Gary was great as were all the staff I dealt with. They were helpful, friendly, informative and very good at updating me on the status of the order and anything additional they needed. They managed to expedite the order for me as I had a deadline to meet and Im sure it was a big ask as its a very busy time of year, but they did it with good grace and great kindness. I also like the emails to review the order and the ability to just click on the box to approve and write in any comments.

We own Hahn Design Studio. As a small graphic design studio, I help my small business clients navigate the world of getting their products printed and produced. My client had to have her marketing materials ready by Saturday for a large expo. None of my usual printers - local and outside the region - could print the materials on time or for a reasonable fee. I had never used AlphaGraphics, but I decided to ask them for a quote. They responded promptly, gave me a great quote, but most importantly, they could get the project done the next day. My client said the quality is outstanding. I will definitely use them again and I am already asking for another quote.

Jeff worked magic with what we gave him and he produced a great poster as well as a flyer for us in record time. I used Alphagraphics for a job that I originally had planned to do myself at any company that offered copying services. I only needed 100 copies of a flyer. While searching around for a copier, I discovered that it wasn’t so simple. Price ranges were all over the map. When calling to inquire about pricing, most of the people I spoke to were not customer service oriented. I called Alphagraphics with the thought “If I’m going to pay good money for this, I may as well use a real professional.” Of course they were courteous and professional, as anticipated, but the prices they quoted were actually better than some of the other “unprofessional” businesses I had contacted. So it was a no-brainer for me. Next time I will contact them first.

Garry and crystal are the best!!! They work hard to get my buisness cards and car magnets with in 2 days. I needed some saddle stitched booklets made for a trade show local in Carlsbad. I naturally use google maps to find the nearest printers and was able to get 3 bids. AlphaG came the lowest and had the nice website to upload and review proofs before going to print. Bing bam boom my job was in process and was delivered a day early to the trade show hotel! I couldnt say enough nice things about AlphaG and would use them again and again!

Considering ordering a second one with proper dimensions...again, MY FAULT. The poster is FLAWLESS and suits my needs to a tee!!!!!!!! If you need a printing service, DO BUSINESS WITH ALPHAGRAPHICS...Do not bother with another printing service, PERIOD!
