We had such a positive and smooth loan and escrow experience with Mark Lucianis team! Mark is hands-down amazing. Hes very professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all of our questions (even when we had questions after hours). After our dream condo went on the market on a Friday, we had a whirlwind experience of pre-approval/making an offer by Sunday. His efficiency and flexibility regarding working with us after hours is very likely the reason we were able to get our offer accepted on our first home. While being first-time homebuyers was a bit nerve-wracking, I felt absolutely confident that we had the best team in our corner. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Mark Luciani and his team are the BEST! I have refinanced many times but never went back to the same lender until I found America One Mortgage Group. I have refinanced with them probably four times now (with rates keep going down!) and each time I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the process. This last time we refinanced, the escrow company was moving very slowly and Mark on several occasions communicated with the agents and escrow company to speed things along. Mark will spend the time to go over options with you and is never in a hurry to get off the phone. I feel as if I am part of the family. Love you America One Mortgage Group!!!!

This was my second re-finance with Mark Luciani at American One Mortgage. Simply, outstanding service from start to finish. You can count on Mark for excellent market rates, locking in the quote, and a super processing operation with excellent use of technology. Dont bother with other loan brokers internet qualifying hassles with numerous call backs and gimmicks. Just call Mark! America One closed my loan in approximately 12 days. I had over 25 years in the mortgage business...and how it has changed. Highly recommend calling Mark.
