Basically another Whole Foods (same owner afterall), but it has a younger, more international twist to it. I dearly enjoy their international section with some European brands that I miss from my time in Europe. Other than that, just Whole Foods.

My first visit to Amazon Fresh left me impressed by the aesthetic and layout, although I found the prices to be a bit high. The food court stood out to me with its wide variety of food options, treats, and snacks. I observed employees assisting customers throughout the store, which was great to see. Overall, my favorite part of the store was the food court.

This is a very unique store, with built-in electronic shopping carts that scans any item that you put in your cart the other four cornered cameras and also the cart weighs your products as you put them into the cart. The store is very nice looking very organized shelves look nice and orderly. They are a little bit pricier than your normal grocery store, as one they cater to the upper class shoppers and organics and natural products. Was disappointed in their vitamin selection very cheap brands in there not quality products to my likings. Their Pizza is not as good as whole foods. It was very greasy too much cheese and the pepperonis your generic pepperoni not the good one that whole foods uses. It was already soaking the box as I bought it with grease. Did not have as good flavor as whole foods crust is. If I was judging it between a one and a five Id give it like three and a half. I like the cool check out process if youre using the electronic shopping cart, where you you open your app link to the shopping cart do your shopping and then walk through the green area and it charges your card on file and it tells you have a great day. The produce is really nice looking however I dont like the pre-bagged produce in those pouches. The dragon fruit was very beautiful that they had there very nice looking.

Good spot for returns, food brand selection is sparse, and often out of stock. Also, this parking lot is between Costco and In n Out, so it gets pretty busy and exits are very clogged. Pizza slices are somewhat redeeming, but they fall out of their containers 100% of the time.If youre doing general shopping, only come here after checking on the Web site if they have everything you need.

Great selection of products and even better sale items throughout the store but uninformed employees. I came in to see the Kindle display theyve had since they opened and it was gone. I walked around the entire store looking for it and couldnt find it. I stopped an employee to ask her if they had gotten rid of the display. She had no clue what a Kindle was. I had to explain that it was an Amazon reading device. She finally understood what a Kindle was after some back and forth and said the display has been gone a little while. How do Amazon employees not know what a Kindle is and why would Amazon get rid of the display? Amazon doesnt have physical book stores anymore to display Kindles and the display models are so locked down and on demo mode at local Best Buy stores you cant do anything with them.

First time here! Friendly staff and everyone was helpful. There were more staff than customers. I was here at 8am on a Saturday and it wasn’t crowded. I came here since I received a coupon. I love the technology and I liked going thru the aisles to see new products. Great selection of bakery. Shelves were empty in the pre-made meals, but it must mean that they’re popular. The salad bar looked really tasty and definitely clean. Everything in the store is clean and neatly organized. Checkout was a breeze, the cashier was helpful with all my questions.

In general, I love Amazon Fresh, especially their deli. The only thing is that, you are charged per weight (at this location), when selecting from the salad bar and other bar of fresh food.Other locations like in La Habra, you are charged by the size of the container. So you can pack as much as you want .

Id say 4.5 stars, mostly nice workers no negatives there. The store is very well kept, which is a big + . Certain items can be found cheaper elsewhere, which is to b expected from any store. Very good variety of organic, non-organic, and gluten free items throughout the entire store. Restrooms are mostly well kept. Lolz they cant be perfect at everything right? Nice atmosphere and music in the store. Love the bright colors of the 4 different types of shopping carts. May need to add in a few more electric shopping carts in the future. Alexa is around the store to help customers find things around the store!The dash cart pictured here scans the items as they go in the cart, tells you the item price your total so far and connects to your amazon account!All in all id say its off to a pretty great start.

This was my first time shopping at Amazon Fresh. The employees were super friendly & very helpful. I love the new shopping carts which scan every item. I found every item that I was searching for plus some new brands. I really enjoyed their gourmet cheese section & their beautiful produce. This store is kept immaculately clean!

