2023-04-26 03:53:27AMC LLC is the worst apartment management I have ever experienced so far. I lived in Sawmill crossing apartment for two years and moved out last Nov, but I have not received my security deposit for more than five months, while I do not own anything to the property. I contacted the property manager, regional manager, and VP. They are all liars to promise the refund will be sent out soon. But the problem has not been solved yet. Even I called property manager to check the status, I was warned of harassing them, hanging up phone on me, and even they threatened me by calling police. No responses to the calls and emails, to the online messages on its website. I really do not understand how a company with such a bad management can survive on the market. If the tenant pays rent a day late, he will be charged late fee immediately. But if the company held my security deposit for more than five months, what I can do? Who can supervise it ? no way, that is why it behaves this bad way without any worries. The managers should feel shame on themselves for the way to deal with tenants. They should quit the job or be fired because they are really not qualified.
