Quality! Customer friendly, personalized service, and fast!First had a great experience with the AlphaGraphics in Omaha, back in 2018, which prompted me to continue to work with them. The online ordering and payment system made the whole process super-easy.I just reordered some business cards out of the Oceanside, CA store, which came out perfect! Absolutely exactly what I was looking for:Good card stock material, glossy on front, matte with logo on back.Ill post a couple of pics.

My company sponsors several events every year and we always choose Alpha Graphics to print our brochures. Alpha Graphics uses high quality paper and the end result is always great. They are quick with turnarounds and its clear the company has an organized process. Tom is super professional and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!

To say that that Alpha Graphics does fine work would be an understatement. Tom worked with me, as Im a fledgling graphic designer on a budget, and was able to convey what his team needed to execute my vision. The result was FANTASTIC. The badges were such a hit, latecomers that got the lanyards minus badges asked if I could print one up for them. So, Ill be returning to Tom to print out one more page of badges. Tom and the team at AlphaGraphics Oceanside helped me create a special moment for my roommates graduation surprise video! They helped me design and print a big graduation cutout and a banner to congratulate her on her masters. She was so surprised and cried when she saw the banner and graduation head. Thanks to the team at AG Oceaside for making this happen! The banner is still up at our apartment and looking good!

AlphaGraphics recently printed and applied a vinyl wrap to my daughters Doc Band. My friend designed a pattern for me and they gave me helpful tips to make the design he made look the best when it was applied (make it more like a wallpaper design, not the docband shape, so it doesnt matter if the edges get cut off). The application on this is not the easiest job so I appreciated the guidance and that they made the process easy. When they applied the vinyl, there were hardly any creases and no bubbles that i could see. They trimmed up the edges pretty nicely too. It was probably more work than it was worth so I appreciate the time they put into the project. Cute baby pics attached!

All the kind words about Tom in previous reviews do not do him justice. Hes a great guy and a pleasure to work with. Tom and his staff designed and printed business cards, a retractable banner and even a tip jar sign for my band. Their products are high quality and the customer service experience can not be beat. Tom from Alpha Graphics saves my job!I ordered a banner on Etsy for my employer and the Etsy shop cancelled my order at the very last minute because they took on more work than they could handle. We used AlphaGraphics while they were in the midst of transition with some employees, and we had a particularly large case load for them. They even stayed after hours to meet our deadline with our materials, which is not something they would have had to do.Unfortunately during the quoting process, we were working with one individual who ended up leaving before we came back to start our order. Due to some miscommunication, there were several last minute visits, phone calls, and emails that we had to work through in order to clarify what we wanted and approve their process. None of this was their fault, they were working with the personnel shifts as best they could, but it did result in large amounts of communications between us.Were thankful that they were able to complete everything on time, and everything came out looking great! We are so happy with our products. Just be informed, they typically take two weeks or so depending on the size and complexity of your order. Make sure that when you are in the quoting process you are particular about your timeline and the specifics of your project.

I had the great pleasure of working directly with Thomas Guminski. He and his team helped coordinate the installation of around 75 sq ft of wall vinyl, custom dimensional type, and custom installations. They were able to be flexible with my scheduling and worked in accordance to the facility standards. They are one hell of a service provider, with top level knowledge of multi-materials, installation, and compliance. Thanks so much!

I didn’t want to leave a bad review but the lack of customer service/communication has led me to do so. I believe in the support of small businesses, and prefer to work with them. However, after submitting some easily print sheets to them; I was contacted by a gentleman.The estimate of the work was then submitted to me to approve. I approved but then was sent a Bill of payment.I had asked the gentleman, who by the way wouldn’t answer his phone, if I could pick up my sheets the following day. The time in between each email that was our form of contact, didn’t leave me enough time to go pick up my copies that day.The following morning I submitted my payment, and have yet to hear from them. This is frustrating and has shown to be a waste of my time and money.Beware of using this company. If you submit something as little as copies, please expect to wait numerous days for contact and service, AFTER purchasing. And be sure to COMBINE ALL your files together, or you get charged a percentage.Sadly to my impression, my copies are pointless to this branch. It serves as a reflection to this company.

Because of Covid-19 school closures, parents and school leaders, in a VERY short period of time had to come up with a way to make a safe, festive drive through 8th Grade promotion. With a limited budget and almost no lead time, I was tasked with creating an oversized backdrop. The only way to get this done was to create a stencil using an oversized print for a stencil. Only problem, not one printer in the entire county open that weekend, except AlphaGraphics! Not only were they open, they were incredibly helpful, professional and responsive to exactly what I needed. AND they were far more affordable than the vendors I’ve used in the past. From now on I will gladly take the extra 20 minutes to drive out to their location to pick up my projects. It’s time we’ll spent to make sure every detail is correct. Thank you AlphaGraphics!
