My son’s gaming PC suddenly started overheating, so after reading some reviews I decided to take it to the folks at Amazing Technology Group. It’s a family owned and operated small business, which I always prefer to support. They determined that the liquid cooling system had burnt out and recommended they install this fancy fan instead. The CPU temps now are cooler than when the liquid cooler was working! The techs here truly know what they are doing and the whole staff are super friendly. Highly recommended!

Thomas, Kathy, and the Amazing Technology Group team are top -notch. From the original issue of both my old and new laptops, they did a full free diagnosis and provided great solutions to resolve the main issues. Though some solutions were not obtainable, Thomas was quick and very knowledgeable with the solution. The full team was great with communication, answering all questions while ensuring absolute satisfaction. They were able to not only clone and fix the hard drive issues, but also found a cost effective replacements to get the job done. Long over due review, 3 years almost, on a well tested and broken in Custom Desktop these lovely folk made for me.Thomas and Cathy went over from top to bottom my options, and worked with me to get the perfect tuned production computer for producing music.Additionally he went into detail about the aspects that could be done to future proof certain needs I may want in the future for the build.Thomas also tuned in the bios a light over clock and made sure the RAM Frequency was in sync with the 12 core processor I went with to prevent conflict. Not many people would know this would be a conflict, Definitely would have been an oversight by myself if tried doing the same build.Overall after three years of regular use for clients, personal, and gaming, on highest settings... the only thing I would say is missing is a second one for when friends come over.Very professional, amazing turn around even at the peak of the pandemic. Would recommend to anyone buying a custom computer for work, IT, MUSIC, or MEDIA, or Serious Gamers.Prices were competitive and fair. Workmanship, cable management, and design to my spec exceeded any prebuild.

With my PS5, the HDMI port wasn’t responding to the tv. They got it fixed up same day (I dropped it off at 10am). The price was 180$ which is slightly cheaper than around town.Very professional, deep cleaned it and working. If you bring it later in the day, expect it to be done within 24-48 hours.

I needed my to have HDMI port replaced and it didn’t even take 24 hours for the repairs to be done! They were amazingly quick and responsive! I’ve never had repairs done to any of my consoles so I was extremely nervous and had many questions, as soon as I called all my questions were answered and I was much more at ease. My first console repair was an amazing success for such a cheap price and I couldn’t be more grateful for them! If I have any other issues in the future A.T.G will be the first ones I call thank you guys so much!

I dropped off my Pioneer CDJ 2000 after it was having issues with powering on. Thanks to Thomas for giving a new life to my almost dead laptop. He always used to give me all updates in a timely manner. I knew it was not easy to fix, but he did it!!! Not only with the laptop, he also helped me with charging my car when the battery of my car went down in front of his house. My mom was with me that day and special thanks to Cathy, who was very welcoming and had a nice chat with my mom and gave my mom a birthday hug since it was my moms birthday that day. My mom said it was her best birthday gift to meet such nice people. Both Cathy and Thomas are really nice people and they are role models of fast, efficient and amazing customer service. I had a great experience with Amazing Technology group. They took care of my computer and got it fixed when my m.2 failed. Their tech was also super helpful in how to upgrade my computer to work better. I also had a small hiccup later with my computer and the windows account but their tech was still able to help and access my computer online to help me with my problem! I loved that he could help me over the phone later and he was very friendly when I talked with him.

Quick and fast repair on my laptop, I called and dropped off my laptop on the same day. I had a screw stuck in the NVME chassis because the head broke. They were able to remove the screw and I was able to get back my laptop in the same day.

The service tech Thomas and customer service rep Cathy were absolutely amazing to work with. If I have a need in the future I would not hesitate to use them again. I took in my PC for repair when I had random restarts and I kept getting random blue screens and some devices would not function properly. There was a lot going on that I tried every trick in my book but could not figure out. First time I took it in and was worked on I got the call that it was ready so I picked up and tested for a few days to have the issue come up again so Tom gladly told me to drop by and hell take another look where he was able to once again fix it and since then I havent had any issue and I am a very satisfied customer. Their prices are definitely affordable and at a flat rate. For anyone I recommend working with their team and trusting them to ensure a great job with whatever repair or possible build you wish to do.

Technician is sharp as a tack partnered with an extremely professionally ran family business. This company knows how to diagnose gear without disassembling unnecessarily and only charges a fair price for the work that they do. Thomas worked on my vestax pmc08 dj mixer but their skill set is applied to all things electrical. The family runs the logistics and tracking and are quick with paperwork to make sure your equipment doesnt get lost in a pile somewhere like other shops I have been to. The staff and owners of the company are extremely professional. The Owner Thomas evaluated my PS4 and was able to determine that my Factory thermal paste was not properly done. Not only did he fix my thermal paste but he also cleaned my system and changed my hard drive to a stronger one all within an extremely reasonable price. Like the company name there service is nothing less than Amazing. I called 12 different locations try to fix the Drift on my Controller joystick. After an hour of frustrating dead ends ATG said they offer a full clean and replacement for the damaged parts. Best part is it was under 70$ and I got my controller back 2 days later. I personally had no experience in soldering so I needed a 3rd party to step in. I called into Amazing Technology Group with a task of replacing a microcontroller on a projector.I ordered the parts on EBay before contracting ATG and explained to Thomas, the technician, what was going on and he quickly grasped onto what I needed done. When I brought up I wasn’t able to be back the same day they offered to hold onto it for me until I could pick it up the next day.When I called And asked if it was good for pick up Thomas actually went above and beyond and cleaned the board for me.I’m extremely satisfied with the service they’ve given and the professionalism of their business. I called because I needed to get my Mac battery replaced. I had called another place originally but they were trying to charge me diagnostic fee and $450 before tax to replace the battery in my Mac (absolutely ridiculous). The first place I called told me to replace the battery I was forced to replace the keyboard and touch pad because somehow they’re all connected and if I removed the battery I had to remove everything.It was such a relief when I found Amazing Technology Group would fix it for a fraction of the price. I was panicked that wed have to replace all our electronics after our apartment building was infested with roaches. Thomas and Cathy not only took care of our electronics (router, TV, PS4, XBox One, 2 laptops, and printer) by cleaning them all AND fixing our XBox One up so the fan could run properly as it was in desperate need of servicing, they were the ONLY place that was willing to take a shot at our unusual appliances: kitchenaid mixer, instapot, and our food processor from the late 80s/early 90s (an item of sentimental value). The were returned in better condition than when we got some of them! The price was more than fair for the number of items we needed cleaned and I cannot recommend them enough. In the midst of our nightmare move from a terrible apartment, Thomas and Cathy made keeping our devices (sans any unwanted pests hitching a ride) easy and affordable. We had two of our xbox consoles break, one wasn’t connecting to the wireless controllers and the other had an internal issue where it wasn’t connecting to the screen. We live in Bakersfield but are frequently down in the IE area. We tried the geek squad out here and looked for other console repairs but kept hitting roadblocks.
