Great service and low price. Came out within hours after I called them. It was much quicker and cheaper than other options. And it was an OEM part and they vacuumed up all the glass. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Kru on Friday morning and had my new window was installed by Monday morning - the only reason it wasn’t installed on the same day I contacted him is because he needed to order the part but the part even arrived a day earlier than he promised and he drove right over to install it! My car was broken in to over the weekend. I was considering safelite but I remember having a bad experience with them in the past. I found American Auto Glass Solution; I message Kru at 4am to my surprise he responded immediately. He was able to do a same day service Kru’s the best!!! It took like less than 30mins for him to install my rear windows! I recommend him to family and friends!

Amazing service, cant thank American Auto Glass enough!Rock dinged my windshield, my coworker put some adhesive on it (which come to find out is a big no no if you want to repair a crack in a windshield). My insurance sent me to Safelite who refused to repair as it could be a liability as once any adhesive is placed on the damage it could result in further splintering in windshield during repair.As I sat left with no options and feeling terrible. I decided to go on a limb and see local mobile repair companies. I texted American Auto Glass per its website. Within an hour, they texted and called me. They agreed with Safelite had said earlier in the day but they said they could find a workaround possibly. A tech was in the area and within 20 minutes they were at my spot.15 minutes later after arrival, the crack was basically non existent!I paid and they said they would send in the claim to my insurance and Id receive a reimbursement receipt.Honestly, this was some of the best service I have received in any field in a long time. Fast, friendly, and professional. I know who to use and refer to in the future.

Had my windows broken over the weekend. Called Kru at 9:30am, he called the dealerships to get the right windows, was done by 2pm. Super responsive, had rates better than at least 6 others I spoke with that morning. I hope I never have to do this again, but would definitely say hes the one to get it done for you as seamless as possible if you ever have an unfortunate break in.

Since covid, Kru has changed to a mobile service only. He worked tirelessly to quickly find a replacement window and replace my broken one. He went above and beyond what I would have expected from an auto glass service. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing replacement auto glass!

Kru was the best! I had scheduled the services for the prior day, but I made the mistake of sharing the wrong year for my vehicle, and so of course the window designs were different. He drove from Alameda to Oakland, informed me of my mistake in a very respectful way and offered to come back and fix it the next day for no extra charge. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he maintained a sense of urgency and politeness that I haven’t seen in other services around here for a long time. He even helped me with an extra quick fix for a door panel at no extra charge. This man deserves all the best and a big holiday bonus! Will definitely recommend him and these services to anyone in need.

Rarely leave google reviews but Kru’s work and personability are well worth it. Best price, same day on site service, and even went out of their way to get the right glass same day. Called at 8am, both windshield and rear window were repaired before 2pm. Cannot recommend Kru highly enough.

Needed a windshield replaced due to a rock strike. The quote from Mercedes was over $2000 and appointments were a week out. Kru did it the next day for $340 for OEM parts and was done in 60 minutes. I will use him for all glass repair/replacement on all of our vehicles from here on out. Highly recommended!

I had a crack in my windshield and wasnt sure if it needed to be replaced. After looking at yelp reviews, I called American Auto Glass Solutions. Kru asked for a photo of the damage, which I sent. He said it needed to be replaced, and he could do it the very next morning. And he did just that. He showed up on time, removed the damaged windshield and installed a beautiful new one. Cant think of anything bad to say about Krus service. Hes very professional and thorough in explaining the problem with my cars rear window. Not to mention hes extremely quick- I called him at around 10:45am and he was here by noon and the car was done by 12:30. As someone who doesnt know much about car windows, I was glad he took the time to walk me through his process and at a very good rate. Would recommend.

I have used American Auto Glass Solutions 4 times over the last few years (my neighborhood is not the most property friendly.) 4 TIMES!! This is how amazing they are. I will NEVER use another glass repair company again.Kru is my go to technician. Experienced, knowledgeable, fast, fantastic pricing, and super awesome. I’ve given his number to friends and they’ve all said this company more than exceeds their expectations. I honestly could not ask for better service. I’ve always received same day appointments, usually way sooner and way cheaper than I could have dreamed of. It’s rare these days to meet hardworking, honest, skilled people these days...if you need glass repair call ASAP (and keep Kru’s # in your phone!)

American Auto Glass services my car when i had my rear window busted by a thief. i was quite impressed with their services that i called them again, this time to replace my windshield which had a nasty crack. These are the go to guys! Stop looking you found them. Called the day before at 5 PM and he quoted a price a couple hundred under anywhere else and they had me scheduled the next day. Kru was amazing! Showed up on time and with a great attitude. Got my front windshield removed and replaced in 30 minutes. No hidden fees just an honest guy. Sent an email message from their website day after Xmas morning looking for a windshield replacement for my Nissan Versa. About an hour later I get a text with an estimate and then boom Kru shows up in about an hour at my place and replaces the windshield. Now that is service at a reasonable price. Nice guy too! Kru is an awesome guy and one of the most honest people which is hard to find these days. He ordered the glass for my truck and when it was time to install it he noticed that the problem I had with my windshield wiper was not due to old glass so he refused to take my money for new glass because it wouldve been a waste of my money, and not only that but he also offered to fix my wiper free of charge.Kru not only saved me money for the new windshield glass which I ended up not needing but he also fixed my problem so I can drive my truck safely in the rain again.Hes definately my go to guy for auto glass from now on... Wow, all I have to say was this is the best service I have ever had! Tuk was amazing! The story: my car got broken into the night before so I called around first thing in the morning to try to get it repaired. The first place I called told me they didnt have my window in stock and it would be 4 days before they could receive it and install it. American Auto Glass was the second place I called and Tuk told me he didnt have it in stock, but he would call around and see if he could get it today. He suggested I continue to call around to see if I could find someone and he would call me back and let me know if he found something. He called me back within an hour and said he found one downtown and was going to pick it up and come by to repair it. He was there within the next hour and repaired it super fast. Seriously so nice and best service ever!!

I sent a message late at night when my husband texted me that our window had been broken while he worked. Before I woke up I had a message asking for more details. As soon as they were in possession of the new window they were on their way.The repair was done quickly and with care. My vehicle was pulled out of the garage even with impending rain since he saw that there were car seats and a stroller in the car. He didnt want glass to get lost and injure the kiddos.The price was just right and I will use them again hopefully next time for a chipped windshield instead of a break in.