Was directed to self checkout. Had minor issue with payment selection. Red light came on for customer service. I waited for young man to finish helping little old lady. When he was finished I jumped up and down waving my hands up and down to get his attention and he deliberately ignored me. I sent my gf to get him and I could see his reluctance a mile away. He came with his butt face on full display. I explained that I was trying to use my gift card balance, then he was tried to have me input a gift card manually. Then tried to shame me by saying it wasnt showing up and I had to re-ring everything up at a register. All I did was go back to the cart and hit checkout and the gift card balance and option popped right up. This person had absolutely no intention of helping me. Horrible person.

Its very modern. Like everything we love from Amazon, the store is clean, well stocked, organized and extremely easy to navigate. I love the large spaces and fast cashiers. Havent tried the Dash thing yet where you can skip checkout and pay on the device itself but will try it soon.Overall a quality experience. The only reason to rate it 4star is just because we have gotten used to our local Ralphs - which is just super awesome.

Worst experience ever. I believe that Amazon either dont know what is happening in their Amazon Fresh, or they dont care. For me, the concept from shopping my grocery & fresh produce us to use my Amazon account & get things easier & faster. My visit their was a catastrophy from the right begining when one of the staff was so unwelcoming when I asked her about the experience & things I need to do while using the smart cart. Let alone the fact that she sounded so hesitant & didnt encourage me to use the cart, her attitude was hard to explain for me. To cut the story short, my wife & I finished our shopping using the smart cart & followed the directions given to us by the unhappy employee, we walked through the designated check out place where all what you put in the bags should be scanned & billed to your Amazon account, and Oppps, nothing happened. There, another unhappy staff with Amazon smiling logo in his shirt approached us saying we have to go to the cashier to check out & pay!!!! He was absolutely indifferent about what happened & that we neither enjoyed the experience nor it was of a value for us. He just stood there & said a very cold sorry!!I wouldnt repeat this again. Buying my grocery & fresh produce @ other stores is far much rewarding for us in all aspects. An advise to Amazon Fresh, if you dont shape up & become more friendly & customer-in-store oriented, well, I leave the rest to you to decide on the closure of this statement

This brand new Amazon fresh store on Harbor Boulevard is very modernized. You can scan your items as you shop and put them directly into your bags located in your shopping cart. When you get a check out you pay and your done! You can also shop the original way. Grab a cart or use your arms. However you shop, youll be able to purchase fresh quality produce. I have found products here that I haven’t seen anywhere else. A beautiful selection of different types of heirloom tomatoes. Fruit that you didn’t know existed. They also have hot food it’s ago! This store doesn’t have everything you may want but you can get a lot done.

Fast checkout when your in a hurry . Great deals and coupons . Was able to get Span for $2.50 and Tv dinners like Marie Callender’s for $2.50. Spent $50 and got $10 off plus discount and ended up spending $36.

Came here for the first time and I had a great experience. This is such an awesome concept for self service shopping. The dash carts are really cool!! You never have to take your wallet out.. all you do is grab a dash cart, scan a code to use the cart and you’re on your way!! The cart knows what you put in & take out of the cart. It’ll show you what you add on the screen and even give you a total! When you’re all done shopping, you head towards checkout and as soon as you pass the area, it’ll charge your card on file for your Amazon account. Super cool.They even have fresh sushi!! And I must give credit... it was actually really good!!The interior of the store was very clean and well kept. It’s basically a Whole Foods but with Amazon tech.It’s totally worth going!!

Very clean store. Very modern and well lit. Shelves were lacking lots of merchandise. Prices were on the high side. But I was able to find chicken drumsticks 🍗 to cook at a reasonable price which was the only positive. One checker open to handle many customers in line. Lots of workers doing other stuff or on break. Waited for about 5 minutes as a customer tried to pay to no avail. Finally the break person took me to another register. Speedy checkout once at the register. If need chicken 🐓 drumsticks will return, but will probably try another store first.

