Most 7-11s in the Hollywood area have Amazon lockers in them. Because it is Hollywood, each locker location is identified by the last name of a Hollywood star. So what is an Amazon locker? It is a collection of various sized secure lockers that you can have your Amazon order shipped to instead of to your home. This is very convenient if you are never home during the time that the USPS, FedEx or UPS normally deliver to your address. Just select the nearest Amazon locker location to your home and your order will be delivered to that location and secured in line of the secure lockers. You will then be sent an e-mail letting you know that your order is ready for you to retrieve from the locker and an access code will be included in the e-mail. Enter the access code on the touch screen at the lockers and the locker with your order in it will pop open. This is a great service of it was always a hassle trying to be around for a delivery. It is quick and easy and you can pick up your order anytime since 7-11 is open 24/7. You do need to retrieve it within 3 days of being notified that it is at the locker though. If you dont retrieve it within 3 days the order will be sent back to Amazon and your money will be refunded.

Its an Amazon locker. Whats more to say? You walk up, scan your phone, a door pops open, and you collect your prize. Its like an advent calendar but instead of hard pieces of stale chocolate, your prize is something you paid for on Amazon but dont want delievred to your regular address. The best thing about this one is that its in its own little cubby hole of the 7-eleven so you dont have to deal with incredibly rude employees that work there.
