My interactions have been with Phil and Julie, and both have skills that have helped set me up for success. On the Phil side, he is great about helping me see different views, new perspectives, and challenging me to see and do more. He also is responsible for the sell of my first company, which I was very excited about. On the Julie side with data, she makes it all digestible and can explain it well even to those of us who don’t love doing it. Her use of data, excel, pivot tables, charts and graphs helps me do my job daily. I can honestly say they have both made me a better entrepreneur and manager.