Heaven on earth! Their produce is some of the best around. So affordable, prices are competitive. Free delivery over $35! Everything always comes individually packaged, it’s organized, frozen is kept frozen, they’re always on time and they do pick the best produce! It’s beautiful, clean and organized inside as well. The store is spacious and has wide aisles. I missed that in other stores. I was there the opening weekend and things were stocked, well staffed and clean. The prepared meals and takeaways looked fresh, healthy, colorful, and tasty. I consider this a whole foods type store. Go for weekly deals and niche items. This isnt a discount store.

The store is super clean. If you are tech-savvy, then this is your store. There is not much of a selection of brands for the same item. Most of the products here are brands named and Amazon brand. Produce is very fresh, as well as the poultry. The price of goods is not much more than other places. Most of the time, they are not crowded.

I never ever shop at Amazon because I already have three markets nearby my house. I decided to have a shipment I ordered to Amazon Fresh because I did not want my packages to get ripped off. After I pick up my packages I decide to check out the ready made food. Everything looked good and beside I did not have dinner and though it was a good idea to buy a meal.WRONG decision!I bought a whole chicken and a Chinese salad. I thought it would be great but the chicken was over cooked tasted burnt. It was so over cooked if you pulled a piece off the chicken meat would crumble between your fingers. I ate one leg and that’s all I could handle.I then thought “Well at least I have the Chinese salad” WRONG AGAIN, took one mouthful and it was bitter and had no redeeming qualities. Did not taste like a Chineses salad. So I threw it away.The chicken, I decided to donate chicken to the local marsupial, the opossum. He seems enjoys such things.This particular Amazon Fresh needs to stop selling Ugga food, let Lauren his fiancé eat this poor quality food.

Always good to have a variety of grocery choices! Ill have to check out those fancy carts next time! It is bright and shiny, like any new store. The olive bar was a plus. The bakery and deli could come in handy. I was hoping they would have a family favorite, ube ice cream. No such luck. No fresh made tortilla chips either. I guess Ill have to keep trudging to the other side of town to Albertsons for those. I went because I received a $15 off $35 purchase coupon. Worked out well with that. Know your prices. Canned beans were a decent price. A lot of other items were too expensive for my budget. The employees were friendly. Produce looked good. Not as wide of a selection as most local stores. Would do in a pinch for basics.It is in the the old Toys R Us building. Good to see that repurposed. It is across the lot from Costco. Pluses and minuses on that. The major minus being parking. I went on a weekday evening. Too crowded for my nerves. The store it self wasnt overly crowded. Several hand sanitizer stations. Great as we are easing out of Covid surges.

Love this store, lots of great products and reasonable prices. The pizza is so good and great prices. I like the ease of using dash cart for cashless and quick check out. Only issues when you use dash cart you are limited on how much to purchase. You only get 2 bags for dash cart and they are on smaller side. Was told if I need to buy more than what fits in dash cart I’d have to make multiple purchases. 👎🏼 Other wise it’s a good store, I also like the Amazon service counter and EV charging. Overall its a great and excited to have it in the neighborhood! Don’t expect this store to be like Vons or Ralph’s, many complain it’s cold or different. Umm yeah that’s the whole point. I’ve yet to have a great experience shopping at Vons or Ralph’s. If I can get in and out with out much employee interaction, I’m cool with that. I don’t go to the grocery to make friends! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sooooo.....I love and hate this Amazon store !! Im sure others have the same problem, but because they do a lot of Amazon Fresh out of this location means that they are low or out of some of the items I shop for. There were no shopping carts and a girl was telling her coworker, who was busy, to go get carts outside.....but she wasnt doing anything so I hinted that I am waiting for a cart and maybe she should run out and wheel a stack back in. So she did. And the Amazon fresh shoppers are zooming around picking out the items and arent always paying attention, so I was almost hit a few times coming around corners. I find their prices are high for the local competition theyre up against. They do carry a good selection of organic items, which I like. The check out person wasnt very nice and was kinda rude to teenagers in front of me, they were behaving. She never greeted me and she scanned the wrong coupon which I had to point out to her.Amazon Fresh.....meh....only if I have to go there.Thats my two cents.(Photo shows what the store SHOULD look like.)

