I would highly recommend AlphaGraphics! I had a rush print need for an event that felt really unrealistic, but they pulled it off happily and quickly. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process very easy and seamless. The communication was top-notch and the final deliverables were perfect. I will definitely use them again for any print needs my company has.

Scott and his team did an OUTSTANDING job for my company. His team, especially Jackie, met every expectation and completed the job quickly. We asked for 12 24x36 prints and a large 5 x 6 print with a short deadline and they were able to deliver in the time we asked. They all work closely with you and answered all my companys questions or addressed any concerns or issues in a timely manner. Some companies provide great service and a great product; however, Alphagraphics San Diego is even more exceptional than the best of them. I already recommended you to a friend. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to have my booklet put together. Big bonus was the friendly service all around, especially by Nick and Jim, and the prompt responses to my questions. The graphic designer chose the perfect color for the cover and the booklet was completed within two weeks. My order for an additional 25 booklets was also promptly filled a short time later. AlphaGraphics makes printing easy. They have great customer service and easy payment. I ordered a batch of items to print and two minutes before showing up got an ask for the same day for another item. The graphic was not sized correctly for print. I walked in and told Ed at AlphaGraphics and he and his team were able to take my graphic, resize it, and print it in the format needed in no time. Thank you for such great service!

Theyve done shirts, brochures, and even fixed a business card for us that we spend $14k to have designed/printed at an ad agency that missed the mark. Somehow theyre always able to sort through the files and long-winded descriptions I send them, decode my jibber-jabber, and provide exactly what I envision. They seem to genuinely care and are always quick to answer questions, make modifications, and offer solutions. No matter how big or small the project, they make you feel like youre a VIP customer. I love how theyre both extremely professional, yet casual in the sense that after your first interaction, you feel like youve already begun to build a fun, working relationship where everyone knows each other one a first-name basis. Ed is awesome. Scott, the owner, is awesome...and very hands-on. The design/production team is awesome. And somehow they all seem to always be on the same page. They will exceed your expectations every time!

I contacted AlphaGraphics a few weeks ago to print a hardcover book as a gift to my wife. They responded with a day and we’re super patient with me as we talked though logistics (paper type, binding, etc). Scott, Kevin and Ed were all fantastic resources. Without rushing, they got me quotes in a timely manner as well as a mock-up of what I needed. I just picked up the book today and it is literally perfect! Working with Doug is always the best experience. He is always extremely helpful and pays amazing attention to detail. He always responds to my emails immediately and is always solution oriented. Even with last minute projects (which is often) he is calm and accommodating and never seems to be overwhelmed or irritated. He is super organized and always maneuvers through my crazy spreadsheets quickly and without issue. He has even taken the time to teach me how to do certain things to ensure a better finish product (like making cutlines and bleed space) when I was my own designer. On top of always doing a stellar job, he is also always super friendly, personable, and has a sense of humor about most everything. Everyone at Alphagraphics is always very professional and lovely, but working with Doug literally reduces my stress and allows my company to continue.
