We bought a couple of machines from Alan Okamoto and we will definitely come back and purchase from him. The machines were in great condition. Alan was always quick and very helpful. Answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. The process of purchasing and getting it to our yard was very smooth and quick. We are very happy with the equipment and looking to continue to do business with them.

I purchased my Hitachi excavator last week from Alan Okamoto at Americ Machinery. From the first moment I spoke with Alan I felt like I was comfortably conversing with a close friend. Alan was extremely personable, transparent and all-around easy to talk to. He was extremely fast at responding whether it was through call, text or email. I have to say Americ Machinery Corp is extremely lucky to have him on their team. The machine I ended up with was incredible! It far surpassed my expectations upon arrival. I had a great experience dealing with Alan Okamoto.I purchased an excavator in June 2018.I was very skeptical with this large purchase out of state. I had a good feeling the more I talked with Alan and decided to make the transaction. I am very happy that I did. Upon receiving the machine, it was everything that Alan assured me it would be. My experience with Americ Machinery was professional from end to end. I purchased from them online so that makes it more challenging. Alan sent pictures, an inspection report and posted video to youtube so I could see the condition of the machine. They arranged shipping to my location. What I received was a machine in excellent condition and shipping was fast. When the time comes Ill buy from them again.

I saw Brians add on a Washington craigslist post and contacted him to get more details on a cat 308. i had been scouring Richie Brother Auctions, Iron Planet ect.. trying to find a low hour machine. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and knowledgeable Brian was on the equipment and accessories. Within the hour he sent me multiple videos and up close photos. I had some reservations about buying a piece of equipment sight unseen so i had our local Cat dealer pull the service records. It was as clean as Brian described. I even went as far are contacting Mitsubishi corp and local trucking companies to get feedback on Americ Machinery. I paid for the machine on Monday and it was in my driveway on friday! Brian arranged all the trucking and logistics. I was so impressed with the low pressure sales that he is helping me find a dozer.

Brian was my sales rep and he was extremely disconnected with the details of what I was buying. After striking a deal on a specific machine he later told me that the Telehandler I purchased was not available yet., dispite the fact that he sent me videos of it. I suspect he sold me the wrong one? Yes, that was poor salesmanship. I ended up purchasing a Telehandler and Brian told me that the Shipper they always used was best as they cover it and more. I thought that was also a bit over the top but I went ahead and used Americ shipping. Of course the shipping was fast and perfect but the telehandler was not covered. My point is, Brian continually oversold the product and services. I asked for specific pictures of the engine compartment and never got them. I suspect the reason why is because the model I purchased was hard to get at. I also asked for a Veteran discount and Brian told me flat out that the price NEVER changes and it is what it is. We are a small horse ranch and I am a retired USMC type. A Military discount would have been appreciated. Overall, I have the Telehandler and I am happy with it so far. Brian needs to learn that what you say is what you promise. I felt like I a bait and switch happened but like to think Brian was just inexperienced.

I recently purchased a water truck from Americ Machinery Corporation and it was the worst experience ever! I found the water truck on the Internet and it looked to be in perfect condition. The paint was near pefect condition and only had 70 k for miles. Todd the salesman mentioned they had 4 of these 2006 sterlings but the only one they had left was the one pictured on their website. I asked him 3 times if that was the actual one they had and he assured me that the one pictured on their website was the only one they had left. Needless to say the one that was delivered to our yard was a completely different truck and was in horrible condition. The hood was cracked, the sprayers were bent, the a/c didnt work very well, the wheels were rusted, the tank was rusted, and the overall condition was less than satisfactory. When we called Dale the manager, he said I dont see what we did wrong, I dont understand what the problem is and they were not willing to resolve the issue. The only way we could get our money back was if we paid out of pocket, another transportation fee, to get the truck back to California. As a new company the last thing you can afford to do is spend another $2,000 and end up losing out on $4,000 total to get nothing out of it. This is false advertising! How this isnt illegal idont know. This is not how you conduct business and I dont understand how they can stay in business if this is how they treat people. On a side note, while talking to the manager trying to resolve the problem, he did nothing but yell and curse us out. The most unprofessional experience ever!!! I will never recommend that anyone ever go through Americ Machinery Corporation to purchase any equipment. If I ever have the money and time to pursue a small reimbursement of some sort I most definitely will. Ive never felt so taken advantage of in my life....

I would like to thank the staff at Americ machinery, for there professionalism and helpful information on there equipment they sell, I purchased a 140H and the machine is a Gem.and the price was awesome, I had been shopping for one for awhile, had my eye on one at Rb.but the auction was a month away and I needed it sooner for a job, I came across this one at Americ, and had it in my possession in short period, come to find out the one at Rb.sold for 20,000 more and had more hours !!