I mainly shop here because Im a prime member and also because Fresh occasionally sends out exceedingly valuable coupons in the mail. The store is a little dark, but I guess its to save energy. There is a nice selection here for those on a tight budget as well as those looking for premium brands typically at whole foods. The store is huge. They have an abundance of helpful staff. Most are shoppers for online orders but they know the store and go out of their way to help. At checkout the cashier was very helpful too. Traffic in the area can be stressful. If youre close by and a prime member, it is definitely worth checking out.

So the Amazon Fresh had opened but the experience was horrible. First of all, the store is water down version of Whole Foods, like Whole Foods mixed with Walmart. They carry lots of different products, so if you like options it mike work. However, prices are weird. Their listed prices at the store costs more then Amazon app, like if you were to order it on the app it’s cheaper. I bought a pound of strawberries for $4.99, came home clicked the purchase history on the app, it’s at $2.99. Same with almost all products (not just fruits) including ketchup and packed cheese.It’s worth checking out but there are better stores to shop in the area.

Drivers need to NOT park in handicap parking spaces no matter what. I am a disabled veteran and it really makes me feel like these delivery people have zero respect for anyone. Asked to do an amazon return and the psychotic lady at the help desk decided to give me a lecture on how Im an idiot for not knowing they cant accept whole foods returns. I had no idea because I had done so the week prior at another amazon fresh location and she proceeded to ask me for the identity and features of the person that let me do it and got super upset that I wouldnt give her their information when I frankly did not remember AND it was at another location! She acted like I lied that it was at another location and kept asking me for their description so she could report them. Then she proceeded to tell me that it was just a rule they had at THEIR location because of issues with their system which I obviously would have never known since I dont live there! I was just trying to nicely ask her what the rules for returns were so I wouldnt make the same mistake again because I had no idea that there were any specifications for returns other than bringing in the product and the QR code. She acted like I was picking a fight with her and still wouldnt tell me when I kept trying to ask and I kept reiterating I wanted to know for future reference because I had no idea this was a thing. I couldnt believe how rude she was acting over a damn amazon return. She acted like she was the ceo of the help desk or something, so rude and unprofessional over something so small that couldve been handled with a simple explanation :(

They dont make pizza anymore? Wonder why.Update: tried order ahead for a pizza again today. Ordered from home at 5:03pm. Drove to store, shopped around for other items. 5:50 pm went to pick up pizza. Three employees standing there talking. As I walked up they all scattered. One checked computer and I heard him give MY 50min old order to the girl. I said, Im here for my pizza. Gave him the number. He says we just got it youre supposed to give us at least...... I said 15 mins!?!?! He said well were super busy and you dont just jump to the front of the line. (Kids with attitudes here). I asked how long, he said, 15 mins. I said ok. And left. Enjoy the pizza.Dont use order ahead. Theyre lazy and will just cancel your order saying item unavailable if they dont want to make it. Theyll say the deli closes at 8 but you can order on app until 9. But they cancel the order because they dont want to work. Place has gone downhill since opening. Zero customer service. It will be closed by end of year its so bad there. Typical Amazon.

I have been using the store on and off for a while now. Every once in a while they have good prices on certain items. The majority of the time is for their deli. I always liked their pizzas. It was always a good pizza for the price. And I actually complimented management for over the quality and the excellent service that I experienced there. Unfortunately things have changed drastically in the deli now. I ordered a pizza online around 6:45 PM. When I arrived there, there were 4 female employees working behind the counter which did not even acknowledge me standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes. I had to repeatedly ask them if they can help me. I then told them that I had ordered a pizza to go. The employees stated that they didnt make the pizza because they wanted to close the deli. Remind you this is at 7:00 PM not the normal closing 8:00 PM closing time. Their answer to making pizza, was just to buy a whole pizza worth of slices that had been sitting on the counter. So I then looked at the food on the hot bar, but it looked horrible and not edible. Im not sure whats happened to the deli department, but I know management has never been good in this store and its really showing now. Its to bad, I liked the convenience of the store.

