Working with Altadena Real Estate company and Steve Aranda was a pleasure! I had worked with and spoken to several real estate agents in order to find the right agent to sell our land in LA. From the very first phone call I knew that Steve Aranda and his team would get the job done. He has intimate knowledge of everything having to do with land transactions. I met Steve in the midst of a remodel disaster during COVID with a contractor that went missing, with my family already relocated out of state...a stressful time. Steve took the time to walk me through the steps of gaining control back of my remodel, gave me terrific advice, great contacts for constructing bids and eventual a remodel project completed. It was a no-brainer to have Steve represent me in selling the house.
