Everyone that made contact with me was amazing! They were all informative, friendly and eager to help me. They are all a wonderful team. They returned calls quickly even while experiencing phone problems. No one ever dropped the ball. I was lucky to score the greatest team. Let me know when the rate drops! Its a little high for my liking... I know the rate I had, was 2.375% and is unheard of in todays market.

Pay Camyon was extraordinary she helped me by giving me tips on improving my credit. I did what she said and in a couple months followed up with her. She immediately helped me once ready. We worked together on my goals and succeeded. She worked everyday even on the weekends until all was completed. She is kind, intelligent, and resourceful. I’m thankful for her great customer service. Although it took 3+ months to get my loan approved, by applying with a proof of income basis (non-conventional), it was expected. Everyone working in American Financial was polite and always eager to help in any way possible. This company did an excellent job throughout the loan process even with a few hiccups along the way. The representatives that I directly work with always kept in constant contact while explaining the ongoing process as the paperwork proceeded.I would highly recommend us

My experience working with Jerad, Tracie, Brenda, and Rachel taught me that there are companies out there that are trying to look out for your best interest . From start to finish they dealt with my technological inadequacies and got me thru a house refinance. I had a super awesome experience working with AFN. My mortage officer treated me as an individual, not a sales goal. Service was super competent, efficient, and my new rate is almost 2% lower!Kristina at AFN made the whole refinance experience easy. I mean EASY! Far simpler say, than financing a car, even.Here was how Kristina did it:1) Super friendly, courteous, honest, and real. Hector and his team were a pleasure to work with during the refinancing of our home. His sales manager, Dan, was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and kept us up-to-date on all of the proceedings. He always made himself available when we had questions and was very considerate to our familys needs. The whole loan process was going very smoothly until AFN, without any notice, jacked up my closing fees by $3000, allegedly because my appraisal came back a little lower than expected, though the LTV was still well under 70%. NEVER, at any point, was I told that this could happen and the only reason I didnt immediately cancel my loan application was that the Fed had just raised interest rates by .75% so I couldnt get another loan at my present rate. I cant help but think that AFN KNEW this when they jacked up my costs. This left a terrible taste in my mouth and this is why I would never recommend them to anyone else.

I contacted AFN after receiving solicitation in my US Mail. Even their advertisement was direct and easy to understand. I had received many similar types of mail in the past but didn’t ever respond. From the time I first contacted them to inquire about what they could offer me, I was impressed with their professionalism and team mentality. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me something but instead were working with me to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an educated decision about refinancing my home. They were very responsive if I had any questions and it didn’t matter whether I contacted them via e-mail or phone, they were right there. I would recommend AFN to any and all of my friends, family and acquaintances.

Weve had our home refinanced end of January. If it werent for Greg and his hardworking team, this transaction wouldve not happened. Weve talked to multiple lending personnel and they could not help us. With our situation, Were about to lose hope. Gladly, Greg and his team stepped in. He did everything to help our family. From the very beginning till the end their service was exceptional. Greg explained everything in laymans term where me and my family could understand it. If theres something I didnt understand he would patiently write me an email explaining the issue. (and with our entire conversation, never once did I feel like he was annoyed or over it, he was so genuine and was very helpful:))I know it was a loose end for us but Greg didnt give up. He was able to lower our monthly mortgage as well as lower our rates. This is a huge chunk of change that will allow my family to have a breather. This can go a long way.Even up to this day, Greg lives up to his words. After the deal I had some questions and I know with his busy schedule I might not hear back from him but he manages to response back to me in a timely manner.Greg, Brenda, Rachel and the rest of the team are truly exceptional of what they do. They are number 1 in the nation for a reason. I have the highest and utmost respect to these each individual and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone needing their assistance. AFN has been nothing but professional with me and has assisted me 2 times with refinancing my house. Both times they have been straight up with me, about what my options were. The first time I had bad credit and they were still able to get me refinanced and pay off all my debt. That resulted in my credit score going up more than a hundred points. I was in mid 500 range and now my credit is above 690. They tell you exactly what you need to do and was always available when I had questions. I never felt like they where pushing anything on me that would benefit them. It was always about what was in my best interest. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to refinance or just wants to see where they are and what their options are.