DON’T BRING AMAZON RETURNS HERE but if you’re forced to insist on a receipt (which we asked for but the incompetent worker refused to give us). The idiot processing my return order put two shipping labels on my order and guess what it got lost and Amazon threatened to charge me for it because they hadn’t gotten the return yet (after almost a month). Later, I had a very difficult time reversing the charge because the lazy idiot working here never gave me proof / a receipt and I had to prove it with an email. We told the employee that the mail people would get confused from two different labels and he still didn’t listen. He insisted “they’ll figure it out.” So yes, we gave the return employee an opportunity to fix the issue while we were there to avoid problems and he ignored us. I mean I know you can’t expect much from employees these days, especially at this level, but this whole mess could have been avoided if he listened to us in the first place.Unfortunately Amazon auto-picked this dump for me to return my item (I only trust UPS and Kohls because the workers are careful) and I was worried because I knew they’d mess up here. The employee doing the returns was stubborn, dismissive, unprofessional, careless, arrogant and lazy so it’s not surprising he messed up. He had an attitude like he was over it and didn’t care if the customer was negatively affected. Seriously they should fire this employee. Amazon always requires a receipt when a package is lost as in my case (even if it’s the return employee’s fault) so I was almost charged anyway for an item I didn’t keep because of this return employee’s stupidity in not giving me a receipt when we asked for one.I hope Amazon investigates this location after I file my complaint in case something shady is going on here. Did they even really ship it? This isn’t my first return and this location didn’t follow protocol at all. I’m sure Amazon doesn’t want to lose money when employees like this cause lost packages.Thankfully I saved the email proving we did, in fact, drop it off here to be shipped.

Prices could be better. Selection is decent. Ive tried asking Alexa stations where to find some stuff, works 50/50. I was looking for tomato soup and she kept going on about unrelated tasks. Commands need to be precise.Hot foods are quite tasty and turned over to stay fresh.Automatic teller carts make it nice to not to wait in lines. I do this if Im only buying 2 bags worth of food (what fits in cart).Reason for the 1 star (Otherwise 4/5 star)- I wanted to buy some dog treats. Waited in line for 30-40 minutes to use the dash cart. The whole time waiting, there were dash carts just sitting there, a couple of people and I asked why and the employee said because they needed to be cleaned and reset. Another employee came by and cleaned one dash cart and reset it and left. Huge line waiting for the dash cart and there were about 10-15 dash carts just sitting there. They had so many employees, two standing at the bag station. The “system” they had wasn’t good. They could’ve cleaned and reset the carts as soon as someone stopped using it and the line could’ve gone faster. The inside of the store was super neat and nice, no one used the assigned arrows on the floor. Or the do not enter signs on the floor. Prices were okay, some items are good deals but some aren’t. Wanted to get a slice of pizza but they didn’t have any. Dash cart was a cool experience but I don’t think it’s worth the wait.

I shop here time to time. Amazon Fresh has great price for bananas and bread. Their pizza and sushi are good. However, there isnt much variety in terms of products. A lot of times, many items are out of stock. Most workers are busy filling in online orders. The staff is nice but again they are very busy fulfilling online orders. The Amazon carts dont work as well so most people dont use it. Overall, not a bad store but definitely did not live up to the hype.

As a senior citizen who loves and uses technology, I enjoyed the shopping experience here my first couple of times. But yesterday, it was apparent that the Amazon Fresh online business is more important to them than having actual people in their store! We went to the Fresh store by Costco in Fullerton. Immediately, I felt in competition with those who were fulfilling online orders. I was almost ran into by two staff who did not bother to even say excuse me. 😲😡Then there were four items that are standard grocery items that they didn’t have.THEN, the cashier was not very gracious (borderline rude). 🙄When the transition was over, she made it out of the store before us!!!😳I guess my impression was right; she did not want to serve us! Overall, two out of five stars because I like most aspects of the store. Sadly, we probably will not shop there anymore. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!

