I liked the frequency Taylor had in following up before and after interviews, as well as the great pay Ill receive which shows that ALN negotiation skills with the client were excellent!
I used this software for California and San Diego County Court forms, I download them into a Windows system but usually use them in Mac system. Were it not for the conversion problem, caused by Apple and M$, Id give 5 stars. The price is great and the customer service (e.g., putting up with the likes of me) is unbeatable.

This place is incredibly helpful. I am an attorney, and I use their company to e-file with the OC Superior Court. Scott, who works there and answers calls, is extremely helpful.

2017-04-03 21:02:13I am a first time user e-filing in Orange County. I tried to follow the directions and got my documents received by the Court. But, I received no case number. I contacted American Legalnet and spoke with Jim Green. Extremely patient and helpful. Gave me step by step instructions on how to next proceed. Turned out just great! You dont that the info from a Court website!

2020-09-01 18:29:48I have filed hundreds of documents and this is the first time a filing was voided because the e-filing company failed to pay the filing fee on time. Not only that, they failed to give me any notice. To make it worse, the customer service spent the entire time blaming the court and me and offering no answers. I was allowed to re-file and it is happening again. Now, American Legalnet Inc. inexplicably refuses to pay the court the filing fee and my motion is in danger of being voided again. Avoid this company if you value your license to practice.

However, I needed to file the annual report and accounting under a deadline or face dismissal of the guardianship. I needed my subscription updated to access the forms needed and for use on my MAC computer. Jim Green responded to my request for help, check my subscription and walked me through the process.I am very grateful for the service you provide through your site. 2020-09-17 06:40:13This company allowed a complaint to be completely voided because they failed to pay the filing fee that was authorized via our office multiple times. We received a notice, called American LegalNet, were informed it would be paid and taken care of and have since found out that our complaint has been voided dude to the fact that they never paid the filing fee. To make matters worse, the company is aware this happens and does nothing to remedy the situation. They are rude, unprofessional, and will ruin any case you have pending or wish to begin.

2017-07-11 01:22:24Mr. Green at ALN, really saved me with his assistance getting my client forms information off my old (and half dead) computer and onto my new computer. I was totally lost and didnt think it could be done, but he helped me through it step by step and saved me a lot of time re-entering all of that information. Their Forms WorkFlow program is definitely an easy system, even for a non-tech person like me, and with their help when I have issues (or a dead computer), its the perfect set up for my solo office. Thank you so much!

But when I do, the phone is answered immediately by a helpful person. And when I cannot find the forms I need, a quick email to Stephen Feeny. He responds promptly and never fails to provide the requested form by the next day. Thats what I call superb service.

I had a last minute request from an attorney in our firm when the form provided by the court didnt function correctly. Jim Green at ALN stepped up to the plate, identified and corrected the issue and we have a happy attorney. Jim definitely provided top notch service, a hallmark at ALN.

2017-04-05 19:19:50I needed access information to an account which I thought I signed up for not long ago. Jim Green, Paralegal | Customer/Product Support Senior Associate helped me immediately with problem. Beyond that, I needed other information regarding my account, i.e. when opened, how paid, etc. Jim had to dig a little, but within a minute or so was able to answer all of my questions. He also went out of his way to interrogate a website of another attorney service and get me information that I was otherwise unable to find. I really cant say enough about his efforts.
