replaced a gas line and they did a magnificent job. When the gas company turned on my gas the gas man didnt complete the adjustment for the hot water tank temperature. William came out and checked it and adjusted it to the right temperature for my hot water. I cant thank him and his company enough for their service. Last Wednesday evening I walked into my restroom to find the bath rugs wet. Investigating further, my hot water heater was leaking. I called American Plumbing, in short order, William was here! He checked out the water heater! It was very old, needed replacing and brought up to code. He provided me with 3 different options with different price points. Everyone was very professional, and had great communication throughout regarding dates, times, and the scope of work to be performed. Rudy communicated with me via text and followed up with a phone call regarding his time of arrival to our home. He was very professional, neat and clean; he wore a mask and had NEW clean covers for his boots. He demonstrated great respect for our home, by taking off the covers for his boots when stepping outside, he was very careful where he placed his tools and iPad. We had a number of urgent repairs! Called the city and were told our pressure regulator was shot! It caused leaks everywhere and water was coming out like a fire hose! He ran a camera in the line more than once just to show me where the problem was and reassure me the repair he recommended would solve the problem. This time it was a big job–chain descaling my sewer lines to remove years of stuck-on stuff. My new go to plumber, have and will keep recommending him. I had a few plumbers come out that wanted to nickel and dime me for a not so big job. Called American plumbing (William) came out gave us a free estimate walked us through every step of the way. Robert (License #933456) not only arrived on time but phoned from his last job that he was enroute. Both he and his understudy were professional, friendly and entertained questions about the job at hand and also why they truly enjoy what they are doing. Both put on shoe protectors so they wouldn’t track any debris in the house.They did not mind my inquisitive nature and let me observe the total removal and install of a Delta shower/tub fixture kit. The removal of a Delta assembly that was installed when the house was built in 1996. Needless to say, Delta products have changed in 25 years so a total diverter/ valve needed to be cut out and replaced by a newer, one piece unit.Once the job was complete, the shower worked as brand new and the tub/ shower was throughly cleaned.I will not hesitate to call upon American Plumbing Service and specifically ask for Robert if needed.

Very quick to respond to our request for a quote on backyard drains and a gas lne connection. William and Mike arrived early morning on the scheduled day of installation and by noon had everything completed to our satisfaction. When I had a question about any area of the job William had a no hesitation response with a very precise explanation for me. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.10/7/2020 today William responded very quick to my trouble call of a broken hose bib. Had a new bib installed in under 30 minutes from arrival. Luke is the name of the plumber who did the work. He actually called ahead if time to say that he could arrive before the appointment time, but only if it was convenient for me. He was pleasant, clean and easy to deal with. The job was quite tedious, and could have been frustrating, but Luke kept a calm demeanor. Ultimately, he finished on time and fixed the problem during the initial call. I recommend Luke and American Plumbing Service.

I called to have a messy clean out done on a property after 5pm. The owner of All American Plumbing called my tenant to set up for the following morning. After speaking with my tenant and understanding the sense of urgency, he went out that same evening after leaving his final job and did the work for the tenant at no extra cost.