I really liked the layout and open feeling of the store. They carry a lot of the normal brands you would see at a grocery store. The prices seemed about the same or better on most products. I really loved the deli/bakery and food court area. Only draw back is that the meats, and cheese areas were a little small. They also did not have any hotspots or snacks like that at this location. I would definitely come back and shop here. Checkout was easy, no waiting in line, and could use the app for payment. I did not get a chance to use the dash cart but I will in the future.

I can almost give it full five stars except for one reoccurring issue I’ve had with this store or maybe it’s just the Amazon itself being the issue.Generally, produce is great quality. Never had a bad grape, apple, or carrot. Bread is good. I find my most of my items. Prices are competitive.Two drawbacks is they out of items because of the shopping services they offer and third party grocery delivery emptying selves and items faster then Amazon associates can restock. Fine by me since it usually means fresh items.Their meals to go/prepare at home offerings are great. Love their good pizza with better price that my nephews and niece will eat it without complaint. Their deli carvings are great too.The self checkout carts were a wonderful thing after trying it out the first time. Four more times I was in and out with the use of this cart. Then it started having issues. Needed help from AA to finish my self checkout. There’s no direct way to contact Amazon fresh regarding this issue. It has been 4-6 more times I just stop using it and shop with a regular cart and human checkout. Fix this issue and I will gladly change it to 5 stars.

In short, I had a very bad experience from a 2 female Asian employee here. Its my first time, so I asked for an explanation of how to use the cart. I didnt understand, but she explained in fast English and then went to another place.When I check out, the credit company declines due to security protection, so I put things on the casher stand to pay the casher, but casher told me not to throw item. I am a 67 year old old man. I dont do that, but there was something that the party waited outside and put it on the casher stand quickly. I was in a very bad mood and came out without purcharsing . Cleanliness is 5 stars but dash cart is 1 star. The sensor on the cart is so sensitive that it made it hard to pull things out when you want to remove them from the cart. Love it!We used the Dash Cart (a cart designed specifically for light shopping and self checkout) to get the full Amazon fresh experience, and it was amazing. Adding and removing items was simple and easy, plus the tutorial when we grabbed our cart was a big help.Prices were fair (6 small avocados for $3) and a Costco style rotisserie chicken $4 and change. You can even get a ready made 18in pizza for $8.99 or $1 and change per slice.All in all, my wife and will definitely be coming back. Went to Costco in Fullerton for gas, and happened to notice the Amazon Fresh grocery store right next door. At the time, the store was very empty. Its a nice, large store with a good variety of products. There is a large produce department. There is a deli section and a meat market, as well as a place to buy pizza. There were meal kits and a lot of ready to beat meals to choose from.They have regular shopping carts as well as electronic ones that ring up your purchases as you shop. To check out you have to get a code from the Amazon app or use the credit card you have tied to your account. I signed in through the app, and it automatically charged my credit card. Then you get an email with your everyone.Prices were competitive with other stores. Some higher, and some lower. I believe they have early shipping hours for seniors.We will definitely be returning to shop at Amazon Fresh again, and one day we will check out their store in Irvine.

I mainly went to let my wife see the store. A lot of the shelves were empty but the produce looked great. The automated checkout carts were a nice feature but you need an Amazon account to use them. You have to scan an account barcode to link your cart with the account, pretty easy. Once done, you just place your items in the cart and it automatically adds them to your purchases. The best part is that you dont go through the checkout. You push your cart through a designated lane and it updates your account with the purchases. It was a fun experience and made me think of the movie Back to the Future.

I shopped at the store because I got a coupon in the mail. Plus I wanted to use the new style shopping cart they have. The cart was fun to use but they are not putting those carts out fast enough for general use. The worker there was just being slow.There are 2 style carts. There is a normal cart that you take through the regular checkout line. The new cart senses what you put in the cart and you purchase everything by walking through a special area. THEY DONT ALLOW THE SPECIAL CARTS TO GO OUTSIDE. IF YOU USE IT, ONLY BUY WHAT YOU CAN CARRY. THEY MAKE YOU LEAVE THE CART INSIDE! Luckily my wife went grocery shopping with me.Now onto my review of the actual selection of products. It is pricey there! It is like a slightly less expensive Whole Foods. I noticed an oddly large selection of bottled water and jars of pickles. It did not have many desirable loss leaders.It did have a set of Amazon lockers inside. I think it had a counter where you could make regular Amazon returns.I might come back a few times a year. I will still be frequenting Aldis and Sprouts.

I like this store a lot, only real complaints are they dont have more than 2 registers open ever, Ive been here half a dozen times plus and I think Ive seen 2 registers open twice. Also they often times have employees filling orders for customers and the employees have little regard if any for actual customers also shopping and block aisles or speed past you rushing to find an item and thats off puting but not super common. Staff is pretty cordial but the store isnt stocked well, overall Id recommend shopping here for a quick run.

She came from her station to the strawberry area and told me that I couldn’t use coupon and keep shopping in and out. Firstly, I don’t even have coupon. I even asked her to check my dashcart whether I used coupon. Secondly, if she noticed me on using coupon and told me that, I was totally fine and followed the instructions. But, why she mocked me for that? Why she accused me on using coupon? Because I am Asian? So she is being stereotyping for the entire Asian community to do so or what? I was shopping at Costco and Saw the big sign on the side of the building Now Open. I was intrigued and wanted to check out the store and find out what all the fuss was about. I was greeted at the door by some kid holding a tablet and asked if I needed a cart. I said to him Im just browsing. He pointed at the basket and greeted the next group of customers. The aisles were neat and organized and the store itself was clean. However, there was a lack of warmth and personality. The music was very quiet, the staff members were going through the motions but no one was smiling. So this is shopping of the future? I walked around and checked the prices and I was shocked. Everything was about 30-40 percent more than what you would expect to spend at Ralphs or Vons. The quality and selections of their produce was meh. The Meat prices were inflated as well. I’m going to critique as if I were to critique any other place and it might be a long one ...my first impressions.. not impressed. Idk if it’s because it’s was late nor was it busy at 9pm? and everyone just wants to go home already. I didn’t get a hello when walking by employee’s, Everyone seemed miserable. Nothing special. I noticed a lot of prices were missing but I guess that’s why they provide Alexa at every turn. the food/Deli area was cool but could probably get crowded quick. The offering “carts to kids” can probably turn into a hassle, I had to maneuver a couple times around kids that were wondering around the store. Also I would like to see a gluten free/organic section for us that are intolerant. Maybe I pasted that section?? I spent well over $150 to receive a coupon for $10 off that Needs to be used within 7 days..? One thing I appreciate is the wide aisle for comfortable shopping. You would think for a place that has a delay opening would be on top of it. lastly I will probably do my shopping at my regular market. I was really excited when I heard they were going to open this new location in Fullerton. Its so close and convenient for me. I actually road my bike with my daughter for the first time today. But I was very disappointed that they dont have a bike rack or any fixed metal in the front I could attach my bike. I did end up using the shopping cart return in the parking lot to secure my bike. Was not a great place to be unloading my daughter considering all the cars driving in and out of the parking lot. You would think a large company like Amazon that speaks about how helpful they are to the environment would think to put a bike rack in front of the store. Riding a bike is the most environmentally friendly way to get anywhere besides walking. They do have electric vehicle charging stations. However considering all that goes into making electric vehicle those are not even close to as environmentally friendly as writing a bike. They have so much room in the front for a rack. It does but make any sense.Now the semi-positive...Amazon fresh is doing so much in the area of convenient shopping. Their delivery and pick up options are very helpful. However while they may say they can do pick up and delivery in 2 hours oftentimes they are too busy or understaffed. So the only times available for pickup or delivery may be four or five hours later. If its going to take that long I will just drive down.Prices are not that great, but I guess the prices are higher because of the convenience. If I need to go into a store I will probably go to a mainstem grocery store that has better prices and a better selection.

Majority of items are over priced. The staff lacks warmth, manners, and customer service training. This was my 2nd time there and seems like staff on floor was just concerned with pulling online orders. Every turn I made or isle I went down, they were literally on my heels. No excuse meor any other type of communication. l I felt so rushed and uncomfortable that I couldnt shop in peace. Aside from stopping in to pick up flowers, I dont believe Ill be doing my shopping here anymore.

Pizza service has been excellent until today. I ordered 5 large pizza at the Fullerton Amazon Fresh store 15 minutes before they Open. My daughters said the pizza presentation was horrible. They were burnt, not round and cut very badly. Her classmates made jokes and only a few ate. My kids were so embarrassed they put most of them in trash when nobody was looking. I hope that Manager I talk to reads this.

Absolute amazing experience! Went in the first time today. Clean, big, spacious, plenty of light coming in. When Toys R Us had the space, it was the opposite, dark, dreary kind of sad.The choices for pre made food is great! I am a frequent Amazon online shopper and was excited to see an Amazon brick and mortar store had opened in Fullerton. Unfortunately the store was a disappointment. The selection was average and even their house brand Solimo product selection was quite limited. I do not car too much about price but my impression is that prices are average to high. I did not get to use their special high tech shopping cart, but to me that is a gimmick. The one thing I find valuable is their service desk where one can conduct other Amazon transactions such as returns of online purchases. I would be surprised if these stores last.

I have not used the AmazonFresh groceries itselfBut please do not use this place to have your Amazon online orders delivered in this location. They messed up my orders. Second order stated that they attempted delivery. The first order when I got there, they were missing at first and then they found them. The only thing good about it were the two employees who were really patient and did their best to help me out. His name is Matthew and another lady who works with him. Disorganized and poorly managed. I was very happy with Amazon online orders until this experience. This new concept of delivery is not well thought out.

At least 1:1 ratio of staff to customers the 3 times Ive been here.Picking up amazon packages was very easy and contact free. There are a few good deals and general competitive prices. I was interested in the automation thinking it would require less social interaction, but Ive done a drive by on three occasions/ different days and times now and theres a line outside every time. The other grocery stores in the area dont have a line to enter and theres a grocery store nearby open 2hr earlier and 2hr later. Also being that close to the Costco is a deterrent, since there is a mob mentally to the parking surrounding the Costco.

They dont make good use of the floor space, and stack the most generic line of groceries. Overheard her explaining the infamous system Amazon has used on their warehouse workers to another member of management, and she implied using this system as a way of punishing employees for not being productive enough. Yes, the same system they use to see how many minutes of productivity each worker has. Its soooo dystopian that these workers also have that surveillance device on them, and I cannot fathom to support their grocery stores if thats how the company and management will treat their staff. Cant imagine working their employees like dogs in this manner. Extremely dystopianIn short, Amazon Fresh is not the grocery store that will beat your current local grocery, nor should it be. I went to retrieve a package and had a few issues internet wise on my end. I am older and not fluent in English, so it was hard for me to communicate the issues. However, an employee there named Matthew helped me immensely. He helped me in every way that he could, even using google translate to communicate effectively. I have never met an employee this kinda and helpful before. Not only was he nice, he helped me retrieve the package I needed! If not for him my experience wouldve been disastrous.

I am very frustrated with the store on imperial they were nice at first then as a return of a product that leaked they gave me 4 of the 5 dollar cupons the day I looked and saw they were about to expire I went in to use them and at the register when I gave them the coupons they gave me as a refund because I had to find the receipt because I used cash when I bought the shaker bottle that ended up spuing the protein drink everywhere .I took the bottle in with just water in to show what a mess it was throwing they gave me the coupons but the day I tryed to use them they let me use one 5 dollar and took the 3 others and didnt give them back I will never go back to that store again how rude and rotten was that and they dont have many of the items I saw the first day no restock of what I was looking for either .
